Patricia Lynn Duncan, 45, of Milton, died Wednesday at ExtendaCare, Bedford, after an extended illness. She was a homemaker and a member of Hopewell United Methodist Church.

Survivors include sons, John Duncan of Vevay, Ind., and Todd Duncan of Milton; her mother, Norma Duncan of Milton; a sister, Linda Skirvin of Madison, Ind.; and brother, Lloyd Duncan and Paul Duncan, both of Milton.

Services will be at 1 p.m. today at Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home, Carrollton. Burial will be in Moffett Cemetery, Milton.

Eleanor K. Fowler, 84, of Newport, died Thursday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood.

Marjorie Louise "Boots" Fulmer, 67, of Covington, died Wednesday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood.

Arrangements are pending at Allison and Rose Funeral Home, Taylor Mill.

Norval J. Jones, 69, of Corinth, died Thursday at Grant Manor Nursing Home, Williamstown. He was a retired truck driver with Dance and Consolidated Truck Lines, a member of Teamsters Local No. 651, Lexington, and a deacon with Corinth Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Edna Teegarden Jones; sons, Jim Jones of Dry Ridge and Tom Jones of Nicholasville; brothers, Tobert Jones of Cincinnati, Elmo Jones of Okeechobee, Fla., Jewel Jones of Centerburg, Ohio, and Lawrence Jones of Dry Ridge; and three grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Sat urday at Corinth Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 tonight at Rogers Funeral Home, Corinth. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery, Corinth. Memorials are suggested to Corinth Baptist Church, 235 Church St., Corinth, Ky. 41010.

William G. Luther, 72, of Newport, died at 5:02 p.m. Wednesday at St. Luke Hospital East, Fort Thomas. He was a retired coal miner and carpenter, and a Navy veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Henrietta Luther; sons, John Luther of Waveland, Miss., and Clifford Luther of Newport; daughters, Mona Luther, Carman Luther and Elaine Henry, all of Newport, Glinda Wardia of Covington, Billie Shulman and Lycreica Herthbel, both of Akron, Ohio, Barb Luther of Cincinnati and Judy Liedel of Gulfport, Miss.; a brother, Carl Luther of West Palm Beach, Fla.; sisters, Joann Best and Sally Stone, both of Cincinnati, Cathleen Metzer of California, and Coreen Lipp of South Carolina; 18 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Services will be at the convenience of the family. Mr. Luther donated his body to the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Catchen and Son Funeral Home, Covington, is handling arrangements.

Norbert H. Stroer, 81, of Taylor Mill, died at 4:10 p.m. Wednesday at St. Elizabeth Hospice Unit, Covington. He was a retired printer with Western-Southern Life Insurance Co. He was an Army veteran of World War II. His wife, Mary Lois Ostendorf Stroer, died in 1964.

Survivors include sons, Norbert A. Stroer of Union and Robert T. Stroer of Fort Wright; a daughter, Mary Lois Geiman of Alexandria; a sister, Mildred Warndorf of Newport; and seven grandchildren.

Private services will be Friday at St. Anthony Church, Taylor Mill. Burial will be in Floral Hills Cemetery, Taylor Mill. Memorials are suggested to the charity of the donor's choice. Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Covington, is handling arrangements.

Martha Theissen-Sanford, 78, of Loma Linda, Calif., formerly of Covington, died Nov. 9 in Loma Linda. She was a retail sales manager and buyer for Shillito's department store in Cincinnati, Bullock department store and Robinson's department store, both in Pasadena, Calif., and Woman's World Shops in Arcadia, Calif.

Survivors include sons, John Sanford of Sierra Madre, Calif., Jim Sanford and Joe Sanford, both of Reno, Nev., and Louis Sanford of Riverside, Calif.; brothers, Jim Theissen of Edgewood and Paul Theissen of Fort Wright; sisters, Norma Broering and Eleanor Dietz, both of Fort Wright, and Ruth Rolf of Erlanger; and nine grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary Cemetery Chapel, Fort Mitchell. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery. Linnemann Funeral Home, Erlanger, is handling arrangements.

Celeste Vallandingham, 81, of Burlington, died at 8:33 p.m. Wednesday at St. Elizabeth Hos pice Unit, Covington. She was a retired waitress with Holiday Inn, Fort Mitchell, and a member of St. Henry Church, Elsmere.

Survivors include a daughter, Jody Conley of Burlington; a brother, James VanMeter of Jacksonville, Fla.; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Mass of Christian burial will be at noon Tuesday at St. Henry Church. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at Linnemann Funeral Home, Burlington. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Fort Mitchell.

Ellen L. Weir, 74, of Covington, died at 1 a.m. Wednesday at St. Elizabeth Hospice Unit in Covington. She was a retired private nurse.

Survivors include a son, Daniel L. Brown of Verona; a brother, Bob Schumaker of Newport; a sister, Ruth Beck of Fort Thomas; and two grandchildren.

Services will be at 6 p.m. Saturday at Catchen and Son Funeral Home, Covington. Cremation will be at Hillside Chapel, Cincinnati. Donations can be made to The St. Elizabeth Hospice Unit, Covington, 401 E. 20th St., Covington, 41014.

Flossie Hogle White , 91, of California, died Tuesday at her home. She was a homemaker and a member of Grants Lick Baptist Church. A son, Bud Hafer, died in 1985.

Survivors include her husband, James White ; a son, Julius "Dude" Hogle; daughters, Hazel Estes and Millie Eckert, both of Alexandria, and Shirley Bray and Alice Young, both of California; a stepdaughter, Janice Rielly of Butler; 25 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.

