JULIA LEAH KING BITTNER, 37, Indianapolis, died May 30, 2003.
She was the daughter of Sharon L. (Billing) King and the late George W. King of Carmel. Mrs. Bittner was a 1984 graduate of Carmel High School and was an office supervisor six years for Borders Book Store in Castleton. She attended East 91st Street Christian Church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Urich Fund for Sarcoma Research, in care of the University of Michigan Cancer Center Development Office, 1500 E. Medical Center Drive, Ann Arbor, MI 48109-0755.
Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, June 15, in Flanner & Buchanan Funeral Center – Washington Park North, with calling following in the WPN Community Room.
Other survivors include her husband, M. Eric Bittner; brother Andrew E. King, Indianapolis; sisters Dawn R. and Lisa D. King, both of Indianapolis; grandparents Andrew J. and Margaret (Blakey) Billing, Indianapolis.
She is also survived by her in-laws Mark E. and Doris Ann (Brodie) Bittner, and grandmother-in-law Dorothy R. (Kimmel) Bittner, all of Corriganbille, MD.
Howard H. Headdy
Howard H. Headdy, 62, of Ellettsville, died at 12:19 a.m. Monday, May 30, 2011 at Bloomington Hospital.
He was born on Aug. 3, 1948, in Monroe County to Hubert Hays Headdy and Dorothy Swafford Headdy. He was married
to Megan (Harra) Headdy for 13 years. Howard served in the United States Army andwas the owner of A to Z Tree Service. He was a member of Old Dutch Church.
Survivors include his wife, Megan Headdy, of Ellettsville; son, Heath Headdy (Amy), of Ellettsville; daughters, Renna Cummings (Rick), of Ellettsville, Regina Ingram (Ben), of Ellettsville; grandchildren, Ryan, Rachelle, Ross, Ben and Ava; one great-grandchild, Aiden; four brothers, Don Headdy, of Kentucky, Charles Headdy, of Ellettsville, Major, of Ellettsville, and Richard, of Ellettsville; and four sisters, Hilda Rusnak, of Ellettsville; Diana Babbs, of Ellettsville, Mary Heckman, of Ellettsville, and Shelby Anderson, of Unionville.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Dave Headdy; one sister, Donna Siscoe; and one infant sister, Patricia Headdy.
Visitation is 4-9 p.m. Thursday, June 2, 2011 at Chandler Funeral Home in Ellettsville. Services are 11 a.m. Friday, June 3, 2011 at Old Dutch Church. Interment will be in Old Dutch cemetery.

PATRICIA R. (WILKES) ROBBINS, 72, Greenfield, died Wednesday, May 28, 2003.
She was born June 22, 1930, in Linton, IN, to the late Samuel and Lillie Mae (Smith) Wilkes. Before retiring in 1996, Mrs. Robbins was employed by the Scottish Rite Cathedral as a Secretary for over 20 years.
She was preceded in death by sister Delores D. Majewski, brother George Wilkes. Survivors include husband U. James Robbins; son James Bruce (Lisa) Robbins; daughter Sherry (Bud) Christensen; sister Mary Nichols; niece Penny Steffey; and nephews Mick Teppig and Tim Hebb.
Memorial Services: 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 4, at Legacy Funeral Alternatives at Memorial Park, with calling there 1 hour prior to services.

