Shannon Enriquez, 23, of Frankfort, and formerly of Elwood, died Feb. 17, 2007, as a result of injuries sustained in a car accident Feb. 6. She died at Home Hospital in Lafayette.
Funeral arrangements are pending at Copher-Fesler-May Funeral Home in Elwood.

Harold Groover
Harold Groover, of Elwood, died today at St.Vincent Mercy Hospital.
Funeral arrangements are pending at Dunnichay Funeral Home.

Beulah Lou Lane
SHERIDAN – Beulah Lou Lane, 93, Sheridan, died Friday, Feb. 16, 2007 at her home.
Born May 4, 1913 in Lillydale, Tenn., she was the daughter of Robert and Letha (Rayborn) McCarroll. On Sept. 30, 1934, she married Wesley Vernon Lane. He preceded her in death on March 25, 1992.
She was a homemaker and a caterer. She was a member of Cicero Christian Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Faye Weir of Sheridan; a sister, Hattie Davis of Anderson; a granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Allen McCarroll, Edward Freels and Leslie Freels and two sisters, Lula Lovell and Ruby McNutt.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Cicero Christian Church. Pastors Tim Lueking and Steve Hancock will officiate. Burial will follow at Boxley Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Hartley Funeral Homes Cicero Chapel.
Memorial contributions may be made to Riley Children’s Hospital c/o Hartley Funeral Homes, P.O. Box 407, Cicero, IN 46034.

Dorothy M. Kilgore
Dorothy M. Kilgore, 87, a lifelong resident of Elwood, died April 26, 2007, at St.Vincent Mercy Hospital after a brief illness.
She was born Nov. 19, 1919, in Elwood, the daughter of Clarence W. and Gayle (Tetrick) Moore.
She was a graduate of Elwood High School.
She married Milo “Mike” Kilgore April 24, 1937. He died July 13, 2004.
She was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church where she was active in the United Methodist Women. She was also a member of Kappa Delta Phi Sorority.
Survivors include five daughters, Judy Gillam of Elwood, Cathy and husband, Phil Ogden of Elwood, Carol Hudson of Frankton, Janet Stover of Elwood and MaryEllen and husband, Curt Whitson of Elwood; nine grandchildren, Susan and husband, Larry Hill of Noblesville, Mike and wife, Cheryl Odgen of Elwood, Brad and wife, Paula Compton of Frankton, Brent and wife, Jennifer Compton of Terre Haute, Angie and husband, Scott Weins of Frankton, Clint Whitson of Elwood, Clayton Whitson of Elwood, Lynzy Stover of Elwood and Kelsey Whitson of Elwood; 10 great-grandchildren, Courtney Ogden, Alex Compton, Kayla Ogden, Logan Weins, Austin Compton, Landon Weins, Alissa Compton, Ally Compton, Connor Compton and Brendan Compton; six nieces, Sharon and husband, Dan Delph of Tipton, Nancy Abernathy of Tipton, Helen and husband, Don Rinker of Alexandria, Joyce Barrett of Frankton, Marilyn and husband, Bill Haston of Anderson and Jane and husband, Don Carmer of Elwood.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence W. and Gayle Moore; her husband, Milo Kilgore; a sister, Dee Abernathy; a brother, Donald Moore; son-in-law, Wilbern Gillam Jr. and nephew, Jack Barrett.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, April 30, 2007, at Copher-Fesler-May Funeral Home, with the Rev. Chris Dare of the First United Methodist Church and the Rev. Jim Nickles of Grace United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in the Elwood City Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Kappa Delta Phi Sorority will conduct a memorial service at 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Kappa Delta Phi Scholarship Fund or the Grace United Methodist Church through the funeral home.

