William James Beach, 68, of Bellevue, died Friday at Bethesda North Hospital, Montgomery, Ohio.

Arrangements are pending at Don Catchen and Son Funeral Home, Covington.

Nancy F. Bell, 63, of Elsmere, died Wednesday at St. Luke Hospital West, Florence. She was a cashier with Wal-Mart in Florence and a member of Main Street United Methodist Church, Covington. She was an active volunteer with Meals on Wheels.

Survivors include her mother, Hazel Y. Bell of Elsmere, and a brother, Robert G. Bell of Reynoldsburg, Ohio.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Erlanger. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Cremation will be at Cincinnati Cremation Co. in Cincinnati.

Memorials are suggested to the church, Eighth and Main, Covington 41011, or Home Delivered Meals, Senior Services of Northern Kentucky, 1032 Madison Ave., Covington 41011.

Phyllis Bitter, 60, of Covington, died at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center North, Covington. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, William Bitter; sons, Mike Bitter, Arthur Bitter and Paul Bitter, all of Covington; daughters, Anita Sheppard of Hayden, Idaho, and Patty Smith of Erlanger; brothers, Samuel Long of Fairfield, Ohio, Billy Long and Royce Long, both of Cincinnati, and Paul Long of Ohio; a sister, Joyce Helton of Lawrenceburg, Ind.; and 11 grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 11:15 a.m. Monday at Mother of God Cemetery, Ft. Wright. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday at Swindler and Currin Funeral Home, Latonia.

Minnie Bunch, 91, of Covington, died at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at St. John's Nursing Home, Covington. She was a member of Visalia Baptist Church. Her husband, Howard Bunch, died in 1958.

Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Miller of Independence; a sister, Dorothy Wilson of Demossville; several grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. today at Swindler and Currin Funeral Home, Latonia. Visitation will begin there at 9 a.m. today. Burial will be in Independence Cemetery.

Robert A. Fisher, 74, of Newport, died Friday at St. Luke Hospital East, Ft. Thomas.

Arrangements are pending at Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, Newport. Robert P. Hedges, 96, of Williamstown, died Friday at his home. He was a retired farmer and deacon at Dry Ridge Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Nola V. Smith Hedges; and a brother, C.E. Hedges of Ocala, Fla.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Eckler-Hudson Funeral Home, Dry Ridge. Visitation will be there from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Hill Crest Cemetery, Dry Ridge. Memorials are suggested to Dry Ridge Baptist Church.

Arlena Holbrook, 71, of Madeira, Ohio, died Friday at Hospice of Cincinnati. She was a retired factory employee with Powell Valve Co., Cincinnati, and a member of Bullittsburg Baptist Church.

Survivors include sons, James D. Cox of Cincinnati and Gordon Holbrook of Madeira, Ohio; brothers, Denver Daulton of Cincinnati, Lou Dalton of Newport, James Beard of Bromley and Melvin Beard of Carrollton; four great-grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.

Services will be at noon Monday at Stith Funeral Home, Florence. Visitation will begin there at 10 a.m. Monday. Burial will be in Belleview Cemetery.

Gregoria Kane, 92, of Cincinnati, died Tuesday at Owen County Hospital, Owenton. She was a former owner/operator of a residential-care center in Los Angeles. She was a member of St. Martin's Church, Cincinnati.

Survivors include a daughter, Helen Carol Kramer of Owenton; and a brother, Ira Kane of Morganfield.

Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Edward's Catholic Church, Owenton. There will be no visitation. Burial will be in St. Thomas Cemetery, Mt. Sterling. Memorials are suggested to Owenton Manor, c/o activities department. McDonald Funeral Home, Owenton, is in charge.

Mary B. Kanzlemar, 82, of Dry Ridge, died Friday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood. She was a retired Nazarene minister.