Katie Inez (Peterson) Pace was born to the late Edward and Mary Peterson on August 6, 1918, in Birmingham, Alabama. She went home to be with the Lord on May 30, 2003.
Services: Noon June 7, 2003 at Legacy Funeral Alternatives with visitation at 11:00 a.m.
Burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery.
Katie graduated from Industrial High School in Birmingham, Alabama. She later attended cosmetology school. Katie married
Louis Pace, who preceded her in death. They were the parents of two sons, the late Louis Pace, Jr., and Claud Ellis Pace.
Katie moved with her family to Detroit, Michigan, in 1946. She was a faithful wife and mother who loved the Lord. Katie was known in her community for her positive attitude and volunteer spirit. She never hesitated to minister to the needs of others. When Katie’s health began to fail in 1998, she moved to Indianapolis, Indiana, to be near her son and family. Although her body was frail, her spirit remained strong. She used every opportunity possible to demonstrate her love for Christ by loving others.
Katie leaves to mourn her passing and to cherish her memory a son Claud Pace, daughter-in-law Evelyn Pace, grandchildren Brian Pace and Jessica Pace of Indianapolis, Louis Pace III, Carlos Pace, China Pace and Cecilia Pace of Seattle, WA, 4 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Alexandria - Edna C. (Mroz) Hamm, 80, Alexandria, died May 3, 2002 at Bethany Pointe Care Center following a battle with cancer.
She was born September 1, 1921, in Anderson, Indiana, and lived in the Anderson and Alexandria area all of her life.
She worked at Delco Remy from 1940 to 1943.
She was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church of Anderson. She was a member of theVFW Ladies Auxiliary. She loved sewing, baking, and fishing.
Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Paul Robert "Bob" Hamm, whom she married
August 22, 1942 at the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Anderson. Daughter: Julie and husband Charles "Brad" Fetters of Alexandria. Son: Michael A. and wife Debby Hamm of Meridian, Mississippi. Sister: Helen Sczesny of Anderson. Four Grandchildren: Brett & wife Lisa Fetters of Alexandria; Lori & husband Bobby Stinefield of Alexandria; Jodi Hamm of Austin, TX and Jon & wife Chris Hamm of Meridian, MS. Great-grandson: William Michael Hamm - Meridian, MS. Several nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son, Daniel Lee Hamm; parents, Frank & Julia E. (Bagienski) Mroz; sisters: Jennie Hicks & Lorie Ratkiewicz; Brother: Isadore "Zeke" Mroz.
Services will be 10:00 AM, Thursday, May 9, 2002 at Robert D. Loose Funeral Home, North Chapel, with Rev. Robert Williams, Rev. Paul Cochran and Rev. Cliff Richardson officiating.
Burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery, Anderson.
Visitation will be Wednesday, May 8, 2002 from 4-8:00 PM at Robert D. Loose Funeral Home, North Chapel.

Mrs. Alice Christina Kilpatrick
Mrs. Alice Christina Kilpatrick, 73, of Seymour, IN, passed away at 7:20 AM, Sunday, October 12, 2008.
Mrs. Kilpatrick was born in Iron Mountain, MI, on December 13, 1934, the daughter of John and Mary (Trzeciak) Gramelspacher.
On July 25, 1953, in Monticello, IN, she married
William C. "Bill" Kilpatrick. He preceded her in death on February 29, 2008.
Alice was a member of First United Methodist Church. She was a homemaker and was secretary and bookkeeper for the various family businesses. Beginning in 1989, Alice worked as an optician. She was employed in that capacity at Wal Mart Vision Center in Seymour until her retirement in 2006. Alice's hobbies included cooking, gardening, crafts and enjoying nature.
She is survived by her daughters; Debra Kilpatrick, Donna (Don) Jones, Janet (Ron) Stapleton, her son; Dr. Michael (Ingrid) Kilpatrick, 6 grandchildren, brother; John (Beulah) Gramelspacher, sisters; Carmelita Elmer, Catherine (Gene) Riehle, Cecilia May (Bud) Kleeman.
Besides her husband she is preceded by her parents, brothers Frank and David Gramelspacher, and sister; Rose Marie Gerhard.
Services will be held at First United Methodist Church on Thursday, October 16, at 10:30 AM with Rev. Steve Cherry officiating.
Burial will be at Riverview cemetery, Seymour, with a Voss Dove Tribute.
Friends may call at Voss Chapel on Wednesday from 4:00-8:00 PM, and at the church on Thursday from 9:30 AM until time of service.
Memorials may be written to First United Methodist Church or the Schneck Medical Center Foundation.
