HARVEY H. CORRELL
PLAINS -- Harvey H. Correll, 83, died Friday, March 5, 2004, at the Meade District Hospital in Meade.
He was born Nov. 7, 1920, to Loury W. and Lola (Troutman) Correll in rural Plains.
He married Catherine Carrell July 29, 1944, in Garden City. She survives.
H was a 1941 graduate of Johnson City High School in Johnson. He was a resident of Plains since 1945 and was a retired custom harvester of 37 years and was a co-owner of Correll and Sons Trucking in Plains.
He was a member of the Plains Christian Church in Plains.
His hobbies included fishing and was an avid sports fan.
Other survivors include two sons, James Correll, Plains and Rockee Correll, Plains; four daughters, Karolyn Rued, Froid, Mont., Lynda Sue Waters, Froid, Mont., Kellee Nolke, Greeley, Colo., and Shellee Priesner, Topeka; one brother, Harold Correll, Plains; two sisters, Irene Vance, El Reno, Okla. and Esther Elliot, Plains; 15 grandchildren; one step-grandson; one step-granddaughter; and 10 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; step-mother; two brothers, Ross Correll and Lewis Correll; two sisters, Eva Morlandsto and Fern Elliot.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 9, 2004, at the Plains Christian Church in Plains with the Pastor Wayne Webb presiding.
Burial will be at the Plains Cemetery
in Plains.
Friends may call from 1 p.m. until 7 p.m. Monday at Fidler-Orme Mortuary in Meade.

CORINE ISABEL (PORTER) UNRUH
MONTEZUMA -- Corine Isabel (Porter) Unruh, 78, died Saturday, March 6, 2004, at her home.
She was born Aug. 13, 1925, to Jack and Beulah (Mead) Porter in Dodge City.
She married John B. Unruh Aug. 1, 1945, in Dodge City. He survives.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church and U.M.W., both of Montezuma.
Her hobbies included playing bridge with her bridge clubs.
Other survivors include one son, Scott Unruh, Atchinson; one daughter, Debra Wall and husband, Bill, Montezuma; three sisters, Cleo Juarez, Hugoton, Joyce Billings and husband, Larry, Salina, and June Billingsa and husband, Bob, El Paso, Texas; four grandchildren, Jami Helm, Quenton Unruh, Mike Wall and Wells Unruh and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Gregory Unruh; one brother, Rex Porter; two sisters, Helen Burdeu and Thelma Smith.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Montezuma with the Reverend Gene Eshleman presiding.
Burial will be at the Fairview Cemetery
in Montezuma.
Friends may call Sunday from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday and from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday at Montezuma Funeral Home.
ANNA BELLE "MAXINE" KILE SMITH ANGEL
Anna Belle "Maxine" Kile Smith Angel, 83, died March 7, 2004 at South Hutchinson Mennonite Manor.
She was born Aug. 26, 1920, to Beryl Frankllin, and Maybelle Hilly Kile.
She married Edgar Lee Smith in Parrington, Texas. He died. She then married Leslie Harry Angel, Sr. He died Feb. 22, 1995.
She attended Beaver High School and Salt City Business College in Hutchinson.
She was employed as a bookeeper and office manager of Angel Construction Company and owner of the Cozy Kitchen Cafe in Hutchinson.
Survivors include two sons, Ricky Ray, Kim Dwayne, Hutchinson; one daughter, Darla Jo (Angel) Hogan, Hutchinson; nine grandchildren; 10 great-great grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; one brother, B.F. "Bob" Kile, McAlister, Okla.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three sons, Ronnie Lee Smith, Mickey Angel, Nickey Angel, Marty K. Angel and two brothers, Merlin H. Kile and Bill D. Kile.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Crossroads Christian Church with Wayne Pittman presiding.
Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery
in Hutchinson.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until 9 p.m. Monday at Johnson and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory in Hutchinson.

