Norma Lambert
Norma Mae Lambert, 77, of Paducah, Ky., formerly of Evansville, died Friday, Nov. 9, 2001, at her home of apparent heart failure.
She retired as assistant instructor from the Paducah Independent Schools.
Surviving are her husband, John T. Lambert; three sons, Keith A. of Calvert City, Ky., John R. of Newport News, Va., and David D. of Providence, R.I.; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Services were held at Lindsey Funeral Home in Paducah, Ky., with burial in Rosebower Cemetery
in Reidland, Ky.
Memorial contributions may be made to Lourdes Hospice in Paducah, Ky.
Geneva Felker
Geneva G. Felker, 89, of Evansville, died Friday, Nov. 23, 2001, at St. Mary's Medical Center Welborn Campus. She was a 1931 graduate of Chrisney High School in Chrisney, Ind.
She retired from Swift & Co. in 1974 after 44 years.
Surviving are a sister, Marilena Adams of Midway, Ind.; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Felker, in 1974.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. today in Oak Hill Cemetery, the Rev. Dennis Davenport officiating.
There will be no visitation at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel.
Memorial contributions may be made to Morningside Presbyterian Church.
Anna Leonard
Anna Pearl Leonard, 87, of Evansville, died Thursday, Nov. 22, 2001, at her home of liver cancer. She had worked for Servel and Republic Aviation during World War II, where she was one of the first female welders.
Surviving are two daughters, Darlene Leonard of Evansville and Judy Russelburg of Prairieville, La.; four sons, Kenneth and Jack Fox and LeRoy and Ronald Leonard, all of Evansville; a sister, Betty Pheral of Eddyville, Ky.; three brothers, William, Donald and James Osborne, all of Eddyville; 13 grandchildren, Kevin, Angie, Jason, Adam, Matt, Andy and Barbara Leonard, Tony and Jack Fox Jr., Tina Wilson, Lolita McDaniel, Julia Lyons and Angela; and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Leonard, in 1967.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel, the Rev. Ron Osborne officiating. She will be taken by horse-drawn carriage for burial in Park Lawn Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today, from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday and from 9 a.m. to service time at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Deaconess/Ohio Valley Hospice or the Vanderburgh Humane Society.
Robert Evard
Robert "Bob" Allen Evard, 82, of Evansville, died Friday, Nov. 23, 2001, at the VA Hospital in Marion, Ill., of heart failure.
He retired as a pipefitter in construction work.
He was an Army veteran.
He was a member of the Democratic Party and was a lifetime member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3418 in Boonville, Ind., American Legion Posts 777 and 200 in Boonville and Chapter 4 Disabled Veterans of Foreign Wars in Evansville. He was a member of Chandler General Baptist Church.
Surviving are two sisters, Virginia Stevens of Kosantky, Texas, and Betty Neal of Paris, Ill.; and a caregiver, Jane Sizemore of Evansville.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Alexander Funeral Home East Chapel, the Revs. Bobbie R. Burns and Danny Dunnyan officiating, with burial in Park Lawn Cemetery, with military rites.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Rickey Cooper
Rickey Joe Cooper, 45, of Naples, Fla., formerly of Evansville, died Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2001, at Lee Memorial Hospital in Fort Myers, Fla., of cancer.
He attended Naples High School.
He was a Navy veteran and was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church.
Surviving are a son, Zachary of Fort Myers, Fla.; his mother, Ethel Cooper Smith of Naples, Fla.; and eight sisters, Rita Lezgus and Emma Shows, both of Naples, Ginger Carroll of Warrenton, Va., Jenny Morrison of Dunnegan, Mo., Marsha Sutton of Boonville, Brenda Cooper of Houston, Ellen Taylor of Haleysville, Ala., and Nellie Salee of Yankeetown, Ind.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday in Bates Hill Cemetery
in Yankeetown, with military rites.
There will be no visitation at Koehler Funeral Home Boonville Chapel.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Incorporated or a Christian church of the donor's choice.
Gerri Beasley
Geraldine "Gerri" Beasley, 68, of Henderson, the mother of Kirk and Matt Beasley of Evansville, died Thursday, Nov. 22, 2001, at her home of liver failure.
She was an assistant for her husband's private counseling practice.
Surviving are her husband of 34 years, Paul Beasley; a sister, Ruby O'Brien of Canada; a brother, Roy Garland of Canada; and a half sister, Dorothy Coddling of Canada.
There will be no services. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Simpson-Meyer Funeral Home.
Margaret DeBord
PRINCETON - Margaret E. DeBord, 83, died Thursday, Nov. 22, 2001, at Holiday Manor Nursing Home.
She was the treasurer for the City of Princeton for four years, worked for Highway Machine, Potter & Brumfield, B&W Ford and retired from G.C. Murphy & Clerk.
She was secretary and past worthy matron of Order of the Eastern Star 176 Golden Fleece, past president of Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary 1147 and was a member of First Baptist Church of Princeton, where she taught Sunday school and played the piano.
Surviving are two sons, Kenneth of Princeton and Randall of Germany; two grandchildren, Melissa Johnson and Kenneth James DeBord; two great-granddaughters; and a stepgreat-grandson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Kenneth DeBord.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Colvin Funeral Home, with burial in Oddfellows Cemetery
in Francisco.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Alice Way
VINCENNES - Alice Jean (Clark) Way, 77, formerly of Bruceville and Lakeland, Fla., died Thursday, Nov. 22, 2001, at her son's home in Evansville of apparent heart failure.
She retired from Lakeland General Hospital in Lakeland, Fla.
She enjoyed painting, reading and genealogy.
Surviving are a daughter, Pamela J. Stanford of Brandon, Fla.; a son, Terrell G. Brace of Evansville; a sister, Jo LeCocq of Bruceville; a brother, Roy Clark of Mooresville; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at McClure Funeral Home Bruceville Chapel. Burial will be private.
