M., Friday, May 14, 2004, in Campbellsville. Age: 80 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Campbellsville First Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She united in marriage to Ernest Wise Sr. June 20, 1942. Besides her husband, Ernest Wise Sr. of Wise Road, Campbellsville, she is survived by one son and three daughters: Ernest Wise Jr. and his wife Judy, Carolyn Ogden, and Elizabeth Hamilton and her husband Ken of Campbellsville and Dr. Nancy Wise Ph. D. of Louisville; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three brothers and two sisters: Clifford Roberts of Louisville, Jerry Roberts of Shelbyville, Richard “Buck” Roberts of Lexington, Evelyn Hunt and Peggy Hall of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by one great-grandson, Kenneth Ryan Hamilton on July 16, 2001 and one brother and one sister: David Roberts and Lydia Bell.

Lonza Druin of Saloma Road, Campbellsville, son of the late Henry G. Druin and Vera Mae Franklin Druin was born icon July 2, 1925 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 3:04 A. M., Monday, August 2, 2004 in Campbellsville. Age: 79 He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Victory Tabernacle. He was a retired farmer, mechanic and small engine repairman. He united in marriage to Mary Lois Perkins, January 1, 1947. Besides his wife, Mary Lois Druin of Saloma Road, Campbellsville, he is survived by one daughter and her husband, Sue Ellen and Chuck Pike of Campbellsville; many other relatives and friends.

Geraldine Myers of Myers Road, Campbellsville, daughter of the late Tom Sharp and Hallie Milby Sharp was born icon June 14, 1932 in Green County, Kentucky. She died at 9:54 P. M., Sunday, August 1, 2004 in Campbellsville. Age: 72She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Meadowview Baptist Church. She united in marriage to Bill Myers December 17, 1949. Besides her husband, Bill Myers of Myers Road, Campbellsville, she is survived by two sons and two daughters and their spouses: Jerry and Kathy Myers, Timmy and Linda Myers and Judy and Robert Kearney of Campbellsville, and Sharon and Larry Price of Greensburg; three grandchildren: Billy Dale Myers, Candy Newton and her husband Chad of Campbellsville and Phillip Joe Price of Greensburg; three brothers and two sisters: Virgil Sharp, Jimmie Sharp, Florine Colvin and Lera Ann Sprowles of Campbellsville and David Sharp of Lebanon; several nieces and nephews; many other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by twin sons in infancy, Johnnie and Tommie Myers, March 6, 1952; three brothers and one sister: Bill Sharp, Elwood Sharp, Riley Sharp and Christine Milby.

HAROLD PITTMAN, AGE 52
Mr. Harold Pittman, age 52 of Merrimac Peck Road, Elkhorn, died Friday, July 30, 2004 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington after a sudden illness. He was the son of the late Chester and Stella Lowe Pittman. He was a farmer and of the Baptist faith. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Donnie Clay Pittman and one sister, Betty Jean Pittman. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Clark Pittman, two sons, Harold Pittman, Jr. And Terry Clay Pittman both of Campbellsville , two brothers, Eugene Pittman of Lebanon and Ronnie Pittman of Campbellsville, five sisters, Wanda Gribbins, Charlene Muncie and Linda Sluder of Campbellsville, Carolyn Yates and Thelma Childrens of Lebanon. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Sarah, Bradley, Nathaniel and Nicholas Pittman all of Campbellsville, along with other relatives and a host of friends. Funeral services for Mr. Harold Pittman will be conducted on Monday, August 2, 2004, at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Tallow Creek Cemetery. Rev. Don Gowen officiating.

