John O. Noble
John O. "Big John" Noble, 72, of 2710 Vermont Ave., Connersville died early Friday morning February 18, 2005 at the Lincoln Centers-West, Connersville. He was born on December 3, 1932 in Rush County, IN to Otis and Dorothy Alice Morrell Noble.
He had lived in the Orange Community most of his life before moving in to Connersville in 1994. He was a member of the Orange Christian Church and had farmed in Franklin and Fayette Counties. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He had worked at Stant Manufacturing as an inspector where he retired in 1989 after 35 years of service. He married the former Clara J. Evans on May 9, 1953 at the Orange Christian Church.
Survivors include his wife: Clara J. Evans Noble of Connersville; Son and daughter in law: John Stephen and Dana Noble of Connersville; 2 Brothers and their spouses: Lowell and Linda Noble of Glenwood and Norman and Norma Jean Noble of Knightstown; 2 Sisters: Ramona Lewis and Bess Kincaid, both of Louisville, KY; 2 grandchildren and spouse: Tara and Jeff Cerqua of Phoenix, AZ and Kyle Buckles of Connersville; Great grandson: Landon Cerqua of Phoenix, AZ. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother: David Noble.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Showalter Blackwell Long Funeral Home, Myers Chapel, Connersville on Tuesday February 22, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. with Mr. Noel Lunsford of Connersville officiating. Burial will follow in Orange Cemetery, Fayette County, IN. Friends may visit at the funeral home from 5 until 8 p.m. Monday February 21, 2005.

Ryan N. Heyerly, 25, Decatur, died at 4 a.m. Sunday (June 22, 2003) at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. Monday and 1-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Goodwin Memorial Chapel, 3220 E. Ind.-124, Bluffton. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the North Apostolic Christian Church, Bluffton, with burial at the Apostolic Christian Cemetery.

Lola M. Gray, 81, Huntington, died at 2:50 a.m. Friday (June 20, 2003) at the Norwood Nursing Center.
Calling is noon-2 p.m. Tuesday at the Myers Funeral Home, Huntington Chapel. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Greenwood Cemetery, Clarksville, Tenn.

Ray H. Drabenstot, 89, 1577 Gardendale Ave., died at 4:55 a.m. Saturday (June 21, 2003) at his home.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Bailey-Love Mortuary. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church with Rev. Richard S. Lofgren officiating. Burial will be at the Pilgrims Rest Cemetery.

Byron G. “Barney” Wagoner, 70, Urbana, died at 1:20 a.m. Monday (June 23, 2003) at Miller’s Merry Manor in Huntington.
There will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, July 5, at the Wabash First Brethren Church, 411 N. Huntington St., Wabash.
Mr. Wagoner donated his body to the Indiana University Anatomical Education Program in Indianapolis.
