Carl Lynn Cline, Jr, 37 of Smiths Grove passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at his
residence with family and friends at his side.
The Warren County native was a son of the late Carl Cline, Sr. and Annette Harshfield
Cline who survives. He was an electrician for R&S Electric
His survivors include his wife Jackie Driskill Cline; his children, Chris Reeves (Nikole
Pittman), Skyler Cline and Levi Cline; a grandson, Drake Reeves; one brother, Travis
Harshfield (Becky); one sister, Wendy Cline; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews
and many friends.
Funeral service 1 p.m. Monday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel
with burial in private family plots. Visitation 12-8 p.m. Sunday and 9a.m.-1 p.m.

Denis S. Wilk, 78, of Bowling Green, passed away Wednesday June 8, 2016 in
Scottsville, after a long and difficult illness with his wife Maureen by his side. The
Chicago, Illinois native was a truck driver and a Member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
He was a son of the late Joseph and Josephine Violetto Wilk.
Mr. Wilk is survived by his wife Maureen Ferrin Wilk; a son Christopher Wilk
(Machelle); a daughter Rebecca Outland; two grandsons, Ronald and Christopher; a
brother David Wilk (Frances); three nephews, Joseph, Daniel, and Kevin Wilk.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Illinois. Local arrangements were
entrusted to Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel.

Richard James Casebeer, 70 of Chalybeate passed away Friday, June 10, 2016 at St
Thomas Hospital surrounded by family and friends.
The Clarksville, TN native was the son of the late James Russell and Elna Margaret
Madsen Casebeer. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 26 years Naomi Ruth
Watt Casebeer.
He and his wife owned and operated D&D RV Service for 18 years. Richard also
worked and retired from Quick Fuel Technology.
His survivors include three sons, Rick Casebeer (Kellie); Scott Casebeer (Linda); Rick
Casebeer (Jonnie); Three grandchildren, Travis Casebeer, Ashley Johnson, Cassidy
Casebeer; two great grandchildren, Landon and Maddox Johnson; his mother-in-law,
Margie E. Watt; sister-in-law, Gloria Howard; brother-in-law, Robert Dale Watt (Julie);
two special nieces, Penny Skaggs and Sandra Cowles (Chris); one great niece and
nephew, B.J. & Morgan Skaggs
Funeral service 11 a.m. Monday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel
with burial in Otter Gap cemetery. Visitation 2-8 p.m. Sunday and 9-11 a.m. Monday
at the funeral home.

Richard Paul Knight, 67, of Bowling Green died Monday June 6, 2016 at his residence.
The Hammond, Indiana native was a son of the late Dennis and Alberta Howe Knight.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Dennis L. “Sonny” Knight, Jr., Ronald Knight,
and Carol Knight. He was retired from Warren County Parks & Recreation Department
and a United States Marine veteran of the Vietnam war.
Mr. Knight is survived by a brother William David Knight; several nieces and nephews
and his Warren County Parks & Recreation Department family.
A memorial service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday June 11, 2016 at Hardy & Son Funeral
Home, Bowling Green Chapel. Visitation 11:00a.m. -1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Roy Nelson Bell, 42 of Bowling Green died Monday, June 20, 2016 at the Medical
Center.
The Warren County native was a son of the late Charles William Bell and Clara Frances
Key Bell who survives. He was a self- employed plumber.
His survivors include his wife Yolanda Hunton Bell; two sons, Max and Hemi Bell; two
brothers, Jimmy Bell and Kenny Bell (Lana); two sisters, Lisa Bell and Linda Carter
(Tommy); ten nieces and seven nephews; seven great nieces and 14 great nephews;
several uncles, aunts and cousins his father and mother-in-law, Bruce and Sue Hunton
and his sister and brother-in-law, Carrie and Jeff Gaddis
Visitation will be 12-6 p.m. Friday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green
Chapel with funeral service at 6 p.m. Friday with cremation to follow
Family request in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Roy Bell Memorial Fund at
South Central Bank

Ruth Helen Gardner Contois, 94 of Bowling Green formerly of Massachusetts died
Monday, June 27, 2016
She was a daughter of the late Harold and Alice Gardner and wife of 56 years to the late
Arthur Joseph Contois. She is preceded in death by a son David J. Contois; five brothers,
Arthur, Sherman, Richard, Alton, Donald Gardner and a sister, Alice Janda
She was a homemaker and a member of The Kingdom Hall Jehovah’s Witnesses. Ruth
was known as “the songbird” in her high school yearbook, she loved to sing. She was
active in the ministry as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses for the last 41 years. Known for her
positive outlook and joyful spirit.
Her survivors include her eight children, Suzanne Payne (Gary) and Annette Pennington
(Glen) both of Bowling Green; Carole O’Keeffe of Virginia, Arthur Contois (Christa),
Denise Savio (Michael), James Contois (Kathy), Michael Contois all of Massachusetts,
Donald Contois (Brenda) of Myrtle Beach, SC; one sister, Grace Pecoraro of Cary NC;
Many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews,
and friends in the nursing home and at The Kingdon Hall.
A Memorial service will be Saturday, July 2 at 1 p.m. at Kingdon Hall of Jehovah’s
Witnesses, 1035 Mt Olivet Rd, Bowling Green, KY. Cremation was chosen.
Arrangements were by Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel
Inlieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made to JW.ORG or the Alzheimer’s
Association.

