KYLIE N. BOMAN
Kylie Nicole Boman, 9, died Thursday, March 31, 2005, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
She was born Dec. 17, 1995, to Scott and Angella (Wilson) Boman in Liberal.
She was a second grader at MacArthur Elementary.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
She was a member of Dance Images of Liberal.
Survivors include great-grandparents, Vida Boman, Republic, and Georgia Webber, Superior, Neb.; grandparents, Joe and Milinda Williams, Liberal, Gordon Wilson, Liberal, and Wallace and Joyce Boman, Topeka; her parents; one brother, Christopher Boman of the home; one sister, Kelsey Boman of the home; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Hazel Wilson, Keith Jones, Wally Boman and Bud Webber.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ken Hathaway presiding.
Burial will be in Liberal Cemetery.
Friends may call from 1 to 9 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at Kitch-Brenneman Funeral Home.

GRACE E. ARNOLD
Grace Evilee Arnold, 77, died Thursday, March 31, 2005, at Dunaway Manor.
She was born Aug. 9, 1927, to John Allen and Melissa (Sills) Chapman in Jena, La.
She graduated from Jena High School.
She married Orban Ray Arnold Sept. 5, 1953, in Clayton, N.M. He died April 27, 1993.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of the Hooker Church of the Nazarene.
Survivors include one son, Gaylan Bailey, Hooker, Okla.; four daughters, Janet Marcum, Guymon, Okla., Donna Thompson and husband Preston, Colleyville, Texas, Sharon Kramer and husband Mark, Ridgeway, Ohio, and Linda Arnold, Woodward, Okla.; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one sister, Aline Sanders, Jena, La.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Church of the Nazarene in Hooker, Okla., with the Rev. Dr. David Hoffman presiding. --
Burial followed in the Hooker Cemetery.

HAROLD E. BARROWS
Harold E. Barrows, 76, died Sunday, April 3, 2005, at Southwest Medical Center.
He was born June 18, 1928, to Orvil G. and Mary McKirahan Barrows at Hoisington.
He married JoAnn L. Knobbe Feb. 12, 1950, at Marienthal. She survives.
He graduated from Hugoton High School in 1945.
Harold worked for Ideal Foods, becoming manager of the Ideal Foods in Scott City at 17. He owned Barrows Liquor Store until he retired in 2000.
He was a member of Liberal Elks Lodge No. 1947.
Other survivors include one son, Don Barrows, Liberal; one daughter, Sharon Graves, Hutchinson; one grandson, Gary Graves, Hutchinson; and one sister, Jeanne Olinger, Hooker, Okla.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Dean Barrows; and one sister, Maxine Hood.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Miller Mortuary with Father Tony Judge presiding.
Burial will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Scott City Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Miller Mortuary.

LILLIAN J. WALTERS
ULYSSES -- Lillian J. Walters, 80, died Saturday, April 2, 2005, at her residence in Ulysses.
She was born Dec. 24, 1924, to Wallace and Cecilia (Pettyjohn) Miller at Hamilton.
She married Ernest R. Walters Jan. 21, 1942, in Lyons. He preceded her in death in 1995.
She was a member of Shelton Memorial Christian Church in Ulysses.
Her hobbies included square dancing, needle work, crocheting, reading and writing letters.
Survivors include two sons, Charles E. Walters and Lonnie J. Walters, both of Ulysses; two daughters, Alberta "Ann" Walters, Penrose, Colo., and Lillian Joyce Kirkland, Alaska; 18 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Charles Miller, Beaverton, Ore., and Jim Pettyjohn, Great Bend; and one sister, Erma Carmichael, Plainville.
She was also preceded in death by two daughters, Sharlane R. Theel and Margaret "Peggy" Olds; and two grandsons, Robbie Walters and Emory R. Olds.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Shelton Memorial Christian Church in Ulysses with the Rev. Bill Harrold presiding.
Burial will be in Ulysses Cemetery.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Garnand Funeral Home in Ulysses.

NADA C. TUMAN
ULYSSES -- Nada Charlene Tuman, 70, died Friday, April 1, 2005, at Via Christi St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Wichita.
She was born March 3, 1935, to Cordell and Bonnie (Pinegar) Hall at Blackwell, Okla.
She was a homemaker.
Her hobbies included crocheting.
Survivors include her mother, Bonnie Wolf, Grove, Okla.; three sons, the Rev. Jack Morgan and wife Pat, Kirbyville, Texas, Steve Morgan and wife Belinda, Meadows Place, Texas, and David Tuman, Garden City; three daughters, Kandy Masson and husband Ron, Ulysses, Carla Morgan, Beaumont, Texas, and Nancy Elwood and husband Robert, Elk City, Okla.; one granddaughter Trinda Tuman, Ulysses and 22 other grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; one daughter-in-law, Mona Grant and husband Larry, Burns Flat, Okla.; and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father; two sons, Charles Wolf and Edgar Scott Morgan; two grandsons, Paul Masson and Kenny Elwood; and one sister, Patty Sewell.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at First Baptist Church of Ulysses with Pastor Kenneth Lampp presiding.
Burial will be in Ulysses Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Grant County Funeral Home in Ulysses and from 10 a.m. until service time at First Baptist Church of Ulysses.
ROBERT C. BELT
LAKIN -- Robert Craig Belt, 44, died Friday, April 1, 2005, at Lakin.
He was born Sept. 24, 1960, to Clyde and Billie (Rogers) Belt in Lakin.
He graduated from Lakin High School in 1978 and attended Kansas University for one year.
He worked at C & B Auto Supply for many years.
His hobbies included traveling, snow skiing, cooking, swimming and seeking new adventures.
Survivors include his parents; one brother, Rick Belt and wife Janie, Ulysses; four nieces, Molly and Rykki Belt, both of Ulysses, Amber Hess and husband Ryan, New Orleans; Mandi Gerard and husband Tim, College Station, Texas; two great nieces, Alee and Gracee; and four great nephews, Taylor, Garett, Morgan and Hayden.
Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Garnand Funeral Home Chapel in Lakin with the Rev. Rita Stockton presiding.