Marjorie Ann Sloan
SALT LAKE CITY – Marjorie Ann Sloan, 77, Salt Lake City, Utah, and formerly of Tipton, died Tuesday, April 24, 2007 in Salt Lake City from complications following a spirited effort in stroke recovery and rehabilitation.
Born on Jan. 17, 1930 in Tipton County, she was the daughter of George and Winona Henry. Marjorie was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. On June 22, 1952, she married Marvin R. Sloan in Tipton. Preceded in death by her husband, Marvin, Marjorie has now joined with her beloved.
She is survived by her children, Mark Sloan (Maria), Oxford, Mich. and Marlene Sloan (Russ Crump), Park City, Utah. The lights of her life were her grandchildren, Bielle Crump-Albrecht, Sonya Vittiglio, Justin Crump and Nickolas Sloan and her great-grandchildren, Taylor Crump and Antonio Vittiglio. She is survived by her sisters, Virginia McGinnis, Nancy Sottong and Linda Sottong of Indiana.
Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Emanuel Lutheran Church, 1385 S. St. Rd. 19, Tipton. Pastor Kurt Gremel will preside. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Tipton.
Family and friends may call from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Young-Nichols Funeral Home and from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday at the church.
Thanks to our many family and friends for their constant support and care. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to the National Stroke Association or to Emanuel Lutheran Church.

Mildred "Susie" Louise Brumley
WINDFALL – Mildred "Susie" Louise Brumley, 64, Windfall, died Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at her residence surrounded by her family following a long illness.
Born Sept. 1, 1942 in Kokomo, she was the daughter of Eirmal and Margarette (Daughty) Edwards.
On Nov. 5, 1988, she married Bobby L. Brumley. He survives.
She was employed as a certified nurse’s assistant in Howard County and surrounding areas.
She was a member of Windfall Christian Church and enjoyed traveling, camping and spending time with her family.
Along with her husband, she is survived by two sons, Jack Mussial of Windfall and John Mussial of Kokomo; two daughters, Tina and husband, DeWayne Pavese of Kokomo and Kelly and husband, Steve Spidell of Koko-mo; ten grandchildren, Tara Connolly of Greentown, Billy Jack Mussial of Florida, Tonia Schmidt of Kokomo, Jacob, Christina and Mike Spidell of Kokomo, Shiloh and Teli Mussial, both of Kokomo, Greta Shock of Russiaville and Justin Pavese of Lafayette; 11 great-grandchildren, Justin, Ian, and Anthony Connolly, Taylor Schmidt, Olivia, Aaliyah and Julynne Spidell, Trey, Cade, Avery and Kole Shock; a stepson, Scott and wife, Shelly Brumley of Windfall; three stepdaughters, Donna and husband, Richie Williams of Greentown, Teresa and husband, Keith Compton of Tennessee and Rhonda Brown of Oregon; seven stepgrandchildren, Caleb and Delany Brumley, both of Windfall, Gavin and Tanner Williams of Greentown, Lindsy Chism of Tennessee, Nicholas Townsend and Shelby Brown of Oregon; three brothers, Bill and wife, Francis Edwards of North Manchester, Chuck and wife, Susan Edwards of Florida and Jim Edwards of Mexico, Ind.; and a sister, Jackie and husband, George Plank of Kokomo.
She was preceded in death by her former husband, Jack F. Mussial; her parents; and her grandparents.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Windfall Christian Church, 211 N. Independence St. Windfall. The Rev. Carl Roudebush will officiate. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery in Windfall.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Ellers Mortuary Webster Street Chapel, 3400 S. Webster St., Kokomo and one hour prior to services at the church.

