Survivors include his wife, Mildred (Franchie); two daughters, Denise Gullett of Elkhart and Michelle Hostetler of Bristol; a son, Ronald W. II of Omaha, Neb.; and a brother, Steven C. of Bristol. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the Bristol Chapel, Stemm - Lawson - Peterson Funeral Home, where friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today, and a Masonic service will be held at 7:30 p.m.

Missouri Williams

Jan. 7, 1916 - Nov. 20, 1998

SOUTH BEND - Missouri Williams, 82, of 2602 W. Linden Ave., died Friday in her home of natural causes. Survivors include three daughters, Henri Ann Thomas of Rochester, N.Y., and Cynthia Swoaks and Angelia Harris, both of South Bend; and a sister, DeAlma Smith of Statesboro, Ga. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Greater St. John Missionary Baptist Church. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the Clark Funeral Home, where a Household of Ruth #709 memorial service will be at 7:30 p.m.

Charles D. Wood

Jan. 2, 1950 - Nov. 22, 1998

GOSHEN - Charles David Wood, 48, of 404 Glenwood Drive, died at 2:15 p.m. Sunday in his home of cancer. Survivors include his wife, Carla J. (Mishler); five daughters, Stefanie L. Wood of Lakeland, Fla., Dalana M. Wood of South Bend, Jessica Kickbush of Walkerton, Ashley M. Wood at home, and Barbara Wood; two sons, Charles R. and Christopher A., both of Stuart, Fla.; two stepsons, Carlos and Antonio Ortega, both at home; two sisters, Katherine Crouse of Milford and Alouise Wade of Syracuse; and five brothers, Michael of Bristol, James of Cromwell, John of New Paris, and Peter and Mark, both of Goshen. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Rieth - Rohrer - Ehret Funeral Home, where friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today.

Victor D. Brady

Oct. 31, 1918 - March 7, 1998

NEW PARIS - - Victor D. Brady, 79, of Gold Bar, Wash., formerly of New Paris and Goshen, died March 7 in Bellevue, Wash. Survivors include his wife, Willie Louise (Rosser); a daughter, Victoria L. Speigner of Bellevue; three sons, Dennis W. of Portland, Ore., Bruce A. of Tampa, Fla., and Richard D. of Tucson, Ariz.; and his mother, Lydia A. Robison of Goshen. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in New Paris cemetery. Rieth, Rohrer & Ehret Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

Jackie B. Brantley

March 22, 1949 - July 15, 1998

PLYMOUTH - - Jackie B. Brantley, 49, of Fort Wayne, formerly of Plymouth, died Wednesday in St. Joseph Medical Center of Fort Wayne of natural causes. Survivors include three sons, Jeff A., Anthony R. and Robert C., all of Fort Wayne; and two brothers, Michael Troxel and William Troxel, both of Fort Wayne. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Johnson - Danielson Funeral Home, where friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today.

Lloyd A. Goetzke

April 13, 1931 - July 15, 1998

BERRIEN SPRINGS - - Lloyd A. Goetzke, 67, of 8718 Kephart Lane, died Wednesday in Lakeland Continuing Care Center - Berrien Center. Survivors include his wife, Esther; a daughter, Debra Lemon of Coloma; a son, Paul of Stevensville; a sister, Beatrice Brodbeck of Milwaukee; and three brothers, Harold of Germantown, Wis., Donald of Milwaukee and Milton of Gainesville, Fla. There will be no services or visitation. Allred Funeral Home is handling local arrangements.

Gladys H. Jensen

Jan. 10, 1907 - July 16, 1998

CULVER - - Gladys H. Jensen, 91, of 610 N. Plymouth St., died at 1:35 a.m. Thursday in St. Joseph's Hospital of Marshall County. Survivors include a brother, Gerald Swartz of Knox. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Bonine Funeral Home, where friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday.

