John P. “Hammer” Schultis, 59, of Angola, died at 7 a.m. Thursday (Aug. 8, 2003) at St. Joseph Medical Center, Fort Wayne.
Calling will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the Feller Funeral Home, 875 S. Wayne St., Waterloo, where the Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Sunday. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 500 E. 7th St., Auburn, with Father Charles Herman officiating.
Burial will be at Catholic Cemetery, Auburn, with military graveside services conducted by American Legion Post 423, Orland.

Jacob is survived by his parents, James and Patricia Easterday, Roann; two brothers, Colton and Peyton Easterday, both at home; a sister, Emily Easterday, at home; grandparents Janice Perry, Bippus, Herbert Perry, Kimmel, Mr. and Mrs. David Buhr, New Haven, and Mr. and Mrs. Carl Easterday, Fort Wayne; and a great-grandmother, Martha Perry, Columbia City.
Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at the Mt. Hope Cemetery
with C. J. Steiner officiating.