LOU WILLIE "TWIGHT" TAYLOR, AGE 62
Mrs. Lou Willie “Twight” Taylor, age 62, of Hillview Court, Campbpellsville, died Thursday, July 29, 2004, at the Taylor Regional Hospital after an illness. She was the daughter of the late Louise Smith of Adair County, a member of the First Baptist Church and a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Haskins, and later united in marriage to James Theodore Taylor who survives his wife. Besides her husband, James Theodore Taylor, Mrs. Taylor is survived by two sons, Harrison Emanuel Haskins and Hearie Haskins both of Campbellsville, Celeste Black of Florida, Sarah Edelen, Julie Hatcher, Nichelle Taylor and Schmanda Taylor all of Campbellsville. Fourteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren also survive along with two brothers and two sisters, Jerry Smith of Georgia and Jim Smith of Illinois, Carrie Thornton and Betty Hazard both of Campbellsville. Several nieces, nephew and cousins also survive. Funeral services for Mrs. Lou Willie Taylor were held at 11:00 A. M. Monday, August 2, 2004, at the First Baptist Church with burial in the Crown Hill Cemetery. Reverend George P. Lee III officiated. Lyon-Dewitt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Sharon Webb of High Pine Street, Campbellsville, daughter of the late Roy Allen Webb and Jewell Garrett Webb was born icon October 31, 1951 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 5:00 P. M., Tuesday, July 27, 2004, in Campbellsville. Age:52 She is survived by her husband, Roger Warren of Campbellsville; one son, Adam Packard of Campbellsville; one granddaughter, Jade Packard; three brothers and six sisters: Sisie Bennett, Roy Webb, Timmy Webb, Barbara Boils, Alicia Webb and Kenny Webb all of Campbellsville, Vickie Webb of Russell Springs, Karen Cundiff of Bardstown and Tracy Wright of Summersville; many other relatives and friends.

Christina Brown of Rockingham, North Carolina, daughter of the late Brent Brown and Barbara Jean Walters Brown was born icon January 2, 1975 in Jefferson County, Kentucky. She died at 2:36 A. M., Tuesday, July 27, 2004, in North Carolina. Age: 29 She is survived by one son, Brent Holder of Rockingham, North Carolina; two brothers and their spouses: Kevin and Kimberly Brown of Hamlet, North Carolina and Shane and Karen Brown of Rockingham, North Carolina; her grandfathers: Bill Walters of Campbellsville and Roy Vincent Brown of Mt. Washington; one aunt and two uncles: Patty Brown of Edmonton, Mitchell Walters of Campbellsville, and Greg Brown of Mt. Washington; many other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by her grandmothers: Augusta Brown Walters and Fonda Brown; one aunt, Elizabeth “Libby” Ryan and one uncle, Larry Brown.

She died at 5:05 P. M., Thursday, July 22, 2004, in Louisville. Age: 84 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Stoner Creek United Methodist Church. She was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville. She united in marriage to Walter Osborne August 5, 1937. He preceded her in death January 2, 1964. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Rev. James Overstreet of Louisville; five grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; two nieces; many other relatives and friends.

He was a farmer and a retired employee of International Harvester in Louisville after twenty-five years of service. He was a member of the Merrimac Masonic Lodge #778 F & AM. He united in marriage to Villa Malone February 21, 1940. She preceded him in death November 25, 1998. He is survived by three sons and two daughters: J. W. Hardin and his wife Linda of Elkhorn, Charles Hardin and his wife Kathy of Greenwood, Indiana, Michael Hardin of Louisville, Shirley Cheatham and her husband Frank of Campbellsville and Carole Cheatham and her husband Tom of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; ten grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; one sister, Clara Clarkson of Punta Gorda, Florida; many other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death by one son, Harold Morris Hardin, July 15, 1970.

She was retired from Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville where she worked as an inspector for twenty-seven years. She united in marriage to Jesse M. Parrott November 5, 1946. He preceded her in death July 13, 1994. She is survived by four daughters and their spouses: Phyllis and Larry Penick of Greensburg, Vickie and Greg Robertson of Radcliff, Judy and Charles Nalley of Loretto and Paula and Terry Clark of Rineyville; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; two sisters: Esther Touchberry of Garden City, South Carolina and Lucille Day of Eminence, Kentucky; several nieces and nephews; many other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by one brother and one sister: Vernon C. Abney and Christine Whitely.
