Kenneth K., Jr. Berg
KNOX -- Kenneth K. Berg Jr., 57, died Friday, March 11, 2011 in Indiana University Health,
Starke Hospital, Knox.
He is survived by daughters, Stephanie Berg and Brandy Pulver, both of Knox; son, Wade Berg
of Knox; mother, Hazel Berg of Knox; five grandsons; and sisters, Cheryl Berg and Becky
(Robert) Pulver, all of Knox.
Visitation will take place at 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 15 at Fletcher cemetery, Hamlet.
Funeral services and burial will follow at 2 p.m. at the cemetery.
Rannells Funeral Home, Hamlet Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.

Goldie B. Ralston
NILES, Mich. -- Goldie B. Ralston, 100, Bell Road, Niles, Mich., died at 4:20 p.m. Friday, March
11, 2011 at Riveridge Manor, Niles, Mich. Following a brief illness.
She was born March 16, 1910, in Plymouth, Ind., to Benjamin Franklin and Elizabeth (Born)
Zehner, and graduated from Plymouth High School in 1929.
She has lived in Niles since 1942, coming from South Bend, Ind.
Goldie was a member of the Niles Chapter #332, Order of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed the
outdoors and gardening, and helping her family and neighbors.
March 10, 1934 in South Bend, she married Marshall Paul Ralston who preceded her in death
May 19, 1976. She was also preceded in death by a son, Eugene Ralston and by six sisters and
brothers: Florence Harvey, Ethel Burke and Harold, Merle, Don and Reo Zehner.
Surviving family includes her children, Ann B. (C. Grover) Williams of Eden, N.C. and Marilynn
Barbour, Lila (Gary) Wallace and Edwin (Joyce) Ralston, all of Niles; 17 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren;
and three great-great-grandchildren; and her brother, Wayne Zehner of Plymouth;
as well as many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Goldie Ralston will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 16 at the Halbritter
Funeral Home, Niles, with Pastor Jim Wing of First Baptist Church officiating.
Committal will follow at Silverbrook cemetery, Niles.
The family will receive relatives and friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 15 at the funeral
home with Easter Star rites at 7:30 p.m. by Niles Chapter #332.
Contributions in memory of Goldie may be made to the Niles Chapter #332, Order of the Eastern
Star.

Howard Gene Albert
HIBBARD -- Howard Gene Albert, 61, of Hibbard, passed away at 7:40 a.m. March 12, 2011 at
his home.
Howard was born June 24, 1949 in Kokomo, Ind. To Wendell Vance and Marjorie (Caler) Albert.
His father preceded him in death March 27, 2007.
Howard was a graduate of Ancilla College and attended Faith Baptist Church in Plymouth. He
was a food processor at Bay Valley Farms. He loved playing basketball, camping, and sports. He
was a devout Christian and family man. His greatest pride came from his military service. He
served 18 years in the Army National Guard and served in Vietnam. He was also a member of
the Argos American Legion.
Howard is survived by his mother, Marjorie Albert of Hibbard; son, Samuel Albert of Argos;
daughter, Nicole Albert of Argos; brother, Norman Albert of Hibbard; sister, Boni (Dean) Danner
of Waukesha, Wis.; and his ex-wife, Toni Albert of Argos.
A time of sharing memories with the family will be held at the Odom Funeral Home, Culver, from
5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 17.
Pastor Paul Whitworth will officiate funeral services Friday, March 18, at 1 p.m. at the Faith
Baptist Church in Plymouth.
Interment will follow in Maple Grove cemetery.
Memorials may be given in Howard’s memory to a charity of the donor’s choice.
The Odom Funeral Home, Culver, is in charge of arrangements.

Kathleen B. Kline
CULVER -- Kathleen B Kline, 68, of Culver, died at 12:20 p.m. March 12, 2011 at the Woodlawn
Hospital, Rochester.
She is survived by her son, Donald (Jennifer) Kline of Culver; brothers, Paul Ely of Crossville,
Tenn. And Jim Ely of Argos; and four grandchildren.
There will be no visitation or services.
The Odom Funeral Home, Culver, assisted the family with arrangements.
CULVER -- Kathleen B Kline, 68, of Culver, died at 12:20 p.m. March 12, 2011 at the Woodlawn
Hospital, Rochester.
She is survived by her son, Donald (Jennifer) Kline of Culver; brothers, Paul Ely of Crossville,
Tenn. And Jim Ely of Argos; and four grandchildren.
There will be no visitation or services.
The Odom Funeral Home, Culver, assisted the family with arrangements.

