Florence E. Cole, 90, a former resident of Grant County, died at 3:45 a.m. Sunday (Dec. 28, 2003) at the United Methodist Memorial Home, Warren. She had been a resident of the home since September 2000.
Calling will be from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday and 10 a.m. Wednesday until the 11 a.m. services at Glancy Funeral Homes - H. Brown & Son Chapel, Warren. Rev. John Pattison will officiate. Burial will be at the Woodlawn Cemetery, Warren.

Edith Jane Bechtold, 89, 10929N-400E, Roanoke, died at 8:47 a.m. Friday (Dec. 26, 2003) at the Hospice Home of Northeast Indiana, Fort Wayne.
Calling will be from 2-4 and 6-8 Monday at the Roanoke Memorial Funeral Chapel, where services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday with Rev. Richard Niles officiating. Burial will be at Glenwood Cemetery, Roanoke.

Calling will be held from 1 p.m. until the 2 p.m. funeral service Saturday at the United Methodist Memorial Home, 801 Huntington Ave., Warren.
Preferred memorials are to the Epworth Forest Church Camp in North Webster, in care of the United Methodist Memorial Home, 801 Huntington Ave., Warren, IN 46792. Contributions will be used to erect a memorial at Epworth in memory of Mrs. Sapp.

Amy M. Riecke
Amy Michelle Riecke, 11, Huntington, died at 4:50 p.m. Monday (Dec. 29, 2003).
Amy was born Jan. 23, 1992 in Huntington to John and Laura Dinius Riecke. Her parents survive and live in Huntington.
Also surviving are two brothers, Adam Riecke and Aaron Riecke, both at home; a sister, Abby Riecke, at home; her grandparents, Don and Shirley Dinius and Jerome and Jackie Riecke, all of Huntington; and a great-grandmother, Ruby Fredericks, Huntington.
Private funeral services were held on Wednesday at the Myers Funeral Home, Huntington Chapel, with Pastor Kevin Dunlop and Father Gary Sigler officiating.
Pallbearers were Jeff Caley, Kent Dinius, Mark Dinius, Jim Riecke, Steve Riecke, and Kurt Winkelman.
Interment was at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery.

Dorothy L. Pfeifer, 92, died at 7:35 a.m. Wednesday (Dec. 31, 2003) at Renaissance Village in Fort Wayne, where she was a resident.
