Alexandria H. Jackson
Alexandria Hope Jackson, Columbia City, died at 4:32 p.m. Wednesday (July 30, 2003) after her premature birth in Columbia City.
She was the daughter of Stacy Marie Shinabery and Timothy Clinton Jackson II, who survive.
Also surviving are her grandparents, Dave and Rita Coverstone Shinabery, St. Paris, Ohio, Terri Staples Shinabery, Fort Wayne, and Linda Duke, Andrews. Surviving great-grandmothers are Dorothy Coverstone, Columbia City, and Sharon Perry, Fort Wayne.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Christian Chapel Cemetery, Merriam, Ind., with Rev. Lannie Maloney officiating.
The Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City, is in charge of arrangements.

Edward E. Boyd, 75, 1110 Lindley St., died at 9:25 p.m. Thursday (July 31, 2003) at his home.
Calling will be from 10 a.m. Saturday until the 11 a.m. Saturday funeral service at Deal-Robbins & Van Gilder Funeral Home, Huntington Chapel, with Pastor M.E. Burkett officiating. Burial will be at Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
Preferred memorials are to the New Hope United Brethren Building Fund or the Parkview Huntington Home Health Care, both in care of Deal-Robbins & Van Gilder Funeral Home, 338 E. Washington St., Huntington, IN 46750.

Helen L. Sunday, 86, a resident of Norwood Nursing Center, died at the home at 3:03 p.m. Saturday (Aug. 2, 2003).
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Bailey-Love Mortuary, where services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Pastor Joseph Sumwalt will officiate. Burial will be at Gardens of Memory Cemetery.

Brigadier Phylis Miller
Brigadier Phylis Miller, 84, Kokomo, died at 1:50 a.m. Saturday (Aug. 2, 2003) at Howard Community Hospital.
Calling will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Ellers Mortuary Main Street Chapel, 725 S. Main St., Kokomo. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 5, at the Kokomo Salvation Army Chapel, 1101 S. Waugh St., Kokomo, with Major John Mallett officiating. Burial will be in Huntington’s Mount Hope Cemetery.
Preferred memorials are to the Salvation Army.

Ruby M. King, 83, a resident of Miller’s Merry Manor, died at the home Sunday (Aug. 3, 2003).
There will be no calling. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Mt. Etna Cemetery
with Pastor Russell Buzzard officiating.

William E. Folk
William E. Folk, 79, died at 2:38 p.m. Monday (Aug. 4, 2003) at Parkview Huntington Hospital.
There will be no calling. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Gardens of Memory with Rev. Russell Buzzard officiating. Representatives of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2689 will perform military graveside services.
Memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s choice.

Donald L. Erb, 92, Warren, died at 4 p.m. Friday (Aug. 1, 2003) at the Bluffton Regional Medical Center.
Calling was 4-7 p.m. Sunday at the Applegate Chapel of the United Methodist Memorial Home, 801 Huntington Ave., Warren.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the chapel with Chaplain John Bellante officiating. Interment will be at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery
in Huntington.

Services for Kyndall Alyse Brown were held July 29 at St. John United Church of Christ in Chesterfield, Mo.
The 17-month-old daughter of Broc and Jennifer Crites Brown, Ballwin, Mo., died July 25, 2003, at St. John’s Mercy Hospital, St. Louis, Mo.
In addition to her parents, Kyndall is survived by her grandparents, Wendell and Shari Brown, Warren, and Dave and Kathy Crites, St. Louis, Mo.; and her great-grandparents, Pauline Brown and Grace Thompson, both of Warren, and Robert and Marie Crites and Harold and Teresa Robinson, all of St. Louis.

M. Elizabeth Theobald, 83, a resident of The Heritage of Huntington, died at 11:45 p.m. Monday (Aug. 4, 2003) at her home.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday and from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Deal-Robbins & Van Gilder Funeral Home, Andrews Chapel. Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Rev. Mark Whinery will officiate. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery, Andrews.

Daisy M. Murray, 99, of Liberty Village Nursing Home in Delaware County and formerly of Wells County, died at 10:22 a.m. Tuesday (Aug. 5, 2003) at the Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie.
Calling will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Thoma/Rich, Hewitt & Chaney Funeral Home, 308 W. Washington St., Bluffton, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday. Dr. Joe Baker will officiate at the service. Burial will be at the Stahl Cemetery, Bluffton.

Robert Allan Krugh, 59, Columbia City, died at 10:28 a.m. Tuesday (Aug. 5, 2003) at Parkview Whitley Hospital emergency room, where he was brought after being found in his vehicle east of Columbia City.
Calling will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Drive, Columbia City, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, with Pastor Barry Faucett officiating. Burial will be at St. Matthew’s Cemetery, Columbia City.
