Leaving two brothers, James P. of Huntington, West Virginia and Jarvis J. McCoy of Lakeland, Florida. He helped organize the Shilo Church near Kitts Hill in Lawrence County, Ohio near his home. Member of the Old Regular Baptist Church.

MAGGARD, Sgt. Larry Dewight the son of Charlie and Berta C. Maggard born: Jan 20 1946 died: June 5 1968 in Vietnam while serving his country since March 23 1966; Graduate of Whitesburg High School; his grandmother, Polly Ann Collins, deceased. He leaves his father, Charlie B. Maggard and his mother, Berta C., his maternal grandfather, "Uncle" Johnny Collins, 3 brothers: Jack Frazier of Louisville, Kentucky; Jimmy of Pontiac, Michigan; Gurnie Maggard of Isom, Kentucky; and one sister, Bobby Jean Collins of Isom, Kentucky. DAVIS, Willie was born August 16 1887 to John Davis and Martha (Campbell) Davis in Breathitt co., Kentucky; died: March 4 1968 in the Appalachian Regional Hospital, he was a retired miner spending most of his life working in the Hazard Coal Fields. He leaves seven children, one brother, one sister.Member of the Old Regular Baptist Church since 1952.

Md: Lillie Margaret WEBB who died August 27 1965; following surviving children: Virgil Polly, Jenkins, Kentucky; bonnie Smallwood, Detroit, Michigan; Doris Mae Lewis Baltimore, MD; Nancy Bates, Whitesburg, Kentucky; Jenell Salyers, Louisville, Kentucky; Ronald Polly, Whitesburg, Kentucky; Ernest Ray Polly, Pikeville. He later married : Edith VINSON, who lives. Member of the Old Regular Baptist Church.

STACY, Annie was born: on upper Second Creek in Perry Co., Kentucky on February 24 1896 to Ben and Cynthia (Combs) Stacy; died: at the Hazard Applachian Regional Hospital on May 24 1968; married : Austin Combs (died: July 10 1967) on June 10 1916. Children: Maza Banks, Zola Davidson, Nell McIntosh and Austin W., Jr. all of Hazard, Kentucky; Johnny of Dayton, Ohio and Marshall of London, Kentucky. She leaves her mother and four sisters. Sisters are: Ida Abbott of Cincinnati, Ohio; Carrie Smith, Walkertown; Alta Risner, Indianapolis, IN; Pearl Grimes, Bowling Gfeen Kentucky; one brother, Jonathan Stacy of Second Creek.
