Holly Ann Harvey, 48, of Logansport, formerly of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, died June 3, 2007 in her residence.
Born July 30, 1958 in Wittenberg, Wisconsin, she was the daughter of Edward R. and Gretta Moore Harvey.
A 1976 graduate of Wittenberg-Bernamwood High School, Holly graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1980.
Prior to moving to Logansport in 1992, Holly had lived in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, since 1970, where she had worked as a stockbroker for Charles Schwab.
She was a member of Peace Lutheran Church in Kokomo.
Surviving are her father and stepmother, Edward R. and Joanne Harvey; two brothers, Dr. William Harvey and his wife Myrna, of Logansport, Ind. and Robin Harvey, of Las Vegas, NV; two sisters, Ret. Lt. Col. Susan Gibson and her husband Colonel Roger Gibson, of Alexandria, VA, and Terry Peterson and her husband Michael, of Thornton, CO; three nieces, Jennifer Bartling and her husband Tony, Paige Peterson, and Amanda Gibson; 5 Nephews, Paul Harvey, Matthew Harvey and his wife Jennifer, Nathan Harvey, Gregory Peterson, and Brett Gibson and his wife Kimberly; and one great-niece and one great-nephew.
Her mother preceded in death.
Friends will be received 4-7 p.m. Thursday, June 7th at Fisher Funeral Chapel, Logansport, Indiana.
Services will be held at Fisher Funeral Chapel, Thursday, June 7, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Adam Mueller officiating.
Funeral services in Wisconsin will also be held at the Schmidt-Schulta Funeral Home in Wittenberg. Service times are pending.
Interment will follow in the Woodlawn cemetery, Wittenberg.
Contributions may be made to the Peace Lutheran Church, 750 E. Markland Ave., Kokomo, IN 46901, or to the charity of the donor's choice.

Donnia Stoughton
June 20, 1926 - June 18, 2007
Donnia F. Stoughton, 80 of Logansport, IN, died Monday, June 18, 2007 in her residence.
Born June 20, 1926 in Star City, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Charles Liming and the late Mary Hinkle Liming. She was married on May 27, 1965, in Pulaski, Indiana, to Russell L. Stoughton, who survives.
She attended Cross~Wind United Methodist Church. She enjoyed quilting and gardening.
She was a payroll clerk for H.W. Gossard Company for 34 years, retiring in 1980.
Surviving are Son, Jack Stoughton and his wife Mary of New Port Richey, FL; Daughter, Alice Messer of Indianapolis, IN; 3 Grandsons, Steve Stoughton and his wife Barb, TN, Kurt Stoughton and his wife Linda, FL, Michael Messer, IN; Great-Granddaughter, Amanda Stoughton, TN.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Paul and George Liming; one sister, Viola Jane Chapman; and one grandson, Matthew Messer.
Contributions may be made to the American Parkinson Disease Association.
Friends will be received From 9 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 21 at the Fisher Funeral Chapel, Logansport, Indiana.
Services will be held at Fisher Funeral Chapel, Thursday, June 21, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Gary Lewis and Rev. Richard Smith officiating.
Interment will follow in the Bethel cemetery, Logansport, Indiana.
Contributions may be made to the Parkinson Disease Association.

Daniel Joseph Weis-Leydet
April 04, 2007 - June 11, 2007
Precious child...gone too soon...but forever in our hearts
Daniel Joseph Weis-Leydet, 2 months old, Logansport, died unexpectedly Monday, June 11, 2007, at 8:34 a.m. in Lafayette.
Born April 4, 2007, in Logansport, he was the son of Teresa M. Weis and Karl Leydet, who survive in Logansport.
Also surviving are two sisters, Doja Weis and Jazmine Leydet; two brothers, Joseph Weis-Smith and Anthony Leydet; maternal grandparents, Fredrick and Fonda Weis, Monticello; paternal grandparents, Gregory and Sandra Bush, Delphi, and Susan Weis, Monticello; maternal great-grandparents, Gwendolyn Connor, Delphi, and Virgil and Betty Achey, Walton; paternal great-grandmothers, Viola Lane and Donna Bush, both of Logansport; and several aunts and uncles.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. until noon on Friday, June 15, 2007, in Fisher Funeral Chapel, Logansport. A procession to the Ever-Rest Memorial Park cemetery will follow where a service will be held in the cemetery chapel with Rev. Gary Lewis officiating.

