Mary Magdaline Lane Hubbard, age 84, of Friendswood, Indiana died Saturday morning in Plainfield Healthcare Center, Plainfield, Indiana. She was born on June 16, 1918 to the late James J. & Katy Cleo Donaghey Lane.
She was a homemaker most of her lifea and member of the Friendswood Baptist Church.
She was the widow of Lowell Jennings Hubbard. Survivors include her sons: James Ronnie Hubbard of Plainfield, Indiana and Harley D. Hubbard of Hall, Indiana, brothers; Clarence, Luther, and Thomas all of Monrovia, Indiana, a sister; Marie Lyda Lawson, Kansas City, Missouri, 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and one great grandchild. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Velma Joyce Winsted, a brother; Truman Lane, and sisters: Martha Bollin, Marjorie Lawson, Bertha and Dixie Oxford.
Graveside Services will be conducted by Dr. David Zemple at 1:00 p.m. May 21, 2003 in Fairfield Friends cemetery. Friends may call from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. May 20, 2003 in Carlisle & Son Funeral Chapel, Mooresville, Indiana. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.

Ora Nelson Mitchell

Ora Nelson "Mitch" Mitchell age 77 of Mooresville, Indiana formerly of Plainfield and Danville, Indiana died May 31, 2003 in angel Care Health & Living Center, Franklin, IN. He was born February 20, 1926 in Boone County, Indiana to the late Walter & Bessie Page Mitchell.
He retired in 1992 after over 20 years as a semi truck driver for Daum Overnite Trucking, Plainfield, Indiana. He was also a self employed farmer. Her was a member of Teamsters Local 135. He was also preceded in death by brothers; Milford, Durbin & Jacob Mitchell.
Survivors include wife Patsy C. Miller Mitchell of Mooresville, Indiana; son Stephen Mitchell of Madison, Indiana; daughters Judy Richman of Crawfordsville, Indiana; Cathy Russell of Madison, Indiana and Yvonne Keith of Florida; brothers Russell Mitchell, Alva Mitchell, Carl Mitchell, Charles Mitchell and Jerry Mitchell; sister Mildred Sutherland; step-sons Kevin Davis of Brooklyn, Indiana and Jon Davis of Indianapolis, Indiana; step-daughters Leah Barlow and Nyla Cooper both of Mooresville, Indiana; 13 grandchildren, 11 step-grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and 7 step-great-grandchildren.
Calling is Monday, June 2, 2003 from 5-8 p.m. in Carlisle & Son Funeral Chapel, Mooresville, Indiana. Funeral service 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 3, 2003 in the funeral chapel. Rev. Don Endsley will officiate. Burial will be in New South Park cemetery, Martinsville, Indiana.

Miriam Jean Wise Walls, age 75 of Mooresville, Indiana died June 1, 2003 in Hendricks Regional Hospital, Danville, Indiana. She was born July 14, 1927 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Roscoe Van & Minnetta Hayes Spitz Wise.
She was a homemaker and member of the Jordan Apostolic Church, Brooklyn, Indiana. She was the widow of Marion Walls whom she married October 14, 1949 and who died June 21, 1994. She was also preceded in death by her daughter Barbara May Bryson.
Survivors include daughters Janet K. Kieninger of Indianapolis, Indiana and Tina M. Dyer of Quincy, Indiana; brothers Ralph Wise of Indianapolis, Indiana and Jack Wise of Mooresville, Indiana; sisters Donna Kindig of Iowa, Judith Walls & Margaret Cook both of Mooresville, Indiana; 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Calling is Tuesday, June 3, 2003 from 4-8 p.m. in Carlisle & Son Funeral Chapel, Mooresville, Indiana. Funeral service 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 4, 2003 in Jordan Apostolic Church, Brooklyn, Indiana. Vernon Earl Robertson, age 79 of Mooresville, Indiana died June 10, 2003 at his residence of natural causes. He was born March 25, 1924 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Earl & Margaret Collins Robertson.
He was a truck driver for Brad Miller Freight Systems in Indianapolis, Indiana for 40 years retiring in 1979. He was also preceded in death by step-son Richard Allen Sawyers and brother Robert E. Robertson, Sr. He was a member of General Trinity Baptist Church, Indianapolis, Indiana.
Survivors include wife Kathryn I. Singleton Sawyers Robertson (Married April 28, 1979) of Mooresville, Indiana; son Randall Squires of Mooresville, Indiana; daughters Charlotte Squires and Debra Cohen both of Mooresville, Indiana; sister Laura Mae Oliver of Sheridan, Indiana; 4 grandchildren; 6 nieces and 3 nephews.

