Surviving are her mother, Retha Holbrook of Warsaw; a daughter, Bobbie Erdmier of Phoenix; a son, Ric of Phoenix; a brother, Jim Holbrook of Warsaw; five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Services in Phoenix at a later date. Burial in Veterans National cemetery, Phoenix, at a later date. Memorials to donor's choice.

Surviving are his wife, Jean Fry; three daughters, Phyllis Bauzi of Virginia Beach, Va., Ann P. Frost of Grand Rapids, Mich., and Judy Haslinger of Angola; and a grandchild.
