She is survived by two daughters and their spouses: Marcia and Jack Lutz of Crestwood, Kentucky and Faye and James Smith of Louisville; five grandchildren: Holly Smith of Clarksville, Indiana, Joseph Smith of Louisville, Amy Lucas of Lexington, Kristina Lutz and Benjamin Lutz of Crestwood; three great-grandchildren: Stacy Wilkins, Ranza Wilkins and Rebecca Smith of Louisville; several nieces and nephews, many other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by four sisters and one brother: Velma Warren, Lucille Warren, Ida Schuler, Virginia Local Warren and Hansford Warren.

M., Sunday, December 5, 2004 in Campbellsville. Age: 89 He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Good Hope Baptist Church. He was a retired farmer and carpenter. He united in marriage to Annie Ernestine Paxton, January 6, 1940. Besides his wife, Annie Ernestine Pierce of Campbellsville, he is survived by one daughter and one son and their spouses: Marilyn and William Terry of Paducah and Randall and Mary Pierce of Louisville; four grandchildren: Amy Jo Pierce of Bowling Green, Gina Eagan and her husband Richard of Charlotte, North Carolina; Vernon O. C. Spurling II of Louisville and Cara Terry of Paducah; two great-grandchildren: Brandon Allen Bell and Lauren Chantelle Bell of Charlotte, North Carolina; one sister, Florine Caulk of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews, many other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death by one son, Henry Coleman Pierce, February 5, 1970; three brothers and one sister: Willis Pierce, Buckner Pierce, Omer Pierce and Mattie Walters.

She united in marriage to Bearl T. Rhynearson, December 24, 1938. He preceded her in death, August 23, 1970. She is survived by two daughters and one son: Mary Eva Matheny and Helen Kay Horn of Louisville and Charles T. Rhynearson of Campbellsville: five grandchildren: Douglas Russell of Taylorsville, Jeffrey Scott of Mt. Washington, Katie Horn of Louisville, Pam White of Campbellsville and Keith Rhynearson of Oklahoma; five great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; two brothers and two sisters: Floyd Wise, Ernest Wise Sr., Margaret Edith Parson of Campbellsville and Gladys Bowen of Hamilton, Ohio; several nieces and nephews, many other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by one son, Jimmy Ray Rhynearson, March 2, 1989; two brothers and one sister, Albert Wise, Richard Wise and Bessie Whitlock.

RICHARD L. BOWER
Richard L. Bower of New Columbia Road, Campbellsville, son of the late William Bower and Helen Frazee-Bower was born icon in Escondido, California February 4, 1920. He died at 10:50 P. M., Tuesday, November 30, 2004 in Campbellsville. Age: 84He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Asbury United Methodist Church. He served as Minister of Music for the First United Methodist Church for thirty-one years. He was an accomplished violinist and member of the Campbellsville University Orchestra. He was a teacher and principal at Campbellsville High School for ten years. He was an employee of Ingersoll-Rand Company for fifteen years and retired as plant manager. He was a veteran of World War II having served his country honorably as a medic in the United States Army. He united in marriage to Marty Corbett April 18, 1941. She preceded him in death September 14, 1998. He united in marriage to Vera Page Nealy, December 29, 2002. Besides his wife, Vera Nealy Bower of Campbellsville, he is survived by one son, Dr. Stephen Bower and his wife Karla of Campbellsville; one step-daughter, Leslie Corbin and her husband Ronnie, of Campbellsville, one step-son, Lincoln Nealy and his wife Monica of Belleville, Illinois; four grandchildren: Brett Bower of Niceville, Florida, Heather Bower of Ashville, North Carolina, Sharalee Taylor and her husband DeWayne, of Louisville, Shelley Peterson and her husband Cody, of Durango, Colorado; six step-grandchildren: Holly Corbin, Zachary Corbin, Andrea Corbin of Campbellsville, Tarrah Nealy, Kyle Nealy and Brooke Nealy of Belleville, Illinois; two great-grandchildren: Dylan Fisher and Gabrielle Fisher of Louisville; two sisters: Becky Mann of Louisville and Ruth Vasquez and her husband Johnny, of Covina, California; one sister-in-law, Barbara Bower of Norwalk, California; several nieces and nephews, many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by one step-son, Charles Nealy; one grandson, Nathan Bower; one sister, Lois Rollins and one brother David Bower.