Marion 'Denzel' Price
ROCHESTER -- Marion 'Denzel' Price, 97, of Rochester, died at 4:26 a.m. Saturday, March
12, 2011 at his residence.
He is survived by his son, Dennis (Junette) Price; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren;
a brother, Maj. Retired Robert (Katie) Price of El Cajon, Calif.; and numerous nieces and
nephews.
Visitation will take place from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, March 14 at Good Family Funeral Home,
1200 West 18th Street, Rochester and one hour prior to services Tuesday at the church.
Funeral services will take place at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 15 at St. John’s Lutheran Church,
Jefferson at 4th Street, Rochester.
Burial will follow at Willow Creek cemetery near Fountain City.
Memorial contributions may be made to Shop with a Cop or Hope Hospice of Fulton County.

LaVera M. Utter
MENTONE -- LaVera M. Utter, 96, of Mentone, formerly of Athens, died at 5:30 a.m. Saturday,
March 12, 2011 at her residence.
She was born June 12, 1914 in Fulton County, Indiana to Russel and Arlean (Morris) Walters.
Sept. 3, 1933 in Rochester, she married Wilbert R. Utter. He passed away Jan. 4, 2004.
She was homemaker and traditional farmers wife. LaVera had also been a cook at the Colonial
Hotel and several other places around the Rochester area. She had also worked at Hart
Schaffner & Marx in Rochester.
She was a member of the Talma United Methodist Church. She enjoyed the many great times
she had while being a member of the Talma Home Ec Club. LaVera graduated from Talma High
School in 1932. She was a great seamstress and was known for her fine finish sewing.
She is survived by two daughters, Sue Curtis of Warsaw, and Luanne (Jim) May of Columbia
City; a son, Richard Utter of Mentone; 13 grandchildren; several great- and great-greatgrandchildren;
and several step-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; two sons, James R Utter, who passed
away in the Vietnam War and Ronnie Utter; one great- grandson, Ryan Utter; a sister; and two
brothers.
Funeral services will take place at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 16, at King Memorial Home,
101 N. Tucker St., Mentone, with Pastor Joe Lampton officiating.
Burial will follow at Akron cemetery, Akron.
Visitation will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday March 15, at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Kosciusko County Home Care and Hospice P.O.
Box #1196 Warsaw, IN, 46581.

Timothy Allen Brock
CULVER -- Timothy Allen Brock, 52, of Plymouth, died at 6:07 a.m. Sunday, March 13, 2011 at
Hospice House, South Bend.
He was born to the late Janice (Howard) Collins and Eli Brock Jr. April 14, 1958 in South Bend.
He was a bricklayer/carpenter.
He is survived by his father and stepmother, Eli (Virginia) Brock Jr. of Culver; sons, Ty Brock and
Kyle Brock, both of Culver; brothers: Marty (Sherri) Brock of Plymouth, Galen Nathaniel (Sarah)
Moriarty of Bourbon, and Jack (Jeanetta) Moriarty of Argos; sister, Launa (Judd) Field of Hazard,
Ky.; longtime companion, Kathy Beatty of Culver; a granddaughter, Kambriah Brock of Plymouth;
two nieces; and two nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother and two brothers.
Visitation will take place from 4 to 9 p.m. (EDT) Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at Odom Funeral
Home, Culver.
Funeral services will take place at noon Thursday, March 17, 2011 at the funeral home with Rev.
Olan Howard officiating.
Burial will follow at Burr Oak cemetery, Culver.
Memorials may be given to the family.

