Rosa Nell Danner, 77, of Carrollton, died Thursday at Green Valley Health Care Center, Carrollton. She was a homemaker. Her husband, William Danner, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her daugh ters, Daisy Robertson and Barbara McCreary, both of Carrollton; sons, Leonard Danner, Charles Danner and John K. Danner, all of Carrollton; sister, Hallie Cox of Shelbyville; and 25 grandchildren.

Services will be at 1 p.m. today at Graham-Dunn Funeral Home, Carrollton. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of services today at the Funeral home. Burial will be in Worthville Cemetery, Worthville.

Jack Doyle, 89, of Mays Lick, died at 10:20 p.m. Thursday at Meadowview Regional Medical Center, Maysville. He was a retired farmer and a member of Forman's Chapel United Methodist Church, Ewing. His wife, Hazel Adamson Doyle, died in 1998. A great-grandson, Caleb Tabor, also preceded him in death.

Survivors include sons, W. T. "Wick" Doyle of Sardis, Donald Doyle of Germantown and Herbert Doyle, Millard Doyle, Otis Doyle and Jerry "Ester" Doyle, all of Mays Lick; brother, Elmer Doyle of Mays Lick; sister, Louise Prather of Maysville; 25 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

Thomas Fahey, 70, of Independence, died Thursday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood.

He was a produce buyer, supervisor and manager at several groceries, Army veteran of the Korean War and a member of St. Cecilia Church, Independence.

Survivors include his wife, Lois Schuett Fahey of Independence; daughters, Joni Roden of Taylor Mill, Amy Buckley of Louisville, Joyce Blaze and Janice Yung, both of Crittenden, and Deborah Weik, Carolyn Mitchell, Connie Deck and Gerri Schuh, all of Independence; sisters, Pat Fahey of Covington, Theresa Kordenbrock of Independence, Mary Domaschko of Wal ton, Gerry Brewer of Demossville and Pauline Yauch of Elsmere; brothers, Dick Fahey of Blanchester, Ohio, and Bernard Fahey and Jim Fahey, both of Burlington; and 19 grandchildren.

Conley Hall, 82, of Florence, died Friday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood. He was a forklift operator and line stockman for General Motors, Army veteran of World War II and a member of American Legion Post No. 4, Florence.

Survivors include his wife, Ge neva Hall of Florence; sons, Conley Lee Hall of St. Petersburg, Fla., and Glenn Hall; daughters, Marzella Holland of Union, Loretta Lewis of Hebron, Lillian C. Jesse Clark Horn, 69, of Williamstown, died Friday at his home. He was a meat cutter.

Margaret B. McLaughlin, 78, of Newport, died Thursday at St. Luke Hospital East, Fort Thomas. She was a homemaker; an officer of Order of the Eastern Star, Gertrude Chapter, Newport; an officer of Order of Amaranth, Newport; and a member of Christian Tabernacle Church, Newport. Her husband, James McLaughlin Sr., died in 1989.

Lynetta Joan Orme, 55, of Brooksville, died Tuesday at Meadowview Regional Medical Center, Maysville. She was an inspector with Jockey International and a member of Germantown Baptist Church and the Ladies Auxiliary.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Tuel; a daughter, Benita Fifer of Wilder; a son, Robert A. Orme of Butler; a sister, Roberta Shepherd of Goshen, Ohio; brothers, Jerry White of Mays Lick, Ray White of Sardis, Tommy White of Owensboro, Harlan Glen White of Falmouth and David White of Organgeburg; and three grandchildren.

Charles Sabie, 73, of Covington, died Thursday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood.

He was a store manager and an Army veteran. A son, Michael Alan Sabie, died in 1964.

Survivors include his daughters, Beverly Downs of Crescent Springs, Debbie McNeely of Independence, Jenny Sabie of Louisville and Missy Finnell of Erlanger; sons, Greg Sabie of Independence and Jeff Sabie of Covington; and six grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. There will be no services. Burial will be in Independence Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to National Federation of the Blind, 946 Sunset Ave., Cincinnati, Ohio 42505.

Regina Cooper Smithers, 51, of Bracken County, died Thursday at her home. She was an employee of Clopay Corp., Cincinnati. Her husband, William Henry Smithers III, died in October.

Evelyn C. Teipel, 92, of Florence, died Friday at her home. She was a homemaker; former cashier for Collett's Carryout, Florence; and a member of St. Paul Church, Flor ence. Her husband, William A. Teipel, died in 1976. A daughter, Nancy Lee Katzer, died in 1995.

