Calling will be held from 2-8 p.m. Monday at the Bailey-Love Mortuary, where funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday. Rev. Eugene Vickery will officiate at the services.
Burial will be at the Gardens of Memory, Huntington County.

Earl ‘Red’ Smith
Earl Melvin “Red” Smith, 84, 1903 Aspen Ave., died at 9 p.m. Friday (March 7, 2003) at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
Calling is 3-5 and 6-8 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Keplinger Funeral Home, 509 N. High St., Hartford City. Services will be held at the funeral home at 2 p.m. Tuesday with Rev. Robert C. Neel officiating. Burial will be at Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Muncie.

Ralph M. Reed, 85, a resident of Oakbrook Village, died at 6:30 p.m. Friday (March 7, 2003) at Parkview Huntington Hospital.
There are no calling hours or services. Myers Funeral Home, Huntington Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.

William W. Pape Sr., 74, 1097 N. Seminary St., Roanoke, died at 1:25 a.m. Friday (March 7, 2003) at Miller’s Merry Manor, Huntington.
There are no calling hours or public services.
A private family prayer service will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday.

There will be no calling or services, with burial at a later date at Hillcrest Cemetery, Huntington.

Myrna S. Mullins, 60, Fort Wayne, died Sunday (March 9, 1903) at her home.
Calling is 2-5 and 7-9 p.m.Tuesday at the D.O. McComb and Sons Covington Knolls Chapel, 8325 Covington Rd., Fort Wayne. Services will be held at the funeral home at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Burial will be at Covington memorial Gardens, Fort Wayne.

Ethel Mae Miller, 83, Wabash, died at 8:10 a.m. Saturday (May 8, 2003) at Wabash County Hospital, Wabash.
Calling will be from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Home, Wayne Street Chapel, 83 E. Main St., Wabash, where funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday. Pastor James MacDonald and Pastor Bill Garver will officiate at the service.
Burial will be at Memorial Lawns Cemetery, Wabash.

Corinne C. Horrell
Corinne C. Horrell, 84, 3720 N. Norwood Rd., died at 3:40 p.m. Saturday (March 8, 2003) at Norwood Nursing Center.
Calling hours are 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Bailey-Love Mortuary. Services will be at the same location at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Rev. Bill Rapp will officiate.
Burial will be in the Clear Creek Cemetery.

Ruth L. Biddle
Ruth Lucille Biddle, 88, formerly of 328 Joe St., died at 10 p.m. Monday (March 10, 2003) at Miller’s Merry Manor, where she was a resident.
Mrs. Biddle retired from the Erie Department Store, where she had been a clerk from 1972-92. She had previously worked for McClellan Dime Store in Huntington for 19 years.
She was a member of the American Legion Post 7 Ladies Auxiliary and the Eagles Lodge Ladies Auxiliary.
She was born Jan. 30, 1915 in Rock Creek Township, Huntington County, to Emery and Adaline Cynthia Hart Chesterman. She was a lifetime resident of Huntington County. She married Kenneth Paul Biddle in Kokomo on Jan. 1, 1941. He died Jan. 15, 1967.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Paul Biddle Jr.; three brothers, James Chesterman, Richard Chesterman and Donald Chesterman; and two sisters, Pauline Chesterman and Dorothy LaVine.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Bailey-Love Mortuary, where funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday. Rev. Jonathan Heaslet will officiate.
Burial will be at Star of Hope Cemetery.

Jerry Lee Wilson, 68, Hartford City, died at 11:18 a.m. Tuesday (March 11, 2003) at Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Thursday, with Elk services at 7 p.m., at the Glancy Funeral Homes, H. Brown and Son Chapel, 203 N. Matilda St., Warren.
Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 1 p.m. Friday, with calling two hours prior to services. Rev. Roy Phelps will officiate.
Burial will be at the Woodlawn Cemetery, Warren.

Katie Elizabeth Kobelski, 22, Colchester, Conn., died at 5:27 p.m. Monday (March 10, 2003) at Parkview Huntington Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Fitchville Baptist Church in Bozrah, Conn., with Rev. Stephen Kurczy officiating.
Interment will be Monday at the St. Patrick Cemetery, Montville, Conn.
