NAPPANEE — Erin Wallin, 26, of Nappanee, died on Sunday, April 8 at Elkhart General Hospital.
She is survived by sons: Ozzy Aaron Wallin, Draven Blaze Wallin and Zodiac Lance Wallin, all of
Nappanee; parents: Ryan and Donna Belstra of Grovertown; and sisters: Jessica Chapman of
South Bend and Rachael Paugh of Portage.
Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, Plymouth, is in charge of the arrangements.

L.D. Wolf
L.D. Wolf, 84, Twelve Mile, died Sunday at Dukes Memorial Hospital, Peru.
Survivors include his wife, Edna Evalena (Root) Wolf; two daughters, Judith Lavonne Whitaker,
Delphi, and Janice Eilene Kuns, Twelve Mile; two sons, Lynn Douglas Wolf, Wonewoc, Wis.,
and Neil Edward Wolf, Logansport; and one sister, Esther L. Boyd, North Manchester.
His funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Mexico Old German Baptist Brethren
Church. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the church.

Yvonne A. (Bonnie) Warren
PLYMOUTH — Yvonne A. (Bonnie) Warren, 77, of 914 Sycamore St., Plymouth, passed away
at 3:48 p.m. on Monday, April 9, 2007 at her home, surrounded by her loving family and devoted
pets.
Bonnie was born on June 4, 1929 in Illinois to Oliver and Elsie (Hill) Landrie. On June 4, 1966
Bonnie married Phil Warren. Bonnie was a housewife and a devoted babysitter for many years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Eldora Landrie, and June Earnsberger;
and her brother, Kenneth Landrie.
Bonnie is survived by her husband of 40 years, Phil Warren; her daughter, Linda (Art) Wilcox of
Plymouth; her sons: Randy Wade of Plymouth, Roger Wade of Cocoa Beach, Fla., John (Kathy)
Wade of Plymouth and Bryan (Resa) Warren of Plymouth. Bonnie loved her 16 grandchildren
and her 11 great-grandchildren dearly. Also surviving are her children by marriage, Jim (Shelia)
Warren, Donna Warren, Denese (Rick) Desloover and Carrie all of Plymouth. If Bonnie could
have, she would have made every child she ever knew, one of her own grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 12, 2007 at 2 p.m. at the Van Gilder Funeral
Home, with the Rev. Charles Krieg officiating. Burial will be in the Memorial Gardens Section of
New Oak Hill cemetery, Plymouth.
We will remember Bonnie's life on Wednesday, April 11, 2007 from 4 to 8 p.m. and Thursday
April 12, 2007 from noon to 2 p.m. at the Van Gilder Funeral Home, 300 West Madison St., Plymouth.
The family requests that memorial contributions be given to the Center for Hospice and Palliative
Care, Inc., 112 S. Center St., Plymouth, IN, 46563.

Larry Wayne Hall
MENIFEE, Calif. — Larry Wayne Hall, 61, of Menifee, Calif., died Tuesday, April 10 at Inland
Valley Hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Hall of Menifee, Calif.; son, Tim (Jackie) Hall of Menifee,
Calif.; daughters: Cyndi Hall and Danyel Hall, both of Menifee, Calif.; nine grandchildren; brother,
Pete (Diane) Hall of Knox; sisters: Nettie (Arnold) Hale of Springfield, Mo., Ginger (Frank)
Turney of Monterey, Judy (Wilgus) Puckett of Knox and Nancy (Steve) Stone of Monterey.
Services were held Monday, April 16 at 1 p.m. at 1st Baptist Church.
Burial was at Winamac cemetery.
Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Knox, was in charge of the arrangements.

Pauline Mercer
ROCHESTER — Pauline Mercer, 93, of Rochester, died at 4:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 14 at Life Care Center of Rochester.
She is survived by a son, Edwin (Shari) Mercer of Rochester; two granddaughters; three great-grandchildren
and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services are Wednesday, April 18 at 10 a.m. in the Good Family Funeral Home,
Rochester. Visitation is one hour prior to services.
Burial will be at the Rochester IOOF cemetery.

Norm H. Risner
DENHAM — Norm H. Risner, 55, of Denham, died on Saturday, April 14 at home.
He is survived by his wife, Joann Risner of Denham; daughters: Norma (Keith) Lee Garner of
Hanna and Heather (John) Gutierrez of Plymouth; brothers: Ed Risner of Knox and Jim (Gloria)
Risner of Walkerton; sisters: Joy (Joe) Romanzak of Knox and Linda (Kenny) Hasting of Ft.
Butler, Fla.; stepdaughter, Annie Jones of Denham; and six grandchildren.
Visitation is Tuesday, April 17 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Knox.
Funeral services are Wednesday, April 18 at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Round Lake cemetery, Knox.

