Her fiance: Joe Blankenship of Lafayette, TN

She was preceded in death by her father: Edwin Blain McDonald, and a brother Louis Ray McDonald

age 35, of Ft.Run, KY died Tuesday March 15, 2005

in Barren Co., KY
