Icie Fry Hardin, 92, of Germantown, died Sunday at Meadowview Regional Medical Center, Maysville. She was a homemaker. Her husband, John W. Hardin, died in 1980. Sons, Elbert Hardin, Jessie Lee Hardin and Delbert Hardin, also preceded her in death.
Survivors include daughters, Eldora Harding of Flemingsburg, Betty Planck and Gladys Hardin, both of Germantown, and Beulah Allen of Maysville; sons, William Hardin, Earl Hardin, Donnie Hardin and Larry Hardin, all of Germantown, and Jimmy Hardin of Hartford City, Ind.; 48 grandchildren, 109 great-grandchildren and 56 great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Palmer Funeral Home, Germantown. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Germantown.

Russell P. Hodge, 59, of Hebron, died at 3:40 p.m. Saturday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood. He was a former security guard with Allied Security, a member of Hebron Baptist Church and an Army veteran.
Survivors include brothers, Larry Daily of Moorefield, W.Va., and Carey E. Dailey of Gladstone, Mo.; and sisters, Rosa F. Whittington of Erlanger, Audrey Church and Norma Cooper, both of Lexington.

Marguerite Ishmael, 84, of Cynthiana, died Monday at Harrison Memorial Hospital in Cynthiana. She was a homemaker and attended the Church of God Mountain Assembly, Harrison County. Her husband, Harry Vinson Ishmael, and a son, Donald Swinford Ishmael, both preceded her in death.
Survivors include sons, Martin Delano Ishmael of New Richmond, Ohio, Thomas Benson Ishmael of Harrison County and Dewey Wayne Ishmael of Scott County; a daughter, Nancy Elizabeth Gaunce of Harrison County; nine grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

Evelyn Jobe, 74, of Latonia, died at 10 p.m. Saturday at Rosedale Manor in Latonia.
She was a homemaker.

Nancy Estella Mills, 74, of Falmouth, died Sunday at St. Luke Hospital East in Fort Thomas. She was a retired assembler for Kenner Toys, Cincinnati.
Survivors include daughters, Sue Ellen Rose of Cincinnati, Donna Petrey and Jonnie Grace Warner, both of Falmouth, and Nancy Reynolds of Demossville; a son, Robert James Mills of Williamstown; 18 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

Lillian Frances Osborn, 96, of Apopka, Fla., formerly of Florence, died Wednesday at Sunbelt Health Care Center in Apopka. She was a seamstress with Plant City, Fla., Dry Cleaners. Her husband, Jefferson Lloyd Osborn, died in 1971.
Survivors include a daughter, JoAnn Durrance of Apopka; and one granddaughter.

Louis B. Prieshoff, 85, of Ludlow, died at 1:30 a.m. Sunday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood. He was a retired credit manager with Cincinnati Produce Co., a member of Sts. Boniface and James Church in Ludlow, and an Army veteran of World War II. His wife, Mary Jo Prieshoff, died in 1979.
Survivors include sons, Thomas B. Prieshoff of Crestview Hills and Timothy Prieshoff of Edgewood; a daughter, Mary Lou Prieshoff of Florence; a sister, Mary E. Millson of Fort Wright; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Carlie Lynn Schulenberg, 24, of Orlando, Fla., formerly of Alexandria, was killed Thursday in her home. She was an acting coach with Lighthouse Productions at MGM Disney Studios in Orlando. She graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 1996 with a Fine Arts degree, and worked in the school athletic department.
Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Connie and Don Ward of Alexandria; her father and stepmother, Bob and Patti Schulenberg of Edgewood; a sister, Kimmie Schulenberg of Edgewood; stepsisters, Jeannie Maher of Erlanger, Danielle Amon and Sierra Lewis, both of Edgewood; stepbrothers, Donald 'Greg' Ward of St. Louis, Tony Ward, Zachary Lewis and Ivan Lewis, all of Edgewood; and her grandmother, Madeline Kuehling of Taylor Mill.

Cecilia Marie Kacur Urbassik, 71, of Cynthiana, died Sunday at her home. She was a homemaker, and a former employee of Ken's New Market, Cleveland Twist Drill and 3M. She was a rosary leader and lector at St. Edward Church in Cynthiana.

Harold K. 'Lum' Workman, 71, of Falmouth, died Sunday at his home. He was a trucker and a factory worker with Vege Manufacturing Co., Falmouth, and a Navy veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Lois Workman; sons, Keith Workman of Flemingsburg, Ricky Workman of Lexington and Bobby Arnold of Falmouth; daughters, Pam Stallings of Walton and Kathy Thompson of Berry; his mother, Virginia Wyatt of Montgomery County, Ky.; sisters, Mildred Hamilton of Brooksville and Doris Magowan of Sebring, Fla.; 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Latonia's Martin Bailey, devoted to family
Martin Bailey Jr. of Latonia was a retired carpenter and veteran with a tremendous love for his country - and his family.
'He was very patriotic and proud of that,' said a daughter, Pam J. Dugan of Taylor Mill.
'He was really close to his family.'
Mr. Bailey died Tuesday morning at Rosedale Manor in Latonia. He was 70.
Mr. Bailey was a native of Covington and a Marine Corps veteran of World War II and the Korean War.
After his military service, Mr. Bailey worked as a carpenter with the Trailmobile Co. in Cincinnati, where he made floors for trailers.
Mr. Bailey served as president of the AFL-CIO union at the company before leaving in 1968. After that, 'He did a lot of maintenance supervision in different buildings and so forth,' Mrs. Dugan said.
In his youth, Mr. Bailey loved to camp. He also liked horses and cowboy movies.
Other survivors include a son, Terry Bailey of Independence; a daughter, Sharon Johnson of Taylor Mill; a sister, Pearl Neff of Covington; and six grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Connley Brothers Funeral Home in Latonia. Visitation will begin there at 9 a.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery
in Fort Mitchell.

Alvatine H. Eblen, 93, of Robards, died at 11:30 p.m. Monday at Methodist Hospital, Henderson. She was a retired school teacher and a member of Robards Methodist Church. She was a Bible school teacher; a member of the Women's Homemakers Club and the Robards PTA; and owner of Eblen Upholstery in Robards. Her husband, S. E. Eblen, died in 1984.
Survivors include daughters, Margaret Moore and Barbara Brown, both of Henderson, and Ida B. Royster of Edgewood; 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and two great-great- grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Robards Methodist Church. Visitation will be from 1 to 9 p.m. today, from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday at Benton-Glunt Funeral Home in Henderson, and from 1 p.m. Thursday until the time of services at the church.
