GREENVILLE, N.C. -- Lorene Foor, 94, formerly of Rochester, died Monday, May 16, 2011 at
Cypress Glen Retirement Facility, Greenville, N.C.
She is survived by: sons, Dale (Carolyn) Foor of Plymouth, Donald (Linda) Foor of Avon, and
Myron (Carol) Foor of Stokes, N.C.; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great great
grandchild.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 21, 2011 at Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 W. 18th
St., Rochester. Visitation is 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
She will be buried at the Rochester IOOF cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bethlehem Baptist Church.

William Tallarita
PLYMOUTH -- William Tallarita, 81, of Plymouth died May 16, 2011 of natural causes at his
residence.
He is survived by: his wife, Sylvia Tallarita of Plymouth; daughter, Elizabeth Tallarita of South
Bend; sons, Anthony Tallarita of Bremen, and Nicholas (Lynda Kay) Tallarita of Plymouth; sister,
Mary Bartholomew of California; brothers, Lawrence Tallarita of Illinois, and Domenic Tallarita of
California; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation is Thursday, May 19, 2011 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home,
Plymouth.
Funeral services will be private.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Center for Hospice Care or Pretty Lake United
Methodist Church.

Ethel J. Warren
INDIANAPOLIS -- Ethel J. Warren, 87, Indianapolis, passed away at 4:15 a.m. Monday, May
16, 2011, at the Carmel Health and Living Center, Carmel.
She was born Sept. 27, 1923 in South Bend, to the late Jack and Ethel (Howard) Palmer.
Ethel graduated from Tyner Consolidated Schools as the Valedictorian in 1941. She later went
on to marry Max E. Warren April 27, 1942, and they enjoyed their married life together until his
passing in October of 2001. Ethel attended both the Bethel Tabernacle in Kokomo and the
Windfall Church of the Brethren. She enjoyed gardening very much, and often canned the
produce she grew. Other favorite past times included reading, and some of her favorite books
were westerns and mystery novels. Ethel was fond of animals, and also loved her grandchildren
dearly.
Ethel is survived by her children, Linda (Julie Boulware) Warren, Cheri (Ron) Winner, Max
(Jeanne) Warren and Richard (Judy) Warren; seven grandchildren; and seven great
grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Max Warren; a son, Ronald Warren;
and two brothers, Howard Palmer and Richard Palmer.
Ethel’s family will be receiving friends for a time of visitation on Thursday, May 19, from 10 to 11
a.m. at Ellers Mortuary, Webster Street Chapel, Kokomo.
There will be a funeral service for Ethel immediately following the visitation at 11 a.m. also at the
Mortuary with Reverend Michael Winner officiating. We will then be meeting at 2:30 p.m. at the
Tyner cemetery for a committal service.
Ellers Mortuary Webster Street Chapel, 3400 S. Webster St., Kokomo, assisted the family with
arrangements.

Charles L. Fritz
BREMEN -- Charles L. Fritz, 70, of Bremen passed away Thursday, May 19, 2011 at Memorial
Hospital, South Bend.
He was born March 24, 1941 in Wyatt to Chester and Blanche (Feitz) Fritz. He married Jeanie
G. Weldy, who preceded him in death in 1991. He then married Barbara Hand; she survives.
Charles attended Community Gospel Church in Bremen and was a farmer and avid
outdoorsman. He was Madison Township Horse & Pony Leader for several years, co-owner of
Backwoods Preserve & Whitetail Deer business, and worked for the foundry as a young man.
Survivors include wife, Barbara Fritz of Bremen; three sons: Lee (Tammy) Fritz of Bremen,
Jason (Melissa) Fritz of Florida, and Josh Fritz of Bremen; three stepdaughters: Tammy (Lee)
Fritz of Bremen, Staci (Dan) Junkin of Lakeville, and Mandy (Eric) Austin of Argos; nine
grandchildren: Lyndzey, Landra, Lauraleigh, Cody, Cassidy, Ty Fritz-Fielder, Corie, Chase, and
Riley; sister, Thelma Dell McClure of London, Ky.; and three brothers: Wayne Allen of Bremen,
Alvin Gene of Bremen, and Robert Dale of Hudson, Fla.
Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at Community Gospel Church,
Bremen and will be officiated by Pastor Mike Fanning. Burial will follow at the Bremen cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, May 23, 2011 at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to Community Gospel Church, Bremen.