TEODORO SANCHEZ
SATANTA -- Teodoro Sanchez, 98, died Monday, March 8, 2004, at St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City.
He was born March 25, 1905, to Dario and Maria DeJesus Rodriguez Sanchez in Chihuahua, Mexico.
He married Margarita Mendoza in 1930 in Mexico. She survives.
He was a member of the Church of Christ in Satanta.
Other survivors include seven sons, Jose Sanchez, Satanta, Frank Sanchez, Roswell, N.M., Victor Sanchez, Garden City, Elio Sanchez, Sportridge, Neb., Lee Sanchez, Garden City, Isaias Sanchez, Satanta, Isai Sanchez, Satanta; two daughters, Jacinta Sanchez, Garden City, Manuela Payen, Satanta; one brother, Trinidad Sanchez, Oklahoma City, Okla.; one sister, Juanita Sanchez, Presidio, Texas; 21 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild and numerous other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Dario Sanchez; two daughters; Maria Lus Montoya and Francisca Sanchez; two brothers, Davie Sanchez and Prospero Sanchez; one sister, Rosa Sanchez and one grandson, Mario M. Sanchez.
Funeral services will be Thursday, March 11 at 11 a.m. at the Sinai Pentecostal Church in Sublette with the Pastors Felix Salazar and Paublo Rodriguez presiding.
Burial will be at Dudley Township Cemetery
in Satanta.
Friends may call Tuesday from 1 p.m. until 10 p.m. and Wednesday from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. at the Sinai Pentecostal Church in Sublette.
SABRINA MILLS
GARDEN CITY -- Sabrina Mills, 53, died Monday, March 8, 2004, at St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City.
She was born June 13, 1950, to Richard F. and Martha L. (Day) Kortje in Peru, Ind.
She married Harold Mills July 8, 2000, in Lakin. He survives.
She graduated from Huntington Beach High School in California. She then moved to Peabody. She worked as a field executive at Girl Scout Tumbleweed Council in Garden City after moving to Garden City in 2000.
Other survivors include three sons, Donny Lago, S.C., Kevin Lago, Hutchinson, Anthony "Tony" Lago, Garden City; two sisters Brenda Rel, Anaheim, Calif., Tammy Lago, Redding, Calif.; three step-daughters, Lisa Mills, Pam Mills, Megan Mills, all of Hays; her mother; one brother, Frank Kortje, Baytown, Texas; 19 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the First Christian Church in Garden City with the Minister Don Carter presiding.

MARY MARCELLUS
Mary Marcellus, 75, died Sunday, March 7, 2004, at the Woodlands Memorial Hospital in The Woodlands, Texas.
She was born Dec. 25, 1928, to Glen and Helen M. Clarkson Marcellus in Stevens County.
She graduated from Liberal High School in 1945 and later attended business college. She lived in Denver several years before moving to Chicago, where she was secretary for the Maynard Oil Company for 40 years and retired in 1993. She returned to Liberal in Jan. 2000 to live at Altera.
She was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Northfeild, Ill. and St. Anthony Catholic Church in Liberal.
Survivors include one brother, Charles Marcellus, and wife, Bobbie, Liberal; five sisters, Nadyne Gaskill, Hugoton; Helen Rowland, Liberal; Bonny Lofland, Port Lavaca, Texas, Marge Sullivan, Ponca City, Okla., Janis McCoid and husband, Leon, Salt Lake City, Utah; and many nephews and neices.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Betty Carlson.
Rosary will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the St. Anthony Catholic Church in Liberal with Mass of Christian burial following at 10 a.m. at the Liberal Cemetery
with the Father Patrick Keyes presiding.
Memorials are suggested to the St. Anthony Catholic Church Building Fund in care of the mortuary.
SHIRLEY I. MAGNER
Shirley I. Magner, 66, died Thursday, March 11, 2004, at the Southwest Medical Center in Liberal.
She was born Nov. 23, 1937, to Meryl R. and Leona M. Essig Clum in Parsons.
She married Lyle T. Magner on Aug. 4, 1956, in Galesburg. He survives.
She graduated from Parsons High School in 1956.
She received her CNA Certificate from the Wesley Medical Center in Wichita and worked there for several years. She and her family moved to Liberal in 1969 and was manager of the Shoeland Store. She later was ward clerk at the Southwest Medical Center for 14 years. She retired in 1981.
She was a member of the Christian Church in Park City and the Liberal Cancer Support Group.
She was active in making arts and crafts and traveling to shows.
Survivors include her husband; four sons, Terry Magner and wife Mary, Jackson Hole, Wyo.; Mark Magner and wife, Di, Garnett; Chad Magner, Rock Springs, Wyo.; Kile Magner and wife, Joy, Liberal; one daughter, Kay Chaffin and husband, Bob, Liberal; one sister, Judy Wright and husband, Michael, Kingman, Ariz.; twenty grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Monday, at the Miller Chapel with Rev. Dee Estes presiding.
Interment will be in the Liberal Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Miller Mortuary between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. on Saturday and between 1 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Sunday.
