FRANCISCA C. TORRES
COPELAND Francisca Coronado Torres, 84, died Saturday, June 12, 2004, at St. Catherine Hospital, Garden City.
She was born Dec. 3, 1919, to Felipe and Juanita (Coronado) Deleon in Hondo, Texas.
She married Juan S. Torres in 1942 in Sabinal, Texas. He preceded her in death.
She was a homemaker.
She was of the Catholic faith.
Survivors include four sons, Johnny Torres, Garden City, Frank Torres, Dalhart, Texas, Joe Torres, Garden City, and Raul Torres, Sublette; six daughters, Lupe Lara, Copeland, Mary Barnhart, Ingalls, Isabel Martinez, Sublette, Connie Torres, Sublette, Rosa Montemayor, Sublette, and Asencion Ornelas, Copeland; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great-greandchildren; and two brothers, Isabel Deleon, San Antonio, Texas, and Felipe Deleon, San Antonio, Texas.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and one son, Manuel D. Torres, Sr.
Vigil services will be at 7 p.m., Wednesday, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Plains.
Funeral mass will be at 2 p.m., Thursday at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Plains, with Father Francis Stuart O.S.B. presiding.
Burial will be in the Plains Cemetery, Plains.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m., Tuesday, and from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the funeral home. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until service time at the church in Plains.

ORVIL J. WATSON
Orvil J. Watson died Monday, June 14, 2004, at Good Samaritan Center in Liberal.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Thursday at Emmanuel Baptist Church, Liberal, with Pastor Wyatt Carpenter presiding.
Burial will be in Hooker Cemetery, Hooker, Okla.
ORVIL J. WATSON
Orvil J. Watson, 89, died Monday, June 14, 2004, at the Good Samaritan Center.
He was born to James Jefferson and Mary Mae Belle Haggard Watson, November 5, 1914, in Dewey County, Okla.
He married Mary A. Ogden Sept. 11, 1939, in Spearman, Texas. She died Oct. 9, 1991.
He then married Farrie Maddox, Nov. 13, 1993, in Liberal. She survives.
He attended school in Leede County, Okla.
In 1942, during World War ll, he entered the U.S. Army where he worked as a military policeman and received his honorable discharge in 1946.
He worked for Natural Gas Pipeline Company for 40 years before retiring as a production supervisor.
He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Hooker, Okla., a musician, enjoyed checkers, dominoes and golfing.
Survivors include one daughter, Rita Ann Reid and her husband Ray Woodridge, Ill.; one step-son, Charles Maddox and his wife Sue, Liberal; five grandchildren, Brandi Riley, Kimberly Martin, Kimberly Reid, Matthew Reid and Meagan Cramer; three great grandchildren, Paige Martin, Mackenzie Cramer and Madison Cramer; one brother, Wilford Watson and his wife Luan, Lubbock, Texas; and two sisters, Geraldine Fry, Oklahoma City, Okla. and Eula Jean Teague and her husband Burl, Borger, Texas.
He was also preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, Cecil, J.B., Auburn and Archie and two sisters, Juanita Cates and Zola Ragdale.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Emmanuel Baptist Church in Liberal, with Pastor Wyatt Carpenter presiding.
Burial will be in the Hooker Cemetery
in Hooker, Okla.
Memorials are suggested to the Emmauel Baptist Church and may be left at the Roberts Brothers Funeral Home, Box 745, Hooker, Oklahoma 73945.
BONNIE N. BECKHAM
WICHITA Bonnie N. Beckham, 83, died Sunday, June 13, 2004.
She was a member of the Wichita Gold Star wives.
Survivors include Stephen Glenn Beckham, Wichita; a daughter, Judie Brown, Wichita; two grandchildren, Michael Thomas Brown and wife Jill, and Steven Richard Brown; and two great-grandchildren, Kyle Eugene Brown and Hannah Renee Brown.
Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m., Friday at Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Grenola.
Friends may visit from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m., Thursday at Hillside Funeral Home-East.
REINALDO GONZALEZ
Reinaldo Gonzalez, 63, died Monday, June 14, 2004, at his residence.
He was born to Genaro and Maria Regla (Hernandez) Gonzalez, Feb. 24, 1941, in Cuba.