Margaret W. Hummell
July 17, 1915 - June 12, 2007
Margaret W. Hummell, 91 years old of Lafayette, died 12:30 a.m., Tuesday, June 12, 2007 in Home Hospital.
Born July 17, 1915 in Sullivan County, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late James and Tressa Skinner Houston. She was married in August of 1933, in Sullivan County, Indiana, to Hosea Hummell. Her preceded her in death Jan. 27, 1971.
She was a member of Congress Street United Methodist Church since 1949.
Surviving are 2 Daughters, Peggy Hurt and her husband Phillip, of Lafayette, IN, and Corinne Dowell and her husband Kenneth, of Lathrup Village, Michigan; 2 Sisters, Ruth Houston of Indianapolis, IN, and Billie Houpt of Lafayette; 3 Grandchildren, Jason Hurt of Lafayette, IN, Jessica Hurt of Indianapolis, and Amy Dowell of Pearl, Mississippi.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hosea and one sister, Flora Banich.
Friends will be received 5:00 to 7:00 PM, Friday, June 15 at the Fisher-Loy Funeral Chapel, Lafayette, Indiana.
Services will be held at Fisher-Loy Funeral Chapel, Saturday, June 16, 2007 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Jean Brindel officiating.
Interment will follow in the Tippecanoe Memory Gardens.

William J. (Bill) Sellers
August 19, 1951 - June 18, 2007
Gone too soon....but forever in our hearts
William J. "Bill" Sellers, 55, Logansport, died at 10:45 p.m. Monday, June 18, 2007, in St. Vincent's Hospital, Indianapolis. For the past five months, he had valiantly fought a battle against a serious disease called sarcoidosis.
Born August 19, 1951, in Logansport, he was the son of William E. and Alma M. Zimmerman Sellers.
On June 27, 1987, in Webb Chapel United Methodist Church, rural Logansport, he was married to Marla Kingery, who survives.
June 11, 1993 was a special day in Bill's life. It was the day he officially adopted Angie. That special day was celebrated every year as their daddy-daughter anniversary.
A 1969 graduate of Logansport High School, Bill earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1973, majoring Astrophysics at Indiana University.
For 29 1/2 years, he worked at Trelleborg in Logansport. For the past three years, he had worked at EIS Fiber Coating as quality manager. He was a member of the American Society for Quality Control.
Bill was a member of the Webb Chapel United Methodist Church. He was also a member of the Cass County Humane Society and enjoyed dogs so much. Bill's love for dogs led him to adopt special family pets from the animal shelter - he had a real soft spot in his heart for his canine companions. An avid reader and comic book collector, Bill enjoyed science, science fiction and history books.
Bill was a devoted husband, a loving father and a friend to all who knew him. During his battle with sarcoidosis, he agreed to work with medical students, helping them learn more about this disease so that someday, the knowledge would help others.
Surviving with his wife are one daughter, Angela Sellers, Chicago, Illinois; four brothers, Larry L. Sellers and his wife Janet, Thorntown, Indiana, Chadwick A. Sellers and his wife Rita, of Logansport, Stephen E. Sellers and his wife Sherry, Elkhart, and David E. Sellers, of Logansport; his sister-in-law Pat Swanson and her husband Jim, of Walton; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 23, 2007, in Fisher Funeral Chapel with Pastor Bill Bergstrom officiating.
Interment will follow in Mount Hope cemetery, Logansport.
Friends may call from 2-7 p.m. Friday in Fisher Funeral Chapel.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cass County Humane Society and/or the Webb Chapel United Methodist Church.

