ALBERT CARLSON, 94, of Fort Wayne, formerly of Donaldson, died Friday at Renaissance Village Retirement Center. Born in Bokon, Sweden, he was a longtime Donaldson farmer and was also a carpenter in Chicago and South Bend for many years, retiring as a member of Carpenter's Union Local 413. His wife, Adaline Marie, died in March. Surviving are a son, Max E. Gerber of Los Angeles; two daughters, Sandra M. Dunn of Columbia, Md., and Joyce A. Hite-Moore of Fort Wayne; five grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. He was also preceded in death by a son, Carl Albert.

Born in Decatur, Ill., he held ministries in Ohio, Indiana and Michigan after graduating from Cincinnati Bible Seminary and was also a camp manager at Rock Lake Christian Assembly for 18 years.