He had been a resident of Liberal for the past four years.
Survivors include one son, Reinaldo "Tore" Gonzalez, West New York, N.J.; two grandchildren; and one brother, Jesus Gonzalez, Miami, Fla.
Memorial mass will be at 5 p.m., Friday at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, 15th and Calhoun, with Father Patrick Keyes presiding.
LOUISA E. CRACKEL
Louisa Edith Crackel, 82, died Thursday, June 17, 2004, at Southwest Medical Center.
She was born Sept. 25, 1921, to Harry Garfield Snethen and Louisa Edith Snethen in Winner, S.D.
She married Wayne William Crackel in 1946 in Winner, S.D. He died Nov. 4, 1986.
Upon graduating from Winner, S.D., High School in 1939, she continued her education at Huron/Black Hills College and received her first grade teacher's certificate.
She taught in rural schools in Hand and Tripp Counties in South Dakota and came to the Turpin, Okla., area in 1977, where she was a home care person for many years.
She was a member of the Turpin United Methodist Church, where she served as a board member.
She was also a member of Beaver, Okla., Women's Aglow serving as a secretary and was involved with the Turpin Senior Citizens and Turpin Schools after school youth program.
Survivors include one son, Bill Crackel and wife Kathy, Loveland, Colo.; three daughters, Betty Glenn and husband Richard, Turpin, Okla., Janis Burrows and husband Mike, Shreveport, La., and Jackie Hansen, Meade; 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one brother, Harry Snethen and wife, Della, Springfield, S.D.; and one sister, Mary Betty Crackel, Miller, S.D.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, husband, infant daughter, one brother and one grandson.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Saturday, at the Turpin United Methodist Church, Turpin, Okla.
Burial will be Tuesday at Morningside Cemetery
in Ree Heights, S.D.
Friends may visit until 8 p.m. today.
Memorials may be sent to the Turpin United Methodist Church in care of Miller Mortuary.
RUBEN RODRIQUEZ
SATANTA Ruben Rodriquez, 42, died Wednesday, June 16, 2004, at St. Anthony Hospital, Denver, Colo.
He was born Jan. 1, 1962, to Simon and Maria (Longoria) Rodriquez in Acuna Choavila, Mexico.
He married Sharlyn Henry. She survives.
He worked for Co-op Fertilizer Department of Satanta.
Other survivors include his parents; one son, Rafael Rodriquez, Ulysses; two daughters, Ann Maria, Ulysses, and Veronica Diaz, Denver, Colo.; seven grandchildren; two brothers, Rojelio Rodriquez, Garden City, and Ricardo Rodriquez, Satanta; and four sisters, Teresa Garza, Ulysses, Patricia Herrera, Dodge City, Anna Andrade, Riley, N.C., and Sonia Rodriquez, Satanta.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Simon Rodriquez, and his grandparents, Rafael and Paula Longoria and Donaciano and Teresa Rodriquez.
Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, at the Jesus Christ One Way Church, Satanta, with Minister Mike Garza presiding.
Burial will be in the Dudley Township Cemetery, Satanta.
Friends may call until 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

KATHERINE D. DIRKS
INMAN Katherine Delores Dirks, 92, died Wednesday, June 16, 2004, at Pleasant View Home in Inman.
She was born Sept. 16, 1911 to Klass M. and Maria Franz Dick in Reno County.
She married Elmer R. Dirks Nov. 12, 1933, in Buhler. He died Dec. 25, 1995.
She worked at the Bag Factory in Hutchinson and for Sears as a clerk in the hardware department. She also worked for Letkeman Produce in Buhler.
She was a member of Buhler Mennonite Church and the Friendly Circle, Buhler.
Survivors include one son, Keith Dirks, Buhler; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one sister, Frieda Pauls, Inman.
She was also preceded in death by one brother, Harry Dick, and one sister, Ann Toews.
Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m., Sunday, at Buhler Municipal Cemetery
with memorial services to follow at 2 p.m. at the Buhler Mennonite Church, Buhler, with Pastor Bob Dalke presiding.
Friends may call from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. with the family greeting friends from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m., Saturday at Buhler Mortuary.