Umberto "Big Al" Rivosecchi
WALKERTON -- Umberto 'Big Al' Rivosecchi, 82, died Friday, May 20, 2011 in St. Joseph
Regional Medical Center, Plymouth.
He is survived by his wife, Jeanette; two sons, Ronald (Alice) Rivosecchi of Wood Dale, Ill., and
Richard (Cathy) Rivosecchi of Koontz Lake; two daughters, Brenda (Richard Fulton) Rivosecchi
of Walkerton, and Sharon (Tim) Pulliam of Plymouth; one sister, Dora Gallicho of Lansing, Ill.;
one brother, Mario (Connie) Rivosecchi of Melrose Park, Ill.; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were Sunday at 4 p.m. EST in Rannells Funeral Home, Koontz Lake Chapel.
Friends called Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be
given to the American Parkinson Disease Association, Midwest Chapter, Central DuPage
Hospital Care Center, 1800 N. Main St., Suite 215, Wheaton, IL 60187-3112.

Jerimy Wayde Blitz
AKRON -- Jerimy Wayde Biltz, 32, of Akron died Saturday, May 21, 2011 at his residence.
He is survived by his wife, Angela Biltz; daughter, Taylor Shea Ann Biltz; son, Dyson Michael
Larry Biltz; parents, Mike and Cindy Biltz of Akron; sister, Destiny Shea Nicole Biltz of Mariastein,
Ohio; grandmother, Yvonne Ingle of Muldrow, Olka.; and grandfather, Thomas C. Fisher of
Mentone.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 W. 18th St.,
Rochester.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and one hour prior to the service in the funeral
home.
Interment will be in the Athens Hoover cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the children of Jerimy W. Biltz; envelopes are available at the funeral
home.

Robert Hugh, Sr. Barcus
ARGOS -- Robert Hugh Barcus Sr., 62, of Argos passed away May 22, 2011 at 5:49 p.m. at St.
Joseph Regional Medical Center, Plymouth following a sudden illness.
He was born Aug. 2, 1948 in Plymouth to Charles and Evalena (Howard) Barcus. He lived
almost his entire life in Marshall County, residing in Argos since 1978.
July 15, 1972 he married Darlene Wallace.
He worked for Shamrock Homes in Plymouth from 1978 to 2011, having just recently retired.
He graduated from Plymouth High School with the class of 1968.
He served in the United States Army from Jan. 7, 1969 to Jan. 6, 1971. He was honorably
discharged from the military after serving in Vietnam. He was awarded several medals and
citations, including the bronze star for valor.
He is survived by his wife, Darlene Barcus of Argos; two sons, Robert H. Barcus Jr. and William
R. Barcus, both of Argos; mother, Evalena Barcus of Plymouth; five sisters, Laura (Harold)
Stiles; Sharon (Dale) Kamp; Jean (Bob) Rees; Ruth (Jack) Shorter all of Plymouth, and Linda
(Phil) Keller of Argos; two brothers, Ed (Lenda) Barcus of Plymouth, and James and (Maryanne)
Barcus of Frankfort, Ill.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Barcus; three sisters, Betty Lawson, Nancy
Spiek, and Sandy Davenport; and one brother, Paul Barcus.
Friends may visit with the family Wednesday, May 25, 2011 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Earl Grossman
Funeral Home, 208 N. Michigan St., Argos.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 26, 2011 at the funeral home, with Chaplin Tom
Padberg officiating.
Burial will be at Walnut Church of the Brethren cemetery, Argos, with military honors by the
United States Army and Argos American Legion Post #68.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family of Robert H. Barcus Sr., 208 N. Michigan St.,
Argos, IN 46501.

