Surviving are two daughters, Teresa Pratico of Fort Wayne and Debra Weilbaker of Huntertown; two sons, Daniel of Mountain Home, Idaho, and Douglas of Fort Wayne; two brothers, Russel Bell of Lexington, Ky., and Paul Bell of Rock-holds, Ky.; three sisters, Thelma Miller of Jellico, Tenn., Pansey Pate of Harlan, Ky., and Norma Miller of Rockholds; 13 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a son, David E. Services at 2 p.m. Saturday at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Funeral Home, 6810 Old Trail Road, with calling two hours before services.
