Cynthia Marie Flaig, 38, of Cold Spring, died Sunday at her home. She was an assembly worker with BAWAC Inc., Florence.

Survivors include a sister, Joyce Lotz of Cold Spring; a niece and a nephew.

Mass of Christian burial will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Church, Cold Spring. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, Ft. Thomas, followed by prayers at 1:30. Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery, Ft. Thomas. Memorials are suggested to BAWAC Inc., 7970 Kentucky Drive, Florence, Ky. 41042; or Campbell Lodge Boys Home, 150 Skyline Drive, Cold Spring, Ky. 41076.

Richard H. Greenley, 75, of Berry, died at 4:20 p.m. Sunday at his home. He was a retired job setter with Ford Motor Co., Sterling Heights, Mich., and a member of Williamstown Baptist Church. He was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Betsy Greenley; his stepmother, Helen Greenly of Las Cruces, N.M.; and a sister, Jean Ann Johnson of Albuquerque, N.M.

Services will be at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown. Visitation will begin there at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Williamstown Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Williamstown Baptist Church, 214 N. Main St., Williamstown, Ky. 41097.

Geneva Ellen Ward Hamilton, 45, of Dry Ridge, died Monday at St. Luke Hospital West, Florence. She was an employee of the Kentucky Transportation Department, and a member of Community Pentecostal Church, Independence.

Survivors include a son, Michael Hamilton of Charlotte, N.C.; her mother, Devoda Ward of Dry Ridge; brothers, Donald Ward of Lawrenceburg and Ed Ward of Crittenden; and sisters, Alta Howard of Pinellas Park, Fla., and Rita Hedger of Crittenden.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Eckler-Hudson Funeral Home, Dry Ridge. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Hill Crest Cemetery, Dry Ridge.

Willie Hollon, 91, of Crittenden, died Sunday at Grant Manor Health Care Center, Williamstown. He was a farmer and a caretaker of Lloyd Wildlife Area, Crittenden, and a member of Gardnersville Christian Church. His wife, Rose Hollon, died in 1993.

Survivors include sons, Osa Hollon of Ft. Mitchell, Ottis Hollon of Crittenden, Omer Hollon of Cincinnati and Olaff Hollon of Lakeside Park; a daughter, Allene Jones of Winter Park, Fla.; brothers, Ray Hollon and Leslie Hollon, both of Campton; sisters, Mae Center of Lexington and Elizabeth James of Dry Ridge; 13 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Gardnersville Christian Church. Visitation will begin there at noon Wednesday. Burial will be in Gardnersville Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Hospice of Northern Kentucky, 1403 Alexandria Pike, Ft. Thomas, Ky. 41075. Eckler-Hudson Funeral Home, Dry Ridge, is handling arrangements.

James Hooten, 100, of Covington, died at 3:02 a.m. Sunday Lakeside Place Nursing Home, Highland Heights. His wife, Viola Brown Hooten, died in 1968.

He was a retired construction laborer and a member of the Corinthian Baptist Church, Newport, where he served on the usher board until three years ago.

Survivors include a niece, Etta Miller of Covington.

Services will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Corinthian Baptist Church. Visitation will be there from 6 p.m. until the time of services Wednesday. Burial will be in Linden Grove Cemetery, Covington. Jones & Simpson Funeral Home, Covington, is handling arrangements.

Myrtle Agnes Jaquish, 86, of Cincinnati, formerly of Covington, died Sunday at Gardenview Nursing Home, Cincinnati. She was a homemaker and a member of Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption, Covington.

Survivors include a brother, Franklin Jaquish of Covington.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Highland Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell. Memorials are suggested to the charity of the donor's choice. Linnemann Funeral Home, Erlanger, is handling arrangements.

Vernard Marksberry, 73, of Milford, Ohio, formerly of Owen County, was found dead Sunday in his home. He was a retired employee of the Kroger Co., Cincinnati, and a World War II veteran. His wife, Eunice Mae Wainscott Marksberry, and sons, Eugene Marksberry and Douglas Marksberry, all preceded him in death.

Survivors include sons, David Marksberry and Randall Marksberry, both of Cincinnati; six brothers, two sisters and two grandchildren.

Private services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at McDonald Funeral Home, Main Street, Owenton. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery, Owenton.

Memorials are suggested to St. John Passion Play, 12021 Marwood Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45246-1908.

Gertrude "Jerry" Miller, 81, of Covington, died Sunday at Gallatin County Health Care Center, Warsaw. She was a retired housekeeper and a member of Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption, Covington.

Survivors include a son, William Leonard Weimer of Cincinnati; and two granddaughters.

Graveside services will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Erlanger. Linnemann Funeral Home, Erlanger, is handling arrangements.

Albert Raum, 80, of Covington, died Monday at Carmel Manor Nursing Home, Ft. Thomas. He was a retired shipping and receiving clerk with Newman Brothers, Cincinnati, and a member of the Standard Club, Covington. His wife, Virginia Hub Raum, preceded him in death.

Survivors include daughters, Carol Hall of Covington, Beth Raum of Lakeside Park, June Cahill of Florence and Ginger Gilligan of Hebron; a sister, Ann Gronotte of Lakeside Park; a brother, Charles Raum of Covington; and seven grandchildren.

Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Carmel Manor Chapel, Ft. Thomas. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Covington. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell.

Ruth M. Kohmescher Schaeper, 74, of Covington, died Monday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center North in Covington.

She was a homemaker and a member of St. John Church, Covington.

Survivors include her husband, Jerome Schaeper Sr.; sons, Thomas Schaeper of Ischua, N.Y, Jerome Schaeper Jr. of Covington and Bill Schaeper of Erlanger; daughters, Susan Savage of Cincinnati and Judy Thompson of Covington; a sister, Mary Black of Blanchester, Ohio; a brother, Charles Kohmescher of Rochester, N.Y.; and five grandchildren.

Richard Dale Shinkle, 71, of Williamstown, died Monday at VA Medical Center, Lexington. He was a former cable splicer with AT&T and a former commercial fisherman. He was a member of Mt. Pleasant Church of Christ, Williamstown, and was an Army veteran of World War II.

Survivors include a son, Fred D. Shinkle of Waterbury, Conn.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Williamstown Cemetery.

Roy Smith, 83, of Grants Lick, died Sunday at Deaconess Hospital, Cincinnati. He was a retired chemical operator with Hilton Davis Chemical Co., Cincinnati. A son, Roy Smith Jr., died in 1986.

Survivors include his wife, Nora Smith; sons, Richard Smith of Grants Lick, Jimmy Smith of Covington and Hobert T. Smith of Cold Spring; daughters, Joyce Stull of Kentucky, Cynthia Ward and Kathy McDowell, both of Falmouth, Faye Perkins of California, Ky., Lydia Bolia of Harrison, Ohio; 20 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Peoples Funeral Home, Grants Lick. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Grants Lick. Memorials are suggested to the charity of the donor's choice.
