Mr. Billy Joe Chapman, age 54 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home where services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, February 4, 2017 with burial to follow in the Greenlawn cemetery in Franklin, KY.
Mr. Chapman was born May 21, 1962 in Oak Park, IL to Melvin M. Chapmen who survives of Franklin, KY. and the late Norma Ellen Karnik Chapman.
He is survived by a son Matthe Chapman of Punta Gorda, FL., a sister Martha Neiswanger (Jack) of Villa Park, IL, a cousin Nick Karnik of Franklin, KY., and 4 grandchildren.
Mr. Chapman attended the Smyrna Church.
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM Friday, February 3, 2017 and from 6:00 AM until service time on Saturday at Gilbert Funeral Home.

Clint Earl Huff
December 23, 1981 - January 31, 2017 (age 35)
Mr. Clint Earl Huff, age 35 of Franklin, KY., died Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at as a result of an automobile accident in Wisconsin.
Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home where services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, February 5, 2017 with burial to follow in the Blackjack Church cemetery in Simpson Co., KY.
Mr. Huff was born December 23, 1981 in Franklin, KY. to the late Robert Earl Huff and to Brenda Diane Peters Huff who survives of Louisville, KY. His maternal grandmother Margaret Sue Jackson, an uncle Aaron Peters and a niece Trinity Huff preceded him in death.
He is survived by his brother Jeremy Huff of Franklin, KY., a sister Misty Trefethen of Russellville, KY., paternal grandparents Hubert Junior and Wilma Huff of Franklin, KY., great grandfather Vernie Finch of Elizabethtown, KY., 3 nieces Madison Trefethen, Emma Huff and Taylor Trefethen, a nephew Dylan Trefethen, 2 aunts Betty Ray of Rock Hill, S.C. and Jessica Rosa of Franklin, KY., 4 uncles Herbie Huff of Franklin, KY., Timmy Peters of Caneyville, KY. and Kevin Peters and Wayne Mouldin both of Elizabethtown, KY.
Mr. Huff was a truck driver and a graduate of Franklin-Simpson High School.
Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM Saturday, February 4, 2017 and from 6:00 AM until service time on Sunday at Gilbert Funeral Home.

Lucy B. "Honey" Barnes, 79, of Scottsville, Ky died at 7:48 P.M. Saturday, February 14, 2009 at the Cal Turner Extended Care Facility. The Owingsville, Ky native was a retired employee of St. Elizabeth Hospital in Dayton, Ohio and member of First Church of the Nazarene. She was a daughter of the late Austin Wightman and Gertrude Sexton Wightman and wife of the late Clay Barnes.
She is survived by 2 Sons: Billy Barnes and wife, Bonnie, Jeffersonville, Ky; David C. Barnes and fiancee, Vickie Carter, Scottsville, Ky;

1 Brother: June Wightman, Owingsville, Ky;
3 Sisters: Bonnie Willoughby; Charlene Thompson and husband, Omer; Lillie Reichback and husband, Kenny, all of Mt. Sterling, Ky;
5 Grandchildren: Tina Renee Rhodes and husband, Donnie; Billy Shane Barnes; Jeremy Wade Barnes and wife, Tina Nicole; D.J. Barnes and wife, Monica; Amy Thomason and husband, Chris;

She was preceded in death by 1 Son: Victor Charles Barnes; 1 Granddaughter: Stacy Lynn Barnes; 1 Brother: Irvin Wightman; 2 Sisters: Elizabeth Vice and Mary McCarty.

Funeral services for Lucy B. "Honey" Barnes will be 1:00 P.M. EST. Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at Herald and Stewart Home for Funerals with Bro. Ronald Means officiating and burial in Lovely cemetery in Jeffersonville, Ky. Visitation will be after 2:00 P.M. Monday at Goad Funeral Home and 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. EST. Tuesday at Herald and Stewart Home for Funerals in Mt. Sterling, Ky. Goad Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.

She was a daughter of Danny Royce Napier, of Scottsville, Ky, who survives and the late Deborah Dianne Berry Napier.

Several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by 3 step daughters: Dorothy Akins, Marie Frakes and Betty Boone.

Hattie Tabor, 100, of Bowling Green, Ky died at 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 10, 2009 at Medco Center of Bowling Green. The Allen County, Ky native was a retired employee of Washington Overall Manufacturing and a member of Liberty Missionary Baptist Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother and enjoyed being with her family, and she moved to Bowling Green after the passing of her husband to be with her daughter. She lived to celebrate her 100th birthday with family and friends at Medco of Bowling Green. She was a daughter of the late Tom Smith and Essie Thomas Smith and wife of the late Elijah Murl Tabor.

She is survived by 1 Daughter: Louise Weaver, Bowling Green, Ky;
3 Grandchildren: Steve Weaver and wife, Pat, Mt. Juliet, Tn; Ricky Weaver and wife, Judell and Charlotte Oller, all of Bowling Green, Ky;

Harris Lumber Company and loved fishing and darts. He was a son of G. W. Wilson of Scottsville, KY, who survives, and the late Mary Jane Pierce Richey.

He is survived by his father: G. W. Wilson and wife, Charlene, Scottsville, KY;
3 brothers: Larry Wilson and wife, Becky, Carrollton, KY; Barry Wilson and wife, Betty, Bowling Green, KY; Arthur Richey and wife, Terry, Auburn, KY;
5 nephews: Michael Wilson, Dustin Wilson, Vernon Lee, Gabriel Richey and Brayden Adam Richey;
4 nieces: Shelby Richey, Sarah Richey, Heather Lee, and Christina Ryan;
2 step sisters: Charlotte Wesley, Alabama and Marilyn Demotteo, Memphis, TN.
He was preceded in death by 1 step brother: Darrell Cooke.

There will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation was chosen. Goad Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.

Several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Jerry Wayne Carver and James Henry Bundren, Jr.

Funeral services for Sammy Carver will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 26, 2009 at the Laura Turner Chapel with burial in Crescent Hill cemetery. Visitation will be after 11:00 a.m. Monday at the Laura Turner Chapel. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Maurice Witt McIntyre will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at Pleasant Home Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Danny Holland and Bro. Terrell Kingrey officiating and burial in Pleasant Home cemetery. Visitation will be 1:00 to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday and 7:00 to 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at Goad Funeral Home. The body will then lie in state at the church after 9:00 a.m. Wednesday until funeral time. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Pleasant Home Missionary Baptist Church or Pleasant Home cemetery.
