Dallas R. Kremer loved the outdoors, and he was on his way to go fishing Saturday when he died.
"He always said he wanted to go with either a shotgun or a fishing rod in his hand, and he did," said Mr. Kremer's nephew, Fred Brocker.
Mr. Kremer, the former operator of Bellevue Motors Body Shop, was stricken on a farm he owned near Brooksville. He was 76, and a resident of Bellevue.
"He knew he had a bad heart but he wanted me to take him fishing," Brocker said.
Mr. Kremer suffered an apparent heart attack as he and his nephew walked through a field toward a farm pond. Brocker attempted to revive his uncle, but could not.

Mr. Kremer operated the body shop, on Tay lor Avenue, just off of Fairfield Avenue, for nearly 40 years, his wife said. He closed the business and retired in the early 1980s, she said.
Mr. Kremer was known by many for his boat racing. He raced hydroplanes on the Ohio River, locally, and at Madison, Ind., Columbus, Ohio, and in Florida, Mrs. Kremer said.
In one race, Mr. Kremer was in third place when the two boats ahead of him collided. "He stopped and pulled one of the drivers out of the water," Mrs. Kremer said.