Tim E. Swango
PALM COAST, Fla. — Tim Earl Swango, 36, of Palm Coast, Fla., died on Sunday, April 15 at home.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy Swango of Palm Coast, Fla.; son, Brenden Smith-Rothove of
Palm Coast, Fla.; daughters: Jessica Poth of Level Plains, Ala. And Hayley Swango of Palm
Coast, Fla.; mother, Mary Avery of Kings Mountain, N.C.; father and stepmother, Randy and
Cindy Swango of Plymouth; sisters: Elaine and Liz Avery, both of Syracuse; brothers: Bill
Swango of Syracuse, Joe Swango of Kings Mountain, N.C., Ivan Avery of York, S.C. and Randy
Franz of Plymouth.
Visitation is Thursday, April 19 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral
Home, Flagler Beach, Fla.
Funeral services are Friday, April 20 at 9 a.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens.
Memorials may be made to Odyssey Health Care Hospice, 249 S. Ridgewood Ave., Daytona
Beach, FL 32114.

Barry Delbert Black
WARSAW — Barry Delbert Black, 66, of Warsaw, died at 6:20 a.m. on Monday, April 16, 2007 at
Goshen General Hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra; son, Sean (Sonya) Black of Carmel; two granddaughters; and
a brother, Barton (Dian) Black of Syracuse.
Visitation is Wednesday, April 18 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Free Methodist Church,
Winona Lake.
Funeral services are Thursday, April 19 at 10 a.m. at the church.
Burial will be at Oakwood cemetery, Warsaw.
Memorials may be made to the Free Methodist Church, 902 College Ave., Winona Lake, IN
46590.
The Earl-Grossman Funeral Home, Argos, is in charge of the arrangements.

Violet A. Fisher
PLYMOUTH — Violet A. Fisher, 92, of Plymouth, died on Monday, April 16 at her home.
She is survived by her husband, Junior “Kike” E. Fisher and several nieces and nephews
including Sam and Carl Fisher, both of Bremen.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 19 at the Palmer Funeral Home,
Lakeville where friends may visit with the family from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday.
Burial will follow at Fair cemetery, North Liberty.

Sammie Lee Marshall
KNOX — Sammie Lee Marshall, 42, of Knox died Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at Starke Memorial Hospital, Knox.
Sammie is survived by daughters: Haley Marshall of Knox and Emma Joseph of Rensselaer;
son, Sammie Jr. of Knox; sisters: Irene Swanson, Kathy Redlark, Charlotte Thompson and
Arlene Campbell, all of Knox, Lorene Barnett of Walkerton, Ethel Marshall of Winchester, Ky.,
Wanda Marshall of Kokomo and Robin Thompson of Jackson, Tenn.; and brothers: Robert of
Pea Ridge, Ark. And Jimmy of Mishawaka.
Visitation is Friday, April 20 from 5 to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of services
at Rannells Funeral Home, Hamlet Chapel.
Funeral services are Saturday, April 21 at noon CDT at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Round Lake cemetery.

Harold Richard Helton
BOURBON — Harold Richard Helton, 67, of Bourbon, died at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday, April 18, 2007 at home.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia; children: Pam and Mike Halloway, Larry Dale and Melissa
Helton of Dayton, Ohio, Lon Charles and Frances Helton and Racheal Helton, all of Bourbon; 11
grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and sister, Mabel and Bob Fugate of Dayton, Ohio.
Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 20 in the Deaton-Clemens Funeral Home, Bourbon.
Funeral services will be at 11 am. Saturday, April 21 at the funeral home
Burial will be in the Pleasant Hill cemetery, Bourbon, with military graveside services by the
Bourbon American Legion Post #424.

Mary Virginia Kensinger
MISHAWAKA — Mary Virginia Kensinger, 84, of Mishawaka, died on Wednesday, April 18,
2007, at Southfield Village.
She is survived by her eight children: Michael of San Francisco, Calilf., Timothy (Frances) of
Arroyo Grande, Calif.,
Keary (Kathleen) of San Francisco, Calif., Kathy of Glendale,
Calif., Mark (Louann) of Lakeville, Paul (Joleen) of San Francisco, Calif., Maureen Nelson
(Robert) of Mishawaka, and Loretta of Fresno, Calif.; 15 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren;
and sisters: Nancy Jones of South Bend, Eileen Thompson of Florence, Mont. And Christina
Miles of Albuquerque, N.M.
Visitation was Friday, April 20, in Thallemer, Goethals & Wells Funeral Home, Mishawaka where
the rosary was prayed at 7 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 21, in St. Monica
Catholic Church, Mishawaka. Burial followed in Fairview cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Joseph Indian School, Chamberlain, SD, 57326.

Agnes E. Waranowski
WALKERTON — Agnes E. Waranowski, 94, of Walkerton, formerly of Koontz Lake, died on
Thursday, April 19 in Miller’s Merry Manor, Walkerton.
She is survived by Donna Blackburn of Walkerton, David Blackburn of Walkerton, Dale
Blackburn of Alabama, Dean Blackburn of Paoli and Dana Baker of Mishawaka.
Visitation is Sunday, April 22 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. CDT at Rannells Funeral Home, Koontz
Lake Chapel.
Funeral services are Sunday, April 22 at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will be at the Grovertown cemetery.

A. Richard Gimbel
CULVER — A. Richard Gimbel, 59, of Culver, died Friday, April 20 at his home.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 5, in the Memorial Chapel on the
campus of the Culver Academies. Contributions are to be made to the Culver Academies Annual
Fund.
