Christy Kay Fellure, 64, of West Lafayette, IN, passed away on Monday, July 13, 2015 in IU Arnett Hospital.
She was born on January 5, 1951 in Logansport, to the late Ernest L. and Mabel Jean Hamilton Dunham. Christy graduated from East Tipp High School in 1969
On February 28, 1998, she married
Byron Fellure in Gatlinburg, TN; he survives.
Christy worked for State Farm Insurance as a underwriter for 40 years. She was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary.
Surviving are her husband, Byron Fellure of West Lafayette; a daughter Michelle (Scott) Brown of Pine Village; a sister, Sharon (Jerry) Vianco of Lafayette; a brother, Bill (Tina) Dunham of Alabama; a granddaughter, Jessica Shoff; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Danny Dunham.
No services will be held.
Jessica Lynn Miller

Jessica passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lafayette, IN.
She left us with the same grace and strength that she had shown throughout her short time with us.
Jessica has given those of us who have known her a myriad of wonderful memories as she always put others before herself. She loved her family and friends, playing her guitar and her hula- hoop. She spent time daily with the neighborhood cats.
Jessica is survived by her parents, Heather Miller (South Bend), Brian Miller (Roseburg, OR); sister, Rachel, and niece, Araya Miller (Klamath Falls, OR); brothers, Ryan DeBoe (Mishawaka), Josh Sharp (San Antonio, TX); grandparents, Rich and Penny DeBoe (Mishawaka); great-grandparents, Steven and Beverly Sirok (Mishawaka); close friends, Nick and Michael; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. A special thanks to Manelle Markins, Rhonda Hall, Nikki Barnes, and the kind and caring staff of St. Elizabeth's ICU.
Susan Jo Henry

Susan Jo Henry, 72, of Lafayette, passed away on July 3, 2015 in Lafayette.
She was born on July 11, 1942 in Lafayette to the late Floyd J. Fuqua and Mary R. Walker LaPlante.
Susan graduated from Lafayette Jeff High School in 1960. In 1972 in Lafayette, she married
Maurice E. Henry. He preceded her in death on February 1, 2008.
She worked as an executive secretary for Duncan Electric, General Foods, and retired from Kettelhut Construction, Inc.
Susan was a member of the Moose Lodge and was attending Church Alive Worship Center. She was great at planning family parties and enjoyed scrapbooking and writing poetry.
Surviving are her children, Melissa (Bobby Millikan) Kingma of Dayton, Melinda (Glenn) Locke of Lafayette, Teresa (Kenny) Pearson of Lafayette, and Cynthia (Thelma) Henry of Rossville; a daughter-in-law, Lisa Kingma of Brookston; a sister, Lucinda (Bill) Klein of Texas, brothers; George (Regina) LaPlante of Texas and Rick Fuqua of Lafayette. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her sons, Richard Kingma and Anthony Henry and 3 grandchildren, Cassie Kingma, Josh Kingma, and Wes Kingma.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 10th from 5 to 8 p.m. at Fisher Funeral Chapel. Services will be on Saturday, July 11th at 1 p.m.at Fisher Funeral Chapel with Pastor Owen Mason officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park.

Victoria Jean Hutchins, 60, of Kentland, passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2015 in IU Health Arnett.
She was born on February 21, 1955 in Williamsport to Donald Edward Carson and the late Patricia Ann Cole Dickovitch.
Victoria worked for South Newton High School for 3 1/2 years as a bus aide. She loved traveling and the home shopping network.
Surviving is her father, Donald Edward Carson of Florida; her daughter, Patricia Ann (Christopher) Humlhanz of Grand Rapids, Minnesota; sons, Jonathan Patrick (girlfriend Nicolette McGrew) Hutchins of Kentland, Donald Edward (Joanna) Hutchins of Lafayette, and Nicholas James Denney of Kentland; stepsons, Denny Johnson of Kentland and Jesse Vernon of Lafayette; and brothers, Leonard Carson of Goodland and Steven Carson of Lafayette. Also surviving are her grandchildren, James Ralston III, Christian, Mackenzie, Brooklyn, and Kenneth Humlhanz, Jayden and Elizabeth Hutchins with one on the way, and Devin, Anastasia, Kelsie, and Cameron Hutchins.
She was preceded in death by her mother and a brother, Walter Carson.

Catherine J. Karolzak, 83, of Lafayette, formerly of Highland, passed away on Monday, July 6, 2015 in St. Elizabeth East.
She was born on April 22, 1932 in Milwaukee, WI to Stanley and Hazel Lowe.
On June 25, 1955, she married
James Karolzak in Milwaukee, WI; he preceded her in death on November 3, 2006.
Catherine worked as a clerk for Walgreen's in Highland for 30 years. She was a member of Our Lady of Grace in Highland. Catherine enjoyed gardening, playing Bridge, and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and friends.
Surviving are her daughters, Robbin Lamblin of Lafayette, Jill (Daniel) Potts of West Lafayette, Julie (J.R.) Edmonds of Lafayette, and Lisa (Pete) Brown of Goshen; her sons, Michael (Karen) Karolzak of Valparaiso, and Mark (Tina) Karolzak of Houston, TX; a sister, Mary (Gerald) Fetherston of Kenosha, WI, and a brother; Stanley (Sandy) Lowe. Also surviving are 13 grandchildren, Amy, Rachel, Hannah, Jacob, Cody, Luke, Mikaela, Haley, Sam, Julia, Kristen, Tiffany, and Ryan and 1 great granddaughter, Bree.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Lynn Karolzak.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, July 10, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Grace in Highland (3025 Hwy Ave, Highland, IN 46322). Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30a.m. at the church.
Penelope C. Collier-Brown

