MARION, Ky. — Gary Wayne Watson, 51, of Tolu, died Saturday, March 18, 2000, of heart failure at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah.
He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Disabled American Veterans and Eagles.
Surviving are a daughter, April S. White of Radcliff; two sons, Michael Wayne Watson of Radcliff and Michael Taylor Watson of Tolu; two sisters, Sandra Holloman of Marion and Janette Cashion of Chicago; three brothers, Harold Glore of Tolu, Ralph Tinsley of Marion and Keith Watson of Greens Ferry, Ark.; and a grandson.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Gilbert Funeral Home, with burial in Whites Chapel cemetery.

Thomas Sherer
MARION, Ky. — Thomas Connard Sherer, 75, of Tolu, died Saturday, March 18, 2000, at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah of heart failure.
Surviving are his wife, Anna; a son, Daryl of Tolu; and five grandchildren, Derek, Brandon, T.J., Barrett and Natosha Sherer.
Services will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday, at Gilbert Funeral Home, with burial in Whites Chapel cemetery.

John Rash
MORTONS GAP, Ky. — John Raymond Rash, 95, died Saturday, March 18, 2000, at Madisonville Regional Medical Center.
He was a coal miner for 50 years, retiring from the Zeigler Coal Co.
Surviving are his wife of 74 years, Fannie Earl (Clark); two daughters, Martha Gamblin of Mortons Gap and Gail Warren of Apex; a son, Willis of Mortons Gap; a sister, Ruth Edna Fox of Mortons Gap; and nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Reid-Walters Funeral Home in Earlington, with burial in Salem cemetery.

Mary Foster
MORTONS GAP, Ky. — Mary Jewell Foster, 79, died Sunday, March, 19, 2000, at the National Healthcare Nursing Home in Madisonville.
She was in retail sales, retiring from Bryant Jewelry Store.
Surviving are three sisters, Joyce Patterson of Columbia, Tenn., Alberta Osborne of London, Ky., and Kay Smith of Hartford; two brothers, Claud Will Foster of Mortons Gap and Charles Foster of Nortonville; and nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Salem Missionary Baptist Church, with burial in Salem cemetery.

Raymond Jackson
HENDER-SON, Ky. — Raymond Jackson, 81, died Saturday, March 18, 2000, at St. Mary’s Healthcare Services/Wel-
born Campus in Evansville.
He was a retired correctional officer and security officer.
He was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church in Madisonville and American Legion Post 200 in Louisville.
He was a World War II Army veteran.
Surviving are his wife, Etta (McElroy); two daughters, Mary Jane Sablon of Lewisville, Texas, and Linda Carol King of Anniston, Ala.; two sons, Roy Michael of Santa Fe, Texas, and Ralph Owen of Waco, Texas; a stepson, Richard Russow of Powderly; two sisters, Odie Smith and Birdie Mae Hamby, both of Princeton; 11 grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Ray Larry, in 1966.
Services will be at noon Tuesday at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church in Henderson, with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

George Wooldridge
HENDERSON, Ky. — George H. Wooldridge, 85, died Friday, March 17, 2000, at Methodist Hospital.
He was a member of Immanuel Baptist Temple and Henderson Elks Lodge 206.
He was a World War II Army Air Forces veteran.
Surviving are his wife, Emily K. (Sohne); a stepdaughter, Nancy Parker of Tacoma, Wash.; a son, James C. of Kissimmee, Fla.; three stepsons, William Sohne of Hooks, Texas, Charles Sohne of Austin, Texas, and Lawrence Sohne of Henderson; three grandchildren; seven step grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two stepgreat-grandchildren; and nieces.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home, with private family burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

Terry Dishman
MORGANFIELD, Ky. — Terry A. Dishman, 78, died Saturday, March 18, 2000, at Methodist Hospital in Union County of Parkinson’s Disease.
He and his wife opened T&G; Construction and Supply Home Center in 1976, A&D; Furniture in 1978 and operated T&G; Manufacturing, Fabrication and Industrial Equipment from 1981 to 1996. He also served three years on the Economic Development Board.
He was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church and served on the St. Ann Parish Hall Building Committee.
He was an Air Force veteran and a member of Griggs-Alvey American Legion Post 48.
Surviving are his wife, Geraldine Carrier (Stevens); a daughter, Ruth Ann Dishman Roberts of Morganfield; a stepdaughter, Teresa Stevens Jones of Marion, Ill.; a son, Robert C. of Evansville; two stepsons, Jerry Stevens of Henderson and Tommy Stevens of Morganfield; three grandchildren; 13 step grandchildren; and four stepgreat-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Ann Catholic Church in Morganfield, with burial in St. Ann cemetery.

Raymond King
DAWSON SPRINGS, Ky. — Raymond Wayne King, 79, died Friday, March 17, 2000, at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville.
He worked for the railroad and at a factory. He was also a coal miner, retiring from Island Creek Coal Co.
He was a member of Baptist Temple and Al E. Orten Masonic Lodge.
He was a World War II Army veteran, serving in the 143rd Infantry, and a life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars 5359.
Surviving are his wife, Esther (Clark); two daughters, Ruby Joanne Lang of Phoenix and Dorthy Edna Kotacki of Chicago; a stepdaughter, Barbara Morgan of Dawson Springs; three sons, Raymond Jr. of Grafton, W.Va., John Allen of Blountville, Tenn., and Paul David of Chicago; three stepsons, Marvin and Carroll Creekmur and John Doroba, all of Dawson Springs; 12 grandchildren; five step grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and four stepgreat-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Beshear Funeral Home, with burial in Rosedale cemetery.

James Floyd
SEBREE, Ky. — James Clarence Floyd, 76, of the Mount Lebanon Community near Sebree, died Saturday, March 18, 2000, at his home.
He retired from Whirlpool Corp. in Evansville and was a farmer.
He was a member of the Mount Lebanon General Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Joyce (Crane); a daughter, Marian Dunn of Owensboro; a son, James David of Sebree; two sisters, Jewell Coleman of Homewood, Ill., and Juanita Kendall of Okeechobee, Fla.; a brother, Maurice N. of Sebree; and three grandchildren.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Mount Lebanon General Baptist Church, with burial in Mount Lebanon Church cemetery.

Annie Nelson
PRINCETON, Ky. — Annie Nelson, 92, formerly of Caldwell County, died Friday, March 17, 2000, at Crittenden County Hospital.
She had worked at the Hosiery Mill.
She was a member of Chapel Hill Baptist Church.
Surviving are a granddaughter, Deborah Lynn (Austin) Wright; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Shellie, and by a daughter, Dorothy June Austin.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Parker Kennedy cemetery in Caldwell County.