Ray 'Allen' Flosenzier
PLYMOUTH -- Allen Flosenzier, 49, a lifetime Plymouth resident, passed away Sunday, March
13, 2011 at 8:34 a.m., in Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka, following an illness.
Allen was born May 5, 1961 to Jean and Guy Flosenzier. He attended Plymouth Schools.
Allen and Jamie Fletcher were married Oct. 1, 1983 at Knox.
He had worked for Carpenters Union Local 413. A member of the Moose Lodge in Plymouth,
Allen enjoyed ginseng and mushroom hunting. He also spent time gardening and floating down
the Yellow River with friends. He loved to vacation in Mexico with his wife and friends, attend
Colts games and play the lottery.
Ray is survived by his wife, Jamie; a daughter, Lindsay (Matthew) Souder; his parents, Guy and
Jean Flosenzier; a brother, Paul (Sherri) Flosenzier; two sisters, Kay Orangias and Debbie
(Robert) Johnson; seven nephews; and two nieces.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Paula Sue Morris; and a brother-in-law, Chuck Orangias.
Friends are invited to share memories with Allen’s family Saturday, March 19, 2011 from 1 to 3
p.m. at the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan St., Plymouth.
Memorial services, officiated by the Rev. Charles Krieg, will be held immediately following
visitation at 3 p.m. Saturday.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Allen’s family.

Robert C., Sr. White
PLYMOUTH -- Robert C. White, Sr., 88, of Mansfield Street, Plymouth, passed away Sunday,
March 13, 2011, at 12:32 p.m. at his home.
He was born Dec. 25, 1922, in Plymouth, to Roscoe R. and Florence (Copp) White. March 6,
1947, Robert and Etta I. Williams were married . Etta passed away Feb. 11, 1995.
Robert worked as an auto mechanic until his retirement. He belonged to SAL (Sons of the
American Legion) and to the Plymouth VFW Auxiliary.
Robert is survived by his daughter, Suzanne Hardell of Knox, Ind.; his sons, Robert (Sue) White
of Brooksville, Fla., Ronald (Myra) White of Plymouth, Vernon White of Springhill, Fla., Jack
White of Plymouth, Dale (Patti) White of Plymouth, Roscoe (Denise) White of Plymouth, Andrew
White of Plymouth, and Brian White of Plymouth; 27 grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren; four
great-great-grandchildren; his sister, Florence Heiman of Elkhart, Ind.; and his brother, Donald
White of Elkhart.
Robert was preceded in death by his sisters, Margaret Mishler, Marjorie Zehner, Norma Clyde,
and Nellie Manuwal; and his brothers, Howard White and Leonard White.

Maurice A. Azbell
ROCHESTER -- Maurice A. Azbell, 82, of Rochester, died Monday, March 14, 2011 at
Woodlawn Hospital.
He is survived by his wife Berdene; daughters, Trillia (Dennis) Gearhart and Mila Barts; sisters,
Janet Ballinger of Rochester and Ruth Green of Rochester; brothers: Wendell Azbell of North
Vernon, Merrill Azbell of North Manchester, and Darle Azbell of Peru; six grandchildren; and
three great-grandsons.
Visitation will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday, March 20 with a Masonic ceremony at 7:30
p.m., and one hour prior to services Monday at Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 W. 18th St.,
Rochester.
Funeral services will take place at 1 p.m. Monday, March 21 at the funeral home.
Burial will follow at Rochester IOOF cemetery.

Robert Allen Wieczork
KOONTZ LAKE -- Robert Allen Wieczork, 64, died Monday, March 14, 2011 after a brief illness.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy; daughter, Jeanine (Casey) Brissette of Koontz Lake; son,
Matthew Wieczork of Hamlet; stepdaughters, Nicole (Dr. John) Arnold of Granger and Lindsey
Huff of Chicago; six grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Jeana Shireman of Midlothian, Va.; sister-inlaw
and brother-in-law, Jody and Joe Rannells of Koontz Lake; many nieces; and one nephew.
Visitation will take place from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (ET) Saturday, March 26, at Rannells Funeral
Home, Koontz Lake Chapel.
Funeral services will take place at 1:30 p.m. March 26 at the funeral home. Cremation has taken
place and a private burial will follow at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to
Center for Hospice Care, 111 Sunnybrook Court, South Bend, IN, 46637 or MD Anderson Brain
Tumor Center.
