Judy was born January 19, 1939, in Brookfield, MO and had lived in Kansas City, KS most of her life. She had worked at AMF Sunset & North Kansas City Bowling Centers part time for 10 years. She is survived by her husband, J.D. Saturday, January 12, at the First Central Church of the Brethren, 103 N. 13th St. KCK and a Memorial Service from 3-5 P.M. Sunday, January 13, at the First Lutheran Church, 10th & Charles St. Joseph, MO. In lieu of flowers the family request memorials to the City Union Mission or Meals on Wheels Program. Phillip is survived by his wife, Jane Nichols, of the home, mother, Joyce Nichols, sister, Donna Campbell, 2 nephews & 2 nieces. He showed his love of history by being a longtime member of the Society for Creative Anachronism, which is a medieval reenactment group. His name among them was Phillippe deMortain. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing boating & camping. He had served in World War II, and the Korean Conflict, and was involved in the search for Amelia Earhart in 1937 on the USS Colorado. He was a member of the Fleet Reserve Association for over 40 years; and a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church. Jim was preceded in death by his daughter, Kathleen Elizabeth; 2 brothers, Joseph, and John; and a sister, Anna Pearl. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Irene Moore, of the home; 6 children, James M., Wanda K., Michael D., Timothy D., Joseph W., and John T.; 2 sisters, Frances Smith, Margaret Metz; 11 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
