Marilyn Jacob, 57, of Falmouth, died Tuesday at Morgan Nursing Home, Falmouth.

Arrangements are pending at Peoples Funeral Home, Falmouth.

Ruby Jean Jacobs Foerderer Godman King, 86, of Falmouth, died Tuesday at River Valley Nursing Home, Butler. She was a member of Falmouth Baptist Church, where she was a Sunday school teacher and a member of the church choir. She also was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star; founder of Pendleton County Senior Citizens; and winner of the Golden Poet Award. Her husbands, William J. Foerderer, Jim Godman and Bill King, all preceded her in death. Her children, Anna Painter and James W. Foerderer, also preceded her in death.

Survivors include stepdaughters, Brenda Smith of Falmouth and Kathy Breeze of Independence; and seven grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Woodhead Funeral Home, Falmouth. Visitation will begin there at 10 a.m. Saturday. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Falmouth. Memorials are suggested to Falmouth Baptist Church, 403 Maple St., Falmouth, Ky. 41040.

Eleanor Mary Koetting, 91, of Camp Springs, died at 11:45 a.m. Monday at the home of her daughter in Camp Springs. She was a homemaker. Her husband, William Koetting, died in 1980. A daughter, Virginia Koetting, died in 1927.

Survivors include a daughter, Melrose Guthier of Camp Springs; five grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Church, Camp Springs.Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Cold Spring. Memorials are suggested to St. Joseph Church or School, Box 225, Four Mile Pike, Camp Springs, Ky. 41059. Alexandria Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

Donna Jean McGinn, 43, of Cincinnati, died at 10:41 a.m. Tuesday at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati after an extended illness. She was a secretary

Survivors include a sister, Linda Cerello of Jacksonville, Fla.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Erlanger. Stith Funeral Home, Florence, is handling arrangements.

George Miller, 90, of Dayton, died at 3:45 a.m. today at St. Luke Hospital East, Ft. Thomas.

Arrangements are pending at Connley Bros. Funeral Home, Latonia.

Elsie Parsons, 92, of Ft. Wright, died Monday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood. She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, Covington. Her husband, Ernest Parsons, died in 1993.

Survivors include several nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, Ludlow. Visitation will begin there at 9 a.m. Friday. Burial will be in Hebron Lutheran Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the church, 326 Madison Ave., Covington, Ky. 41011.

Hampton Rider, 79, of Glencoe, died Tuesday at Lakeside Place Nursing Home, Highland Heights, after an extended illness. He was a retired custom stonemason and a member of Oakland Baptist Church, Grants Lick, where he was a deacon. He also was an Army veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Edna Lee Rider; a son, Donald Rider of Crittenden; sisters, Nell Wallace of Warsaw and Louise Grant of Independence; a brother, Jack Rider of Erlanger; and three grandchildren.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Carlton-Lowder Funeral Home, Warsaw. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Grants Lick. Memorials are suggested to Oakland Baptist Church, Grants Lick, Ky. 41001.

Burton Robinson, 70, of Foster, died Monday at his home. He was a set-up man with Ilsco, Cincinnati, and an Army veteran of the Korean War.

Survivors include his wife, Georgetta McQueen Robinson; sons, Jimmie Robinson of Norwood, Ohio, and Anthony Robinson of Johnsville; a daughter, Jessica Robinson of Johnsville; a stepson, Steve McQueen of Norwood, Ohio; brothers, Dallas Robinson, Paul Robinson and Berlin Robinson, all of Manchester; sisters, Pauline Doyle of Michigan and Bessie Murray of Jackson County; and eight grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Pleasant Point Baptist Church, Shepherdtown. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Moore and Parker Funeral Home, Brooksville, and after 6 p.m. Saturday at Point Pleasant Baptist Church. Burial will be in Cress Cemetery, Manchester.

Yuelta Fern Smith, 72, of Falmouth, died Monday at St. Joseph Hospital, Lexington. She was a retired seamstress and a former employee of Dr. Scholl's Shoe Co., Falmouth. She was a member of Falmouth United Methodist Church, the United Methodist Women, Falmouth Chapter No. 481 Order of the Eastern Star and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She also was a member of Hardin Browning Post No. 109 American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, and Gideons International Ladies Auxiliary.

Survivors include her husband, Jonathan Smith; daughters, Carol Mains of Falmouth and Glenda Cummins of Crescent Park; sons, Jonathan Smith Jr. of Lexington and James R. Smith of Louisville; sisters, Rainey Smith of Morgan, Jane Ashey of Ashland, Ohio, and Joyce Jones of Falmouth; brothers, Danny R. Flynn of Falmouth and David Flynn of Deltona, Fla.; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Falmouth United Methodist Church. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday at Woodhead Funeral Home, Falmouth, and at noon Saturday at the church. Burial will be in Sunrise Cemetery, Harrison County. Memorials are suggested to Falmouth United Methodist Church, Shelby St., Falmouth, Ky. 41040, or to charity.

Dolores Turner, 64, of Covington, died at 3:15 p.m. Sunday at St. Elizabeth Hospice Unit in Covington. She was a retired nurse with St. Elizabeth Medical Center North, Covington.