John A. Maynard

Oct. 5, 1923 - July 16, 1998

NILES - John A. Maynard, 74, of 1514 N. 11th St., died Thursday in Memorial Hospital, South Bend. Survivors include his wife, Loreta Marie (Neal); a daughter, Elazan M. Lintemoot of Three Rivers; and two sons, Jack L. and George D., both of Niles. Services will be at 4 p.m. Sunday in Halbritter Funeral Home, where friends may call two hours before services.

Nell D. Moss

April 24, 1903 - July 16, 1998

VANDALIA - - Nell D. Moss, 95, of Lakeview Drive, died Thursday in Lee Memorial Hospital, Dowagiac. Survivors include a daughter, Margaret Topper of Vandalia. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. today in the Chapel of St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. There is no visitation. Forest G. Hay Funeral Home, South Bend, is handling arrangements.

Jane R. Nihart

Dec. 31, 1925 - July 16, 1998

ELKHART - Jane R. Nihart, 72, of 173 Riverview Ave., died Thursday in Elkhart General Hospital. Survivors include her husband, Donald; and a son, David T. of Milwaukee. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Hartzler - Gutermuth - Inman Funeral Home, where friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today and one hour before services Saturday.

Robert H. Wentzel

May 22, 1921 - July 14, 1998

KEWANNA - - Robert H. Wentzel, 77, of 2221 N. County Road 1000 West, died Tuesday in his home. Survivors include his wife, Doris E. (Flaherty); three sons, Gary R. and Alan H., both of Kewanna, and James M. of Soddy Daisy, Tenn; and a brother, Clarence of Elkhart. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Harrison - Metzger Funeral Home, Kewanna Chapel, where friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, and after 8 a.m. Saturday.

Paul J. Wenzel

June 11, 1914 - July 16, 1998

ELKHART - - Paul J. Wenzel, 84, of 2330 Morehouse Ave., died Thursday in Rosewood Terrace Nursing Home. Survivors include his wife, Margaret; two daughters, Ann Wenzel and Catherine Wenzel, both of Elkhart; three sons, Paul of Finksburg, Md., and John "Jack" and Stephen, both of Elkhart; a sister, Jane Felker of Glen Ellyn, Ill.; and a brother, Edward of Elkhart. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today in Hartzler - Gutermuth - Inman Funeral Home, where a rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m.

Revena A. Desits

SOUTH BEND - Revena A. Desits, 81, of South Parkway, died Thursday in Memorial Hospital. Survivors include her husband, Joseph; and a sister, Ethel Kish of South Bend. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in St. Patrick Catholic Church. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today in St. Joseph Funeral Home, 824 S. Mayflower Road, where a wake service will be at 4:30 p.m. today.

Ernest M. Freymuth

May 2, 1944 - July 16, 1998

SOUTH BEND - Ernest M. Freymuth, 54, of Brookmede Drive, died Thursday in Memorial Hospital of natural causes. Survivors include a daughter, AnnMarie Ferris of South Bend; two sons, Kenneth of Annandale, Minn., and Jeff of South Bend; and his parents, Elaine A. and Ernest A. Freymuth of South Bend. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Stephen's Catholic Church. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive.

Robert A. Garrett

April 6, 1920 - July 15, 1998

SOUTH BEND - - Robert A. Garrett, 78, of East Calvert Street, died Wednesday in St. Joseph's Medical Center. Survivors include his wife, Blanche (Higgins); a daughter, Sandra Rice of Mishawaka; a son, Devon "Bud" of South Bend; and two sisters, Martha Hochstetler of Three Rivers and Marian Watson of Edwardsburg. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Palmer Funeral Home, South Bend, where friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today.

SOUTH BEND - - June I. Goss, 73, of East Bowman Street, died Wednesday in Memorial Hospital. Survivors include a son, Ron A. of Fort Wayne. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Forest G. Hay Funeral Home, where friends may call one hour before services.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Church of Loretto, Saint Mary's Convent, Notre Dame, where friends may call after 3 p.m. today and a wake service will be at 7 p.m. Hickey Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