Richard Albert Hinkle
July 24, 1930 - June 17, 2007
Richard Albert Hinkle, 76 of Logansport, IN, died 7:25 AM, Sunday, June 17, 2007 in Chase Nursing Center, Logansport, Indiana.
He was born July 24, 1930 in Chicago, IL, Son of the late Charles and the late Lillian Chrt Hinkle.
He was a US Army veteran of the Korean War.
He was a member of Logansport American Legion and VFW. He enjoyed going to the Monticello Senior Center..
He was a Laborer for Wilson Foods and also worked several years at White Co. Memorial Hospital, Monticello, IN.
Surviving are Daughter, Susan(Dale Bridge) Kinder of Logansport, IN; 2 Sons, Tony(Linda) Hinkle of Lebanon, IN, Kurt(Sabrina) Hinkle of Mulberry, IN; Brother, Don(Deloris) Hinkle, AR; Nephew, Don Hinkle, AR; 8 Grandchildren.
Friends will be received 5:00 until the time of Services, Tuesday, June 19 at the Fisher Funeral Chapel, Logansport, Indiana.
Services will be held at Fisher Funeral Chapel, Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at 7:00PM. Services will conclude with Military Honors at the flagpole in the funeral chapel gardens.
Contributions may be made to the Chase Center Activity Fund and/or Monticello Senior Center. Envelopes will be availabe at the funeral chapel.

Ruby Slaughterbeck
June 13, 2007
Ruby F. Slaughterbeck, 87 years old of Lafayette, died Wednesday, June 13, 2007 at Home Hospital.
She was born February 28, 1920 in Crawfordsville, the daughter of the late Andrew W. Waye and the late Rosa Mae Arnold.
She was married to Orval O. Slaughterbeck on December 13, 1941, in Lafayette. He preceded her in death on August 31, 1982.
She enjoyed music, garage sales, and puzzles, and spending time with her family and friends.
She was a homemaker.
Surviving are Daughter, Barbara Jean Stark of Lafayette, IN; Son, Timothy W. Slaughterbeck of Lafayette, IN; Two Sisters, Bessie Jane Slaughterbeck of Lafayette, IN, Dorothy Wyant of Arizona. Also surviving are numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren Several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received Sunday, June 17 from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Fisher-Loy Funeral Chapel, Lafayette, Indiana.
Services will be held at Fisher-Loy Funeral Chapel, Monday, June 18, 2007 at 12 p.m. with Rev. Joe Parks officiating.
Interment will follow in the Tippecanoe Memory Gardens, West Lafayette, IN.

Anna M. Johnston
January 01, 1923 - June 18, 2007
Anna Margaret Johnston, 84 of Logansport, died at 3:00 p.m. Monday, June 18, 2007 in St. Vincent's Hospital, Indianapolis.
Born January 1, 1923, in Speyer, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Otto Pfisterer and the late Anna Margaret Holzinger. On September 17, 1946, in Mannheim, Germany, she was married to Cecil E. Johnston, who survives.
She worked as a patent blueprint clerk at Hamilton Standard for 30 years, retiring in 1985.
She was a member of River of Life Christian Church, where she had been active with Christian Women's Fellowship in earlier years. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary, the American Legion Auxiliary and the Lioness Club. Her hobbies included photo scrapbooking and she especially enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Surviving with her husband are three sons, Edward L. Johnston and his wife Karen, Lake Forest, California, Ralph C. Johnston and his wife Neiani, of Pahoa, Hawaii, and Robert L. Johnston and his wife Susan, of Galesburg, Illinois; one sister, Elizabeth Trankle of Mannheim, Germany; six grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received one hour prior to the 7:00 p.m. memorial service on Friday, June 22, 2007, at the Fisher Funeral Chapel, Logansport, Indiana. Celebrant Patricia Fisher will officiate at the services.
Inurnment will be at a later date in the Ever-Rest Memorial Park cemetery in Cass County.