Survivors include her husband, Orville Turner; sons, William Barr, Lawrence Barr, Michael Turner, Bruce Turner and Bob Turner, all of Covington; daughters, Joann Minton and Kris Combs, both of Royal Oaks, Mich.; her mother, Maude Frisby of Covington; a brother, Ted Wolf of California; sisters, Doris Prather and Joyce Capel, both of Taylor Mill, and Betty Graziani of Cold Spring; 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Services were this morning at Don Catchen and Son Funeral Home, Covington. Burial will be in Floral Hills Cemetery, Taylor Mill. Memorials are suggested to St. Elizabeth Hospice Unit, 401 E. 20th St., Covington, Ky. 41014.

George Walden, 76, of Southgate, died Tuesday at University Hospital, Cincinnati. He was a retired truck driver with Penn Central Railroad, and a member of First Church of Christ, Burlington. He was a member of Disabled America Veterans, Cold Spring, and Kersten O'Day VFW Post NO. 2899, Dayton.

Survivors include his wife, Florence Broughton Walden; a daughter, Flo Ann Bruns of Ft. Thomas; sisters, Edna Sutton and Flossie Walden, both of Williamsburg, and Cleta Jones of Cincinnati; brothers, Jess Walden of Highland Heights and James Walden of Williamsburg; and two grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, Ft. Thomas. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Southgate. Memorials are suggested to American Heart Association, 1885 Dixie Highway, Suite 250, Ft. Wright, Ky. 41011.

Ronald Weaver, 48, of Ft. Mitchell, died at 5 p.m. Tuesday at his home. Arrangements are pending at the Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, Ludlow.

Arthur Dorman, veteran

Arthur Judson Dorman was a patriotic man who joined the U.S. Navy as a Seabee during World War II, after he was initially denied entrance into the military because of his age.

Mr. Dorman was 31 when he joined the Seabees, the construction battalion of the Navy. A sister, Betty Susan Jones, of Taylor Mill, said joining the Seabees was Mr. Dorman's way of fighting for liberty.

"The highlight of his life was World War II. He helped to build the airstrip that was used in bombing Japan," she said.

Mr. Dorman, 83, of Taylor Mill, died at 5:58 a.m. Wednesday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South in Edgewood.

The retired salesman was a member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church in Taylor Mill, the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society, Taylor Mill Senior Citizens and the Good Faith Masonic Lodge, Erlanger.

His wife, Lila Dorman, died in 1989.

Mr. Dorman was a native of Northern Kentucky who later moved to Florida. He returned to live with his sister after his wife died.

"He was quiet and gentle and kind. He was always willing to help someone and always tried to give to charities," Mrs. Jones said. Mr. Dorman worked until he was about 76.

He also leaves a stepson, Alton Marshall of Orlando, Fla.; sister, Jeanette Hope Jenkins of Latonia; a step-grandchild and a step-great-grandchild.

Services will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, Latonia, with visitation from at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens, Forest City, Fla.

Memorials are suggested to Oak Ridge Baptist Church, 6056 Taylor Mill Road, Taylor Mill, Ky., 41015.

Russell Beagle, 73, of Cordova, died Wednesday at his home after an extended illness. He was a retired farmer and a member of Marcus Crooked Creek Baptist Church, Berry. He was a member of Colonel Clay Lodge No. 159 F&AM, Covington, and a member of Indra Consistory Scottish Rite, Covington.

Survivors include his wife, Peachie Wolf Beagle; a son, Terry Beagle of Berry; and one grandson.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown, with visitation from 11 a.m. Burial will be in Pythian Grove Cemetery, Berry. Memorials are suggested to American Cancer Society, P. O. Box 130, Williamstown, Ky. 41097.

Alta M. Buckley, 79, of Independence, died Tuesday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood. She was a homemaker.

Her husband, Claude Buckley, died in 1992. Survivors include a son, Darrell Buckley of Independence; and sisters, Shirley James of Burlington, Berniece Nunnelley of Covington and Quendolyn Gardt of Florence.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Stith Funeral Home, Florence, with visitation from 10 a.m. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Erlanger.

William Franklin "Wild" Cain, 41, of Ryland Heights, died Tuesday at home. Arrangements are pending at Allison and Rose Funeral Home, Taylor Mill. Donald Greene, 57, of Newport, died Wednesday at Communicare of Clifton Nursing Home, Cincinnati. Arrangements are pending at Jones and Simpson Fu neral Home, Covington. Mildred M. Hale, of Villa Hills, died at 1:10 p.m. Tues day at Madonna Manor nursing home in Villa Hills. Arrangements are pending at Middendorf-Bullock Fu neral Home, Covington. Maude Hughes, 87, of Middletown, Ohio, formerly of Florence, died Tuesday at Garden Manor Nursing Home, Middletown. She was a retired factory worker with Dolly Madison Baking Co. Her husband, Howard Hughes, died in 1992. A son, Charles Hughes, died in 1996. Survivors include a daughter, Patricia Varadi of West Chester, Ohio; a sister, Ora Cowan of Somerset; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Don Catchen and Son Funeral Home, Els mere. Visitation will begin there at noon Friday. Burial will be in Highland Ceme tery, Ft. Mitchell.