Hershel L. Brashear
FRANKTON – Hershel Lee Brashear Jr., 77, Frankton, died Tuesday, June 26, 2007 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
Jr. was born April 30, 1930 in Robinson, Ill., to Hershel and Millie Goldie (Miller) Brashear.
Jr. served his country in the United States Air Force from 1951 to 1954.
He worked for Bryant Manufacturing in Indianapolis, and retired from Rogers Corporation in Chandler, Ariz., in 1995.
Jr. was a member of the Frankton Christian Church and the Frankton Lions Club.
Survivors include his loving wife Matha (Joseph) Brashear of Frankton; step-son, Charles and Raelene Baker of Chula Vista, Calif.; four step-daughters, Tracy Baker of San Francisco, Calif., Wendy and Wendell Barcelona of Phoenix, Ariz., Sandra and Ron Hines of Phoenix, Ariz., and Carey and Muhammed Keftako of Anaheim, Calif.; two sons, Michael Ray Brashear and Hershel Lee brashear III; 14 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren; one sister, Charlene Huckleberry of Lebanon; nephews, Russell and Becky Brashear of Frankton, Richard Brashear of Frankton, Larry and Sue Brashear of Jones-boro, and Ron and Gaylynn Huckleberry of Lebanon; nieces, Shirley and Jim Maines of Lebanon, Sharon and Arthur Budreau of Lafayette, Sherry and Dave Lutz of Lebanon, Gloria Jean Rance of Lebanon, Betty Rose Glendinning of Houston, Texas, and Linda and Joe Doan of Frankfort.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Norma Harlan, brother Donald Brashear, and nephew Spencer Harlan.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, at Harper & Dunnichay Funeral Home with the Rev. Alvin Covell officiating. Interment will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon at 2:30 p.m. Friday.
military graveside rites will be conducted by the Frankton American Legion and Elwood VFW.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today, at the funeral home.
Arrangements are being handled by Harper & Dunnichay Funeral Home, 305 Sigler Street, Frankton, Ind.

Audrey E. Nicholson
ANDERSON – Audrey E. Nicholson, 92, Anderson, died at her home, June 27, 2007, after a brief illness.
She was born Dec. 12, 1914 in Frankton, the daughter of Harry and Vora Moore Gooding.
She married Elvin J. “Jay” Nicholson March 26, 1936. He died Feb. 16, 2002
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by three sons, Larry Nicholson, of Anderson, Donald Nicholson of Lapel, and Thomas Nicholson of Culleoka, Tenn.; one sister, Margaret Kaster of Anderson; a brother, Hubert, Gooding of Anderson; seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and three step-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, at Harper & Dunnichay Funeral Home in Frankton. Pastor Randy Wood will officiate. Burial will follow in the K & P IOOF cemetery service.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice.

William E. King
ALEXANDRIA – William E. (Bill) King, 76, Alexandria, died Wednesday, June 27, 2007 at Ball Memorial Hospital after an extended illness.
Bill was born in Alexandria April 12, 1931, the son of Wayne and Elsie (Tomlinson) King.
On Nov. 22, 1950 he married Marilyn R. Stroker.
He was retired from Delco Remy, Anderson, and served his country during the Korean War serving with the U.S. Marines Corp.
Bill was elected to the Alexandria-Monroe School Board and held that position from 1974 to 1988. He was very active in Little League devoting his time from 1954 to 1958. In 1963 he founded the Cunningham Little League in the Alexandria area, where he was active for more than 25 years.
Bill was also a member of the Christian Congregation Church in Alexandria.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Marilyn; one son, David W. King (Pam Bond), Elwood; daughter, Phyllis (Brian) Middleton, Elwood; two brothers, Jack (Janet) King, Upland, and Robert (Cherita) King, Leesburg, Fla.; two sisters, Janice Wright, Leesburg, Fla., and Annetta Motsinger, Middletown; five grandchildren, Shawn (Karen) King, Tony (Becky) King, Dawn King, Brian (Rebecca) Middleton Jr., Brady (Kristina) Middleton; 11 great-grandchildren, Thomas Caldwell, Albre Pell, Jessica Coffin, Autumn, Megan, Madeline King, Adam Kinnard, Sammy Martin, Shawn Llamas, Tyler, Katelyn Middleton; two great-great-grandchildren, Rhea and Nadia Coffin. Also surviving are his best pals, Dandy and Ginger, his dogs.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Frank Conte and his staff for their wonderful care.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, at Whetsel Funeral Service, 1503 S. Park Ave., Alexandria.
A private interment of the cremains will take place at the convenience of family.
Memorials may be made to the Anderson Christian Center in care of the funeral home.