Franklin R. Kerr, age 73, of Campbellsville Road, Campbellsville, died Sunday, March 6, 2005 at Taylor Regional Hospital. He was a member of Grace Missionary Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Franklin and Dorothy Burns Kerr, one granddaughter Misty Dawn Carpenter on April 1, 1993, two brothers, Randolph and Ritchie Kerr, four sisters, Polly Turner, Dee Fannin, Faye Kerr and Rosa Kerr. He is survived by his wife Betty Jean Kerr of Campbellsville, two sons and daughters-in-law, Randy and Ida Kerr of Montpelier, Ohio, Ricky Ralton and Trish Kerr of Russell Springs, one daughter and son-in-law, Sherah Kay and Donald Carey of Campbellsville. Twelve grandchildren and five great grandchildren, four brothers, Jack Kerr of Munfordsville, Don Kerr of Ohio, Russ Kerr of Cub Run, Ellery Kerr of Denver Colorado, two sisters, Nelda Prather of Munfordsville and Joyce Buerher of Wausean Ohio, also survive along with a host of friends. Funeral services for Mr. Franklin R. Kerr will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 9, 2005 at the Grace Missionary Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery with full military honors by the Marion County DAV. Rev. Robert Grammar and Rev. Murphy Buell officiating.

He died at 8:00 A. M., Saturday, March 5, 2005, at his home. Age: 56 He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the South Campbellsville Baptist Church. He united in marriage to Amy Whitlock June 24, 1989. Besides his wife, Amy Gadberry of Bull Run Road, Liberty, he is survived by one son and two daughters: Ronnie Gadberry of Liberty and Jessica White and Ronna Gooch of Winchester; four grandchildren: Leslie Carter, Ricky Carter, Stevi Haskins, and Callee White of Winchester; two sisters and two brothers: Carolyn DiCenso of Winter Park, Florida, Phyllis Powers and David Gadberry of Nicholasville, and Steve Gadberry of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Flora Esther Robison, age 58, of Campbellsville, formerly of Casey Creek, died Thursday, March 3, 2005, at Medco Nursing Homes after an illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, Everett and Rosa Eastridge, three brothers, Alvin Junior Robison, Ivan Haskel Robison and Wigg Robison. She is survived by three brothers, W. R. Robison, of Campbellsville, Dallard and M. C. Robison both of Louisville, two sisters, Garnettia Knifley and Rita Keltner both of Campbellsville. Funeral services for Flora Esther Robison will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 5, 2005, with burial to be in the Hardin Cemetery. Bro. Harold Dupps and Bro. Paul Dickens officiating.

He died Monday, February 28, 2005, in Smyrna, Tennessee due to a sudden illness. Age: 23. He is survived by his mother, Gail Williams Bright of Smyrna, Tennessee, father and step-mother, Terry W. and Katheryn Bright of Dickson, Tennessee, twin half-brothers, Travis and Trevor Bright of Providence, Kentucky, step-brother and twin step-sisters, Jerad Mangrum, Anndrea Eubanks and her husband, Daniel and Angie Frazier and her husband, Mike of Bon Aqua, Tennessee; maternal grandfather, Jerry Williams and his wife, Catherine, paternal grandmother, Audrey Bright, maternal great-grandmother, Lera Williams; three uncles, Jay Williams and his wife, Melissa, Edwin Bright and his wife, Shirley and Jimmy Bright all of Campbellsville; one aunt, Judy O’Bannon and her husband, Bob of Florence, Kentucky; his girlfriend, Lindsey Davis of Smyrna, Tennessee, several cousins and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by a maternal grandmother, Zola Williams and a paternal grandfather, Lloyd Bright.

Besides her husband, Bob Goodrum Sr. of Snow Lane, Campbellsville, she is survived by one daughter, Shari Sallee; two grandchildren, Savannah Sallee and Wesley Goodrum; her mother, Sis Childers; one brother, Kenny Childers and his wife, Bonnie, all of Campbellsville; nieces and nephews: Donnie Bault, Kasey Childers, Savannah Bryant and Georgia Childers of Campbellsville, Angela Bault of Columbia and Kyle Childers of Florida; many other relatives and friends.
