Helen Jeanette Cruse, 87, of Florence, died Thursday at Florence Park Care Center, Florence. She was a retired secretary.
Survivors include a son, Robert Neal of Villa Hills; a daughter, Shirley Lasley of Clearwater, Fla.; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Cincinnati. Linnemann Funeral Home, Erlanger, is in charge of arrangements.

Teresa Brooks Dalhover, 37, of Union, died Wednesday from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on U.S. 42 in Florence.

Edward J. Dissell, 69, of Florence, died Friday at his residence. He was a retired draftsman for Cincinnati Electronics and a member and deacon at Kento-Boo Baptist Church, Florence. He was also active in the church nursing home visitation program. His wife, Bobbie Dean Dissell, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his daughters, Janie Tillett of California and Sherri Shelton of Florence; a sister, Ann Duco of Duncanville, Ala.; a brother, Jim Dissell of Louisville; and four grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Kento-Boo Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Stith Funeral Home, Florence. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell. Memorials are suggested to Kento-Boo Baptist Church, 634 Kentoboo Ave., Florence 41042.

Helen Lois Fitterer, 69, of Crittenden, died Thursday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center North Hospice, Covington. She was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church in Owen County.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Fitterer; a daughter, Jody Sponcil of Dry Ridge; a son, Darrel Fitterer of Crittenden; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Eckler-Hudson Funeral Home, Dry Ridge. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Hill Crest Cemetery, Dry Ridge.

Viola K. Fowee, 86, of Port Bolivar, Texas , formerly of Covington, died Thursday at Gulf Health Care Nursing Home, Texas City, Texas . She was a homemaker.
Survivors include a daughter, Karen Fowee Carlson of Port Bolivar, Texas ; a sister, Erlene Marshall of Erlanger; and a brother, Maston Ward of Crescent Park.
Services and burial were Friday at Crystal Beach Cemetery, Crystal Beach, Texas . J. Levy and Bro. Funeral Home, Galveston, Texas , was in charge of arrangements.

Jerome J. Goetz, 72, of Villa Hills, died Friday at his residence. He was an employee of the Erlanger-Elsmere Board of Education and was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of St. Joseph Church, Crescent Springs, and VFW Ralph Fulton Post No. 6423, Elsmere.
Survivors include his wife, Wanda G. Meyer Goetz; sons, Richard Goetz of Hobe Sound, Fla., and Steven Goetz of Florence; brothers, Raymond Goetz of Erlanger and Leroy Goetz of Covington; sisters, Loraine Altevers of Covington, Rosemary Scott of Crestview Hills and Ruth Borros of Villa Hills; and four grandchildren.

Earl Howard, 76, of Newport, died Friday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center North, Covington. He was a retired laborer for Olsten Staffing Services, Cincinnati.

William Robert "Billy Bob" McKinley, Sr., 84, of Elsmere, died at 7:55 p.m. Thursday at Baptist Convalescent Center, Newport. He was a retired clerk for REA Express. He was a member of Elsmere Baptist Church, where he was a deacon and a former Sunday school teacher and superintendent. He was also a member of the Brotherhood of Railway Workers Union, a board member of the Northern Kentucky Baptist Camp Association, and a volunteer at the former Booth Hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Daisy McKinley; a daughter, Martha Jane McKinley of Elsmere; sons, William Robert McKinley Jr. of Louisville and Douglas McKinley of Frankfort; a sister, Mary Alice Ott of Florence; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Geneva Smith, 84, of Dry Ridge, died Tuesday at Grant Manor nursing home.
She was a maintenance worker and a member of Cherry Grove Pentecostal Church, Grant County. Her husband, Frank Smith, preceded her in death. A son, Cecil Smith, and a daughter, Marion Frances Smith, also preceded her in death.
Survivors include brothers, Floyd Wainscott of Madison, Ind., and Leslie Wainscott of Frankfort; and sisters, Louedna Hammonds of Georgetown, Della Jackson of Erlanger, Beulah Stivers and Hallie Lawhorn, both of Owen County.

Survivors include his wife, Hazel L. Losey Souder; a son, Robert "Ken" Souder of Taylor Mill; a brother, Clifford Souder of Kingsport, Tenn.; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
