Estelle McGrath Cetrulo, 97, of Fort Wright, died Friday at St. Charles Care Center in Covington.
She was a homemaker and a member of Fort Wright Leisure Timers, Daughters of Isabella, Highland Circle Homemakers, St. Charles Nursing Home Auxiliary and St. Agnes Church Ladies' Altar Society. She was also formerly active in senior citizens' organizations.
Her husband, Camillo D. "Cet" Cetrulo, died in 1982.
Survivors include a daughter, Joan Cetrulo Andrews of Tampa, Fla.; a son, Robert C. Cetrulo of Covington; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Charles Care Center, Covington. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Tuesday at St. Charles Care Center. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Fort Mitchell.

Rondal T. Lynch, 48, of Florence, died at 8:04 p.m. Thursday at St. Elizabeth North Hospice in Covington.
He was a shipping clerk for Cincinnati Time Recorder and an Army veteran of the Vietname War. He was a member of of International Union of Electrical Workers Local No. 776.
Survivors include his wife, Judy Powell Lynch; daughters, Tina Topicz, Vicki Brown and Natasha Wehrman, all of Florence; sons, Rodney Lynch and Travis Lynch, both of Florence; his mother, Mae Noe of Corbin; sisters, Margie Hall and Smiley Boyd, both of Corbin; a half- brother, John Jones of Cincinnati; and six grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Stith Funeral Home, Florence. Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Alexandria Cemetery.

Mabel Francis Kinman Mason, 86, of Erlanger, died Friday at St. Elizabeth North Hospice in Covington.
She was a retired housekeeper and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church, Covington.
Her husband, Herman Horace Mason, died in 1962. Two sons, James Johnson and Van Darrell Johnson, also preceded her in death.
Survivors include sons, Herman Mason of Orange County, Calif., Paul Mason of Taylor Mill, Charles E. Mason of Harrogate, Tenn., and Martin Van Mason of Bellevue; daughters, Marian Lawson of Burlington, Marilyn Wiedemann of Fairborn, Ohio, and Judy Carty of Erlanger; 29 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Karen Lynn Merrill, 38, of Alexandria, died Thursday at St. Luke Hospital East in Fort Thomas.
She was a child-care provider and owner of Karen for Kids, Alexandria. She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Taylor Mill.
Survivors include her husband, David Merrill; daughters, Rachel Merrill and Tammy Merrill, both of Alexandria, and Melody Sullender of Melbourne, Fla.; a son, Troy Merrill of Covington; her father, Donald Snell of Garrison; her mother, Gloria McDaniel of California; brothers, Gary Snell of Dayton and Donnie Snell of Garrison; sisters, Dea Flinchum and Tammy McDaniel, both of California, and Julie Snell of Garrison; grandparents, Bob and Gloria Nutter of Fort Thomas, and "Grandma" Snell of Dayton; and two grandchildren.

Catherine Marie Brewster Schuerman, 80, of Morning View, died Friday at Rosedale Manor in Latonia.
She was a retired custodian for Kenton County Schools and a member of Berean Baptist Church, Kenton County.
Her first husband, Roscoe Brewster, died in 1972. Her second husband, Charles Schuerman, died in 1994. A son, Harold Paul Brewster, died in 1989. Survivors include sons, Wilford W. Brewster and Roy Brewster, both of Morning View, and Lonnie Brewster of Independence; a brother, Donald Frakes of Florence; 16 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. Visitation will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Independence Cemetery.

Shirley Rose South, 75, of Fort Thomas, died Friday at Carmel Manor Nursing Home in Fort Thomas.
She was a retired nurse for Southern Ohio Registry and a member of Sacred Heart Church, Bellevue, and Bellevue Senior Citizens.
Her husband, Wilbur South, died in 1979.
Survivors include daughters, Barbara Randolf of Cincinnati, Janet Weber of Montgomery, Ohio, and Nancy Wehr of Fort Thomas; a brother, Vernon Messer of Clearwater, Fla.; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Daniel M. Sullivan, 62, of Erlanger, died Friday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South in Edgewood.
He was an accountant for the Cincinnati Zoo and operated his own business, Sullivan Accounting and Tax. He was an Air Force veteran.

Michael Curtis Turner, 38, of Dallas, formerly of Taylor Mill, died Tuesday at Arlington Memorial Hospital, Arlington, Texas .
He was a project manager for Perot Systems, Dallas, and an Air Force veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Emily Legg Turner; his parents, Daniel and Naomi Turner of Taylor Mill; and brothers, Kenneth Turner of Akron, Ohio, and Leslie Turner of Taylor Mill.

Noel G. Walton, veteran Boone surveyor
Noel G. Walton perhaps knew as much about Boone County as anyone, ever. At least when it came to the county's physical makeup.
The county surveyor for 37 years, Mr. Walton, 88, of Burlington, died Saturday at St. Luke Hospital West in Florence.
"He was an institution. We've lost an important historical figure in Boone County," said former Judge-executive Bruce Ferguson.
Ferguson, who sometimes clashed with Mr. Walton on issues regarding the surveyor's office, termed him "an exceptional talent."
Among Mr. Walton's professional accomplishments were developing the plans for the Burlington Fairgrounds Lake, and writing a manual on surveying standards for the American Congress of Surveying and Mapping (ACSM) in the early 1970s.
"He always tried, I think, to improve a lot of the business," said Mr. Walton's son, David G. Walton, of Burlington. "He always felt like if the person was going to hold the office, he should be qualified."
Mr. Walton was the founder of Walton & Walton Engineers. He was a member of Burlington Baptist Church, the Florence Rotary Club and the Northern Kentucky Historical Society. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
A talented musician, Mr. Walton played in the Army band and also helped put himself through college at the University of Pittsburgh by playing the piano during silent movies, his son said.
He also played the trombone.
Mr. Walton's first wife, Gladys M. Walton, died in 1977.
In addition to his son, survivors include his second wife, Mary Frances Walton; a daughter, Judith Ann Belsley of Boston; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be at noon Wednesday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence. Visitation will begin there at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Belleview Cemetery.