Burton J. "Burt" Feece
PLYMOUTH -- Burton J. 'Burt' Feece, 92, passed away in his home Sunday, May 22, 2011 at
12:45 p.m. Burt has resided at his South Michigan Road home in Plymouth since 1968. He will
be remembered for his Christian values and the successful auto body repair business that bears
his name yet today. He founded Burt’s Body Shop in 1956 with a reputation built on integrity. At
his retirement in 1984 he had achieved the distinction of the oldest body shop in Marshall County.
Burt was born in the Culver area July 28, 1918, the son of Ezra and Cora M. (Ransbottom)
Feece Sr. He resided most of his life in Marshall County and graduated from Culver High School
in the Class of 1936 where he was involved in theatre and music.
As a young man in the late 1930s, his interest in cars led him to a position with Gates Chevrolet
in Plymouth and South Bend in auto body repair and then as service manager prior to setting off
on his own.
Burt took as his bride the former Margaret E. Overmyer Sept. 14, 1940 in Burr Oak. Following
her death May 28, 1988 he married Ineva V. Douglas who would also precede him in death
March 28, 2007.
Aug. 24, 1943 he entered active duty during WWII in the U.S. Navy until Jan. 4, 1946. He holds
membership in the Plymouth American Legion Post 27.
He returned home to serve the Lord as a member of the Burr Oak Church of God and held many
positions including elder and Sunday school teacher. More recently he has attended the
Plymouth Wesleyan Church and the Jamestown Baptist Church in Waycross, Ga. where he
spent many winters with his wife, Ineva.
Burt was faithful to Masonry, as he entered the Plymouth Kilwinning Lodge No. 149 Feb. 25,
1960 and received his 50-year service pin March 4, 2010. He was a proud Life Member of the
Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite -- Valley of South Bend in which he attained the 32nd degree
and served many years as district membership chairman.
He was a past member of the Plymouth Lions Club. Burt enjoyed fishing, vegetable gardening
and woodworking. In 2001 he authored the book, The Life and Times of Burt Feece.
Burt is survived by two sons and their families. Terry L. Feece of Plymouth and his children:
Christopher (Jennifer) Feece, Todd Feece and Michelle Feece. Douglas J. (Suzanne) Feece of
Plymouth and their children: Denise Feece, Jason (Tennille) Feece and Amanda (Ryan) Gray.
Six great-grandchildren also survive as well as his sister, Gertrude Elliott of Fort Wayne and one
sister-in-law; Lexie Feece.
Burt’s extended family includes: stepdaughter, Pat E. (Lawton) Taylor, two stepsons, Keith P.
(Gloria) Douglas and Timothy (Angel) Douglas all of Waycross, Ga., survive with many grand
and great-grandchildren.
In addition to Burt’s parents and spouses, preceding in death were infant son, Brent A. Feece;
infant daughter, Denise D. Feece and brothers, Ted C., William R., Robert L., Ezra Jr and Lester
A. Feece.
Visitation for Burt will be held Friday, May 27, 2011 from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Johnson-Danielson
Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan St. Plymouth where Masonic Rites will take place at 7:30 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, May 28 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with the
Revs. John Branch and Ed Friberg officiating.
Burial will follow services in the Oakhill cemetery with military honors provided by members of
the Plymouth American Legion Post 27, V.F.W., D.A.V. and South Bend Honor Guard.
The family wishes to express its thanks to the many supportive acts and hours given by hospice
volunteers and request memorial gifts be given to the Center for Hospice Care, 112 S. Center
St., Plymouth, IN 46563 to ensure the same care for others.

Waneta R. Klinefelter
ETNA GREEN -- Waneta R. Klinefelter, 94, of Etna Green died Sunday, May 22, 2011 in her
home.
She is survived by her four children: Janet Stuntz of Bremen, John Jr. (Susan) Klinefelter of Etna
Green, Jeffery Klinefelter of Etna Green, and James (Pat) Klinefelter of Warsaw; three
grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sister, Phyllis Stackhouse of Westfield; and brother, John
(Betty) Houser of Indianapolis.
Funeral services will be Thursday, May 26, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. in the Etna Green United
Methodist Church.
Visitation will be Wednesday, May 25 in the Deaton-Clemens Funeral Home at 115 S. Main St.
Bourbon, from 5 to 8 p.m. and for one hour before services in the Church Thursday. Burial will
follow in the Etna Green cemetery.
Memorial contributions be made to the Etna Green United Methodist Church or Marshall County
Hospice and Palliative Care. Deaton-Clemens Funeral Home of Bourbon is in charge of funeral
arrangements.

William "Greg" Kroa
KNOX -- William 'Greg' Kroa, 59, died Sunday, May 22, 2011 in IU Health Starke Hospital,
Knox, after a sudden illness.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth; daughter, Penny (Rick) Ervin of Mt. Pleasant, Mich.; mother,
Corrinne Kroa of Bryan, Ohio; two stepdaughters, Pam Brown of Michigan, and Sherry
Humphrey of Knox; two stepsons, William 'Spark' Potthoff and Charlie Potthoff, both of Knox; 11
grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and one brother, Robert Kroa of Michigan.
Funeral services will be Thursday, May 26, 2011 at 1 p.m. CDT in Rannells Funeral Home,
Hamlet Chapel with Rev. Erve Bradley officiating. Burial will be at the Crown Hill cemetery,
Knox. Friends may call Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home and Thursday after 11
a.m. until the time of services.