Survivors include sons, John Kanzlemar of Titusville, Fla., Joseph Kanzlemar of Brandon, Fla., Charles Kanzlemar of Milford, Ohio, and Edward Kanzlemar of Dry Ridge; a daughter, Mary Lanham of Florida; a brother, Cyril Lewis of Chiefland, Fla.; 18 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are pending with Brevard Cemetery, Sharpes, Fla.

Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Eckler-Hudson Funeral Home, Dry Ridge.

Floyd K. Moore, 84, of Falmouth, died Thursday at Harrison County Memorial Hospital, Cynthiana. He was a livestock dealer, a farmer and a member of Morgan Christian Church, Pendleton County.

Survivors include a sister, Wanda Jenkins of Falmouth, and brothers, Randall Moore and Bill Moore, both of Falmouth, and Elwood Moore of Butler.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Roanoke Christian Church, Pendleton County, with visitation from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Morgan Christian Church Cemetery, Pendleton County. Memorials are suggested to the Morgan Christian Church Cemetery fund. Woodhead Funeral Home, Falmouth, is handling arrangements.

Robert H. Saylor, 86, of Covington, died at 5:25 a.m. Friday at his home. He was a retired welder for Cincinnati Shafer Co. He was also a former postal worker and was a member of Taylor Mill Pentecostal Church. His wife, Hazel Shell Saylor, died in 1982.

Survivors include daughters, Irene Murray and Mildred Turner, both of Taylor Mill; sisters, Elva Noe of Richmond, Ind., Pauline Crane of Brooksville, Ind., and Violet Hoffacker of Dayton, Ohio; brothers, John Saylor, Charles Saylor, Eugene Saylor, Keith Saylor and Carter Saylor, all of Richmond, Ind.; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Taylor Mill Pentecostal Church. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. Burial will be in Floral Hills Cemetery, Taylor Mill.

John Schoborg, 72, of Independence, died at 2:35 p.m. Wednesday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center North, Covington. He was a retired driver and salesman for Butternut Bread Co. He was a member of St. Patrick's Church in Independence and of Ralph Fulton VFW Post 4435, Elsmere. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and the Korean War. His wife, Joan Cavanaugh Schoborg, died in 1987.

Survivors include sons, John C. Schoborg of Delhi Township, Ohio, Joseph W. Schoborg of Latonia and Jeffrey G. Schoborg of Independence; and three grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Swindler and Currin Funeral Home, Independence. Visitation will be there from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Mother of God Cemetery, Ft. Wright. Memorials are suggested to Parish Kitchen, 143 Pike St., Covington 41015.

Rita Meade Shore, 82, of Crestview Hills, died Friday morning at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood.

Elaine Hume Taylor, 80, of Vienna, Ga., formerly of Grant County, died Friday at Dooly County Medical Center, Vienna.

She was a music teacher at various schools, colleges and universities, including Western Kentucky University, Bowling Green. She was also an English teacher at Vienna High School.

She was a member of the Vienna Philharmonic Society, the Vienna Historical Society and the advisory panel at Citizens Bank of Vienna.

Mrs. Taylor was a pianist and choir director at the Vienna United Methodist Church, a member of the Dooly County Library Board, Vienna and a member of the Retired Teachers Association.

Survivors include her husband, Joseph P. Taylor.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Vienna United Methodist Church. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. at the family's home, Vienna. Burial will be in Vienna City Cemetery.

Bowen-NeSmith Funeral Home, Vienna, is handling arrangements.

Norman Iredel Wright, 51, of Covington, died at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday at Veteran's Administrative Hospital, Cincinnati.

He was a self-employed businessman and a Navy veteran, president of Fellowship Club and a junior deacon of Colonel Clay No. 159 F&AM, Covington.

Survivors include his mother, Opal Wright of Florence; a brother, Winston Wright of Covington; and sisters, Jeannette Whaley of Erlanger and Jane Simmons of Bennington, Ind.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Don Catchen & Son Funeral Home, Elsmere. Visitation will be there from 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Floral Hills Cemetery, Taylor Mill.
