Surviving are his wife, Maxine D.; three sons, Steve, Bill and Gary, all of Fort Wayne; three daughters, Donna Bowersock of Fort Wayne, Sue Swartz of Kimmell and Peggy Doherty of Austin, Texas; six sisters, Margie Dennie, Betty Mills, Ruth Ballinger and Juanita Gillenwater, all of Fort Wayne, and Rosie Dawson and Donna Mae Dawson, both of Ossian; three brothers, Walter and Lloyd, both of Fort Wayne, and Jim of Arizona; two half brothers, Larry Zent and Allen Zent, both of Fort Wayne; six half sisters, Sally Stuff, Chris Zent, Robin Zent, Sandy Zent, Althea Hedges and Beverly Lawson, all of Fort Wayne; 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