James Wymond Jackson, Sr.

James Wymond Jackson, Sr. age 69 of Indianapolis, Indiana died June 16, 2003 in Wishard memorial Hospital, Indianapolis, Indiana. He was born July 10, 1933 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Roy & Ethel Elizabeth (Hart) Jackson, Sr.
He was a member of The Church at Mt. Gilead in Mooresville, Indiana. He was currently working at LAJ-Rainbow Service in Indianapolis, Indiana. He retired in 1985 as Director for Lincoln Technical Institute in Indianapolis, Indiana where he had worked for 15 years. He was honorably discharged from the Airforce April 2, 1955.
Survivors include wife Laurenda A. (Werner-Corlew) Jackson (Married May 17, 1980) of Indianapolis, Indiana; sons: James Jackson, Jr. of Mooresville, Indiana; Frank U. Jackson of Mooresville, Indiana; Mark L. Worstman of Snohomish, WA; David K. Worstman of Mantorville, MN; daughters Donna S. Overton of Mooresville, Indiana; Gail E. Scott of Mooresville, Indiana and Heather L. Buffington of Phoenix, Arizona; brothers Robert D. Jackson of El Torro, California; Richard William Jackson of Milton, Florida; Roy Jackson, Jr. of Mooresville, Indiana; sister Sue Western of Plainfield, Indiana; 18 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Opal was a homemaker and member of the Monrovia United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Clifford Joseph Bodin, Sr. (Died March 22, 1980) and whom she married August 18, 1958.
She is survied by three sons; Clifford J. Bodin, Jr. of Houston, TX; Don Bodin of Monrovia, Indiana; John C. Bodin of Indianapolis, Indiana; daughter Margaret Laiche of Gretna, Louisiana; 2 sisters roberta Eva Gilman of Mooresville, Indiana; Phyllis Irene Wyss of Clyde, Ohio; 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Lawrence E. McMartin age 54 of Camby, Indiana died January 8, 2002 in Richard Roudebush Regional VA Hospital, Indianapolis, IN. Born August 8, 1947 in Wenatchee, Washington to L. G. "Mac" McMartin & Carol M. Johnson McMartin Williams.
Lawrence was a mechanic for Blaschke Trucking, Camby, Indiana for 1 year. He was a member of the Mooresville VFW Post 1111. He was also preceded in death by his son, Daniel Shane McMartin and sister Janice Guy.
Lawrence is survived by step-father and real mother; William S. & Carol M. Johnson McMartin Williams; daughter Beth Anne McMartin, Plainfield, Indiana; brother Michael G. McMartin of St. Joseph, Missouri and sister Mary L. Musters of Plainfield, Indiana.

Margarett Mills Justus age 93 of Camby, Indiana died January 8, 2002 in Millers Merry Manor Nursing Home, Mooresville, Indiana. Margarett was born July 16, 1908 in Bloomfield, Indiana to Elliot Garfield & Mirl Ellen Loos Mills.
Margarett was a cook 10 years for Switz City High School, Switz City, Indiana. She was a member of the Switz City Baptist Church and the Switz City Rebekah Lodge. She was the widow of Frankie Justus, Jr. whom she married March 24, 1926 and who died November 23, 1969. She was also preceded in death by a brother Loos J. Mills.
Margarett is survived by sons; Hubert Dean Justus of Linton, Indiana; Charles M. Justus of Camby, Indiana; James W. Justus of Camby, Indiana and Ronald E. Justus of Camby, Indiana; daughter Mary Ann Rupe of Seattle, Washington; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.

Ruby was a homemaker most of her life and was a member of the Zion Baptist Fellowship, Martinsville, Indiana. She was a graduate of Eminence High School.

Lois retired in 1982 after 30 years as a collection department clerk for Indiana Bell Telephone, Indianapolis, Indiana. She was a member of the First Christian Church, Mooresville, Indiana. She was the widow of Russell S. Lightle whom she married in 1940 and who died January 2, 1986. She was also preceded in death by brothers, Chester Jr. and Howard "Bud" Hammer.