Survivors include a son, John William Teipel of Gulf Shores, Ala.; brothers, Robert Collett of Florence and Jack Collett and Charles Collett, both of Union; sisters, Betty Weidner of Edgewood, Rosella Verhoeven of Union, Katherine Sayers of Erlanger and Esther Broghamer of Louisville; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Rose Marie Teismann, 78, of Highland Heights, died Thursday at her home. She was a homemak er and a member of the Mariners Club at St. Joseph Church, Cold Spring. Her husband, Eugene Paul Teismann, died in 1997.

Survivors include her son, Peter Teismann of Cold Spring; daughters, Geraldine Eschenbach of Wilder and Joanna Barnett of Fort Thomas; and five grandchild ren.

Marie Edgington Wagoner, 58, of Robertson County, died Friday at the Robertson County Health Care Facility. She was a homemaker and a member of Kentown Christian Church.

Viola Mae Humphrey

'Family was everything' for Viola Mae Humphrey

Viola Mae Humphrey grew up on a dairy farm, then worked 25 years for French Bauer Ice Cream Co.

She also was a good cook and sewed clothes for her four daughters when they were young.

"Her family was everything to her," said a daughter, Delores Webb of Taylor Mill.

Mrs. Humphrey, 83, of Latonia, died late Sunday afternoon at Rosedale Manor in Latonia.

As a child, Mrs. Humphrey lived on a dairy farm near Hillsboro, Ohio.

She worked for French Bauer in Cincinnati, retiring in 1983 as a computer supervisor.

In addition, "she was a really good cook," said Mrs. Webb. "She always sewed clothes for us girls, her four daughters, when we were little, and she liked to do pictures in long stitch."

Mrs. Humphrey and her husband, Leonard Humphrey, were married 63 years. He died in March 1999. A daughter, Dorothy Humphreys, died in 1994.

Other survivors include a son, Daniel Humphrey of Sanders; daughters, Barbara Ruttencutter Dean of Crescent Springs and Sarah Lehnhoff of Dayton, Ohio; a sister, Sarah Kirkhart of Manassas, Va.; 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Allison and Rose Funeral Home, Taylor Mill. Visitation will begin there at 11 a.m. Thursday.

Burial will be in Floral Hills Cemetery in Taylor Mill.

Memorials are suggested to Rosedale Manor, 4250 Glenn Ave., Latonia, Kentucky 41015 or to the Alzheimer's Disease Association, 644 Linn St., Cincinnati, Ohio 45203.

He was a comptroller with C.M. Capital Corp.

Agnes J. Becker Bilz, 96, of Edgewood, died at 4:19 p.m Sunday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood.

She was a homemaker and a member of St. Pius X Church, Edgewood, and the Golden Age Senior Citizens Club. Her husband, George J. Bilz, died in 1994.

Survivors include a son, Robert G. Bilz of Park Hills; daughters, Marilyn A. Franxman of Covington, Joan A. Merten and Susanne J. Sanders, both of Edgewood, Patricia L. Blau and Elaine B. West, both of Lakeside Park, Pamela M. Walsh of Erlanger and Karen Schnelle of Alexandria; a sister, Margaret Rabe of Fort Mitchell; 38 grandchildren and 57 great-grandchildren.

Jessica Amber Brierley, 16, of Sparta, died Sunday at University Hospital, Cincinnati, of injuries suffered in an automobile accident.

She was a junior at Gallatin County High School and an employee of the Gallatin County Health Care Center.

Survivors include her parents, Ray and Karen Brierley of Sparta; a brother, Jeremy Nathan Brierley of Sparta; and grandparents, Julie Monell of Sparta and Faye Brierley of Cincinnati.

Helen Moore Elliott, 88, of Sandusky, Ohio, formerly of Fort Thomas, died Sunday at Parkvue Health Care Center, Sandusky.

She was a deputy registrar at the Campbell County Health Department' division of vital statistics. Her husband, William J. Elliott, died in 1994.

Survivors include daughters, Becky Smith of Vermillion, Ohio, and Connie Dickmann of Punta Gorda, Fla.; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 8 p.m. Wednesday at Foster Funeral Home, Huron, Ohio. Visitation will begin there at 7 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Rock Hill Cemetery, Flushing, Ohio.