Penelope C. Collier-Brown, 68 of Lafayette died Wednesday, July, 29, 2015 at St. Elizabeth East.
Penny was born in Lafayette on April 21, 1947 to Paul Mikels and the late Elizabeth Maclaughlin.
Penny Graduated from Central Catholic High School in the class of 1966.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, NASCAR, football, hiking, and doing ceramics.
Surviving are her father; Paul (Mary) Mikels, companions; Jerry Brown and Michael O. Collier, 3 daughters; Misty Sampson, Dawn (Rob) Linder and Heather Collier, son; Michael P. (Angela) Collier.
Also surviving are 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her mother and her granddaughter, Sarah Collier.
Family and friends will gather at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at 1329 Burroughs Street, Lafayette.
Eugene Lee "Slim" Pritchard
March 22, 1932 - July 16, 2015
Eugene L. "Slim" Pritchard, 83, of Lafayette, died Thursday, July 16, 2015 at the Indiana Veterans Home in West Lafayette.
He was born March 22, 1932 in Middlesboro, Kentucky to the late Joe and Beatrice (Barnett) Pritchard.
Eugene served in the United States Army. On November 17, 1955 Eugene was married
to Ruby Hollis in Lafayette, she survives. Eugene worked for Peerless Wire Goods and Purdue University in recreational sports. He enjoyed playing games, country western and gospel music and was an avid Purdue fan.
Surviving with his wife are his siblings; Helen Jones (Louis) of Panama City, Florida, Denver Pritchard of LaFollette, Tennessee and Gary Sutton and Naomi McAfee both of Tazewell, Tennessee.
Eugene is preceded in death by his children; Dennis Lee Pritchard and Patricia Ann Pritchard, grandson; James Johnson and several brothers and sisters.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, July 18, from 11 a.m. to1 p.m. at Fisher Funeral Chapel, Lafayette. Funeral services celebrating the life of Eugene will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2015 with the Rev. Chris Black officiating. Burial with full Military Honors will follow in West Point cemetery.
Steven E. Swartzell

Steven E. Swartzell, 54, Royal Center, passed away at 10:20 a.m. Tuesday, July 7, 2015, following a hard-fought battle with pancreatic cancer.
Born November 4, 1960, he was the son of the late Ralph E. and Donna (Dillon) Swartzell.
On June 30, 1979, at the Royal Center Baptist Christian Church, he was married
to Melita (Goodrich) Swartzell, who survives.
Steve was a 1979 graduate of Pioneer High School.
He was employed as a petroleum salesman with North Central Co-op. Steve enjoyed his career, especially the friendships he had made with his co-workers and clients over the years.
Steve was a member of the Crooked Creek Christian Church. He loved cars and animals, especially his dogs. Steve will always be remembered as a fun-loving man with a big heart who was always looking out for others, especially his family.
Surviving with his wife are his daughter, Amber Swartzell, of Fishers; his mother and father-in-law Warren and Imogene Goodrich, of Royal Center; one brother-in-law, Mike (Vicki) Goodrich, of Ft. Wayne; one sister-in-law, Shelly Collins, of Logansport; an aunt, Shirley (Tom) Miles, of Kokomo; uncles, Dale Forgey, of Galveston, Junior (Sandy) Swartzell, of Royal Center; and Everett Swartzell, of Logansport; several nieces, nephews; many cousins; and several great nieces and great nephews.
A funeral service celebrating the life of Steve Swartzell will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 11, 2015, in Fisher Funeral Chapel with Pastor Richard Utterback officiating.
Burial will follow at the Royal Center cemetery.
Friends will be received from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday in the funeral chapel.
Memorial contributions may be made to Crooked Creek Women's Fellowship, the Cass County Humane Society and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
Alvis Earl Phillips

Alvis Earl Phillips, 31, of Lafayette, IN, passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2015.
He was born on July 30, 1984 in Lafayette, IN to Sharon Crabtree and the late Jackie Lee Phillips.
Alvis graduated from Harrison High School and received his Associates Degree in Business from Ivy Tech. He had been working as an installer for Gale Installation.
He was a member of Victory Christian Center and loved crafting, music, and spending time with family and friends.
Surviving are his mother, Sharon Crabtree of Lafayette; his siblings, Joshua (Valentina) Phillips, Zarchary Phillips, and Elijah Hatten, all of Lafayette; his grandparents, Elizabeth Crabtree, Opal Phillips, and Jack Phillips, all of Lafayette.
He was preceded in death by his aunt, Brenda Phillips and grandfather, Frank Crabtree.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2015 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Fisher Funeral Chapel. Services will be at 7 p.m on Thursday, August 27th at Fisher Funeral Chapel with Pastor Bill Mickler officiating.