Services were this morning at Grants Lick Baptist Church. Burial will be in Persimmon Grove Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Grants Lick Baptist Church, 175 Clay Ridge Road, Grants Lick, Ky. 41001; or Hospice of Northern Kentucky, 1403 Alexandria Pike, Fort Thomas, Ky. 41075. Mary Ann Schutzman, mother and volunteer

Mary Ann Schutzman was a giving and loving person.

"She could be counted on to really help," said her daughter, Roseanne Schutzman of Phoenix, Ariz. "She was a very loving person."

Mrs. Schutzman, 65, of Fort Thomas, died Wednesday at Highlands of Fort Thomas.

She was a homemaker and a volunteer at Madonna House in Fort Mitchell and the New Hope Family Life Center in Florence.

Mrs. Schutzman was always involved in her community, her daughter said. She enjoyed traveling, playing cards and wallpapering, and she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Other survivors include her husband, Joseph S. Schutzman; sons, Joseph A. Schutzman of Villa Hills and Michael Schutzman of Crestview; a sister, Yonsia Meyers of Fort Thomas and five grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at St. Catherine of Siena Church, Fort Thomas.

A reception will follow in the church undercroft. Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery, Fort Thomas.

Memorials are suggested to Madonna House, 25 Orphanage Road, Fort Mitchell, Ky., 41017, or New Hope Family Life Center, 7620 Dixie Highway, Florence, Ky., 41042.

Ruby P. Baxley, 71, of Bromley, died at 12:01 a.m. Friday at her home. She was owner of the Keyhole Lounge in Bromley.

A son, Elton "Butch" Baxley, died in 1972. Survivors include a son, Michael Baxley of Petersburg; a sister, Mae Shields of Hebron; one granddaughter and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Ludlow. Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Bullittsburg Cemetery, Burlington. Memorials are suggested to the charity of the donor's choice.

Jeanette Mary Collett, 52, of Florence, died Thursday at St. Luke Hospital West in Florence. She was a clerk with Drug Emporium, and a member of St. Paul Church, Florence, where she was a choir member and a lector.

Survivors include brothers, Richard Collett of Budd Lake, N.J., James Collett of Crescent Springs, and Joseph Collett and Robert Collett, both of Florence.

Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Paul Church. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Stith Funeral Home, Florence. Celesta Douglas, 87, of Newport, died Friday at Baptist Convalescent Center in Newport. She was a production technician with Liberty Cherry Co., Latonia.

Survivors include a sister, Sue Ravenscraft of Newport; and nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. Visitation will begin there at 10 a.m. Monday. Burial will be in Independence Cemetery.

Eleanor K. Fowler, 84, of Newport, died at 10:35 a.m. Thursday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood. She was a homemaker.

Her husband, George Fowler, died in 1994. Survivors include daughters, Gayle Voet and Diane Whalen, both of Cincinnati; a son, George Fowler of Newport; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband, Robert J. "Stump" Fulmer; sons, Del Ball and Michael Fulmer, both of Covington, and Robert J. Fulmer Jr. of Independence; daughters, Linda McQueen and Robin Fulmer, both of Covington, Debbie Butler of Edgewood and Allora Ransom of Taylor Mill; brothers, John Brady of Chase, Mich., Hap Brady of Union, Pete Brady of Elsmere and Tom Brady of Latonia; sisters, Doris Jasper of Fort Thomas and Elaine Butler of Taylor Mill; 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Allison and Rose Funeral Home, Taylor Mill, with visitation from 11 a.m. and burial in Floral Hills Cemetery, Taylor Mill. Tonya Lynn Honaker, 31, of Omaha, Neb., formerly of Northern Kentucky, died Wednesday at Clarkson Hospital in Omaha. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Raymond K. Honaker; a son, Daniel Honaker of Omaha; her parents, Edmond and Peggy Davenport of San Antonio; and a brother, Edmond Davenport Jr. of San Antonio.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Dobbling Funeral Home, Bellevue. Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Floral Hills Cemetery, Taylor Mill.

Robert Lee Kennedy, 68, of Latonia, died at 4:30 a.m. Wednesday at his home. He was a retired self-employed drywall hanger and a veteran of the Marine Corps.

Survivors include a son, Robert D. Kennedy of New Hampshire; daughters, Donna Fargo and Anelda Ann Casper, both of Long Beach, Calif.; sisters, Betty Wiley of Latonia and Helen Patton of Erlanger; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Services will be at noon Monday at Allison and Rose Funeral Home, Covington. Visitation will begin there at 10 a.m. Monday. Burial will be in Floral Hills Cemetery, Taylor Mill. Dustin Thomas Moore, the son of Jonathan and Angela Marie Ferrell Moore of Owenton, was stillborn Wednesday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood.

Other survivors include a sister, Ashleigh Breann Moore of Owenton; grandparents, Carol Ferrell of Owenton and Carl and Elizabeth Moore of Owenton; and great-grandparents, Melba Mount of Ohio and Herschel Combs Sr. of Owenton.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. today at Monterey Masonic Cemetery.

McDonald Funeral Home, Owenton, is handling arrangements.

Betty Schlesinger, 85, of Park Hills, died at 6 p.m. Thursday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood.

She was a homemaker and a retired tax examiner with the Internal Revenue Service, Covington. She was a member of St. Agnes Church, Fort Wright, and the church Bereavement Choir.

Her husband, Sylvester T. Schlesinger, died in 1978. Survivors include daughters, Analee Flanagan and Mary K. McMurry, both of Fort Wright, and Christina Schlesinger at home; a brother, Theodore Amshoff Sr. of Louisville; and one grandchild.

Mass of Christian burial will be at 2 p.m. Monday at St. Agnes Church. Visitation will begin there at 1 p.m. Monday. Entombment will be in St. Mary Mausoleum, Fort Mitchell. Memorials are suggested to Welcome House, 205 Pike St., Covington, Ky. 41011. Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Covington, is handling arrangements.