Evelyn Christine Irving, 73 of Leitchfield died Monday, June 27, 2016 at Grayson
Nursing & Rehab
She was a daughter of the late Paul and Pauline Flora Holder. She was a homemaker and
a member of Christian Fellowship Church.
Her survivors include her husband James Irving; one son Jeffery Irving (Kristine); two
grandchildren Danielle and Megan Irving; three brothers, James, Joe and Don Holder and
several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green
Chapel with burial in Plum Springs cemetery. Visitation 11-2 Thursday at the funeral
home.

Daniel Glenn Graham, 2 of Bowling Green died Thursday, June 23, 2016 at the Hospice
House of Southern Kentucky
Daniel was preceded in death by a brother D. Wayne Graham his survivors include his
parents Rufus Wayne Graham and Elizabeth Ann Turner. He is also survived by his
mum, Geneva Kuhn and a half brother, Noah Paul Poor; several aunts & uncles and a
large extended family. Everyone who met Daniel loved him and his beautiful contagious
smile.
His funeral service is 2 p.m. Saturday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green
Chapel with burial in Lick Branch cemetery in Barren County. Visitation is 10:30 a.m.
til the hour of service at the funeral home.

Henry Thomas Lowe, 92 of Smiths Grove died Monday, July 25, 2016 at his residence.
The Warren County native was a son of the late Thomas Henry and Emma Gardner Lowe
and is preceded in death by three sisters, Charlene White, Geneva Motley, Christine
Phelps. He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church, a farmer and owner of a Shell
Service Station in Bowling Green and a WWII Navy Veteran.
His survivors include his wife of over 70 years Rachel Potter Lowe; two children,
Tommy Lowe (Martha) and Janice Cutliff (Phillip); four grandchildren, Tammy Lowe,
Paula Prewitt (Brandon), Duane Doyle (Kim) and Chris Doyle (Katy); 11 great
grandchildren; two nephews and one niece.
Funeral service 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green
Chapel with burial in Bethel cemetery. Visitation 3-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-11 a.m.
Wednesday at the funeral home.

Juanita Woods, 88 of Smiths Grove passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at her
residence with her children by her side.
The Warren County native was born at Three Forks to the late Edgar and Maggie
Moulder Ground and wife of the late Noel M. Woods. She was preceded in death by three
brothers, Roy V., Donald and David Ground and three sisters, Edna Lemmons, Pearl
Jones and Novice Jones and her daughter-in-law, Pat Woods. She was a Child of God
and a member of Three Forks Church of Christ. Juanita decorated cakes for Reeves,
Smiths Grove Cee Bee and Houchens. She also was employed at Holley Carburetor.
Juanita is survived by her five children, Janice Faye Robertson (David), Denny Woods,
Ronnie Woods, Marlene Woods, Larry Woods; six grandchildren, eight great
grandchildren, five great great grandchildren; one brother, Charles Arlis Ground; several
nieces and nephews.
Funeral service 1:00 p.m. Friday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel
with burial in Pleasant Grove cemetery. Visitation 2-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral
home.

Barbara Ann Duncan Smith, 83 of Bowling Green died Sunday, July 17, 2016 at her
residence.
The Warren County native was a daughter of the late Carl and Marguerite Smith
Duncan. She was a housewife and a member of Bethel Methodist Church.
Her survivors include her husband, Herbert Smith; two daughters, Reeca Lindsey and
Beth Biggs and one son, Bruce Smith (Angie); six grandchildren, Jason Lindsey, Josh
Biggs, Mark Biggs, Jonathan Biggs, Tyler McCombs, Josh McCombs; three great
grandchildren, Blakelee Biggs; Parker and Lena McCombs; four sisters, Shirley Towe,
Bettie Motley, Jan Eatherly, Joyce Greene; several nieces and nephews; and her
caregivers, Pat Dearing and Codi Shocklee Funeral service 10 a.m. Wednesday at Hardy
& Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel with burial in Bethel cemetery. Visitation
3-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Green, Ky 42103

Virginia Aline Lee, 93 of Bowling Green died Sunday, July 10, 2016 at her residence.
The Warren County native was a daughter of the late Eddie and Oma Huff Beck and wife
of the late Francis Calvin Lee. She was a homemaker and a member of Plum Springs
Baptist Church.
Her survivors include three sons, James A. Lee (Carolyn), John E. Lee (Tammy), F C Lee
(Patty); six grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; one sister,
Shelly Cherry and several nieces & nephews.
There will be a memorial service at a later date as cremation was chosen. Arrangements
by Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel.
