Patricia Brannon, 58, of Covington, died Friday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center North in Covington. She was retired.

Survivors include cousins, Tim Popp and Joe Popp, both of Helena, Mont.

Mass of Christian burial will be at noon Tuesday at Mother of God Church, Covington. Visitation will be from 10:30 to 11:30 Tuesday at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Covington. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Fort Mitchell.

Ralph G. Brickler, 69, of Bellevue, died Saturday at St. Luke Hospital East, Fort Thomas. He was a supervisor with Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio, a member of the Air Force Reserves and a Navy veteran of the Korean War.

Survivors include his wife, Audrey Brickler; sons, Dell Brickler, John Brickler and Lee Brickler, all of Dayton, Ky.; and three grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Dobbling Funeral Home, Bellevue. Visitation will begin there at noon Wednesday. Burial will be in Floral Hills Cemetery, Taylor Mill. Memorials are suggested to Love and Faith Fellowship, 720 York St., Newport, Ky. 41071.

Helen Mary Budrich, 94, of Covington, died at 7:12 p.m. Friday at St. Luke Hospital West, Florence. She was a member of St. Timothy Church, Union, and a volunteer worker with Woodspoint Nursing Home, Florence. She was also a volunteer with American Red Cross, Goodwill and Catholic charities, and a member of the Sweet Adelines singing group. Her husband, Robert T. Budrich, died in 1995.

Survivors include sons, Dudley J. Budrich of Roswell, Ga., and Robert C. Budrich of Union; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Florence Baptist Church. Memorials are suggested to Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of Greater Cincinnati, 2139 Auburn Ave., Cincinnati, Ohio 45219. Stith Funeral Home, Florence, is handling arrangements.

Ceinwen 'Ci' Carpenter, 79, of Covington, died at 3:35 p.m. Saturday at Baptist Convalescent Center, Newport. She was a retired office worker with Fairdale Warehouse Store, Cincinnati, and a member of First Presbyterian Church of Covington and Ladies Auxiliary of Covington Elks. Her husband, William Carpenter, died April 14.

Survivors include a niece, Teresa McFatridge of Galveston, Ind.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at First Presbyterian Church, Covington. Visitation will begin there at 9 a.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Erlanger. Memorials are suggested to First Presbyterian Church, 1400 Highland Ave., Covington, Ky. 41011; or the charity of the donor's choice.

Charles William Claypole, 76, of Park Hills, died at 7:40 p.m. Saturday at St. Elizabeth Hospice Unit, Covington. He was a retired receiving clerk with Cincinnati Terminal Warehouse, and a member of Latonia Masonic Lodge No. 745 F&AM, the American Legion and First United Methodist Church, Covington. He was an Army veteran of World War II. A daughter, Storm Lee Claypole, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Marjorie Harding Claypole; sons, Richard Claypole of Edgewood and Gregory Claypole of Park Hills; a sister, Ruby Lovell Ocala, Fla.; brothers, Harold Claypole of Fort Mitchell and Clyde Claypole of Cincinnati; and four granddaughters.

Services will be at the convenience of the family. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at Allison and Rose Funeral Home, Covington. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Erlanger. Memorials are suggested to St. Elizabeth Hospice Unit, 401 E. 20th St., Covington, Ky. 41014.

Franklin Willis Coyle, 66, of Marianna, Fla., formerly of Northern Kentucky, died at 3:20 a.m. Saturday at Flowers Memorial Hospital in Dothan, Ala.

Bobby D. Dalton, 38, of Dayton, died Friday at Veterans Administration Hospital, Cincinnati. He was a truck driver with Pharo Trucking Co., Cincinnati, a member of Belmont Social Club and an Army veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Janine Dalton; sons, Dustin Dalton and Joshua Dalton, both of Dayton; a daughter, Tina Day of Bellevue; his father and stepmother, Ted and Judy Dalton of Dayton; his mother and stepfather, Pearl and Gerald Reed of Debord; a brother, Billy Dalton of Cincinnati; sisters, Tina Dalton of Cincinnati, Tammy Fryman and Pammy Yost, both of Dayton; and stepbrothers, Scott Bowen of Cincinnati and Ted Brown Jr. of Bellevue.

William Dalton Jr., 52, of Cincinnati, died at 3:45 p.m. Saturday at Fairfield Mercy Hospital, Cincinnati. He was a car salesman, a former air traffic controller and a Navy veteran.

Survivors include his parents, Helen Marksbury Stephens and William Dalton Sr., both of Cincinnati; a daughter, Melissa Dalton Petrowski of Florence, S.C.; sons, William Shaun Dalton and Travis Lee Dalton, both of Naples, Fla.; and a sister, Ellen Benge of Milford, Ohio.

Andrew 'Jack' Earle, 82, of Lakeside Park, died at 10:45 a.m. Sunday at St. Luke Hospital West, Florence. He was a retired employee of Hudepohl Brewing Co., Cincinnati, and a member of Berry United Methodist Church. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Aleene Perkins Earle; a daughter, J. Gayle Kissinger of Stow, Ohio; a brother, A. B. Earle of Indianapolis; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Woodhead Funeral Home, Berry. Chester O. Fields, 86, of Falmouth, died Saturday at Edgemont Nursing Home, Cynthiana. He was a retired farmer and owned a general store near Neave. He was a member of Blanket Creek Baptist Church, Falmouth.

Survivors include sons, Larry O. Fields, Jerry P. Fields, H. Wayne Fields and Stephen A. Fields, all of Falmouth; a daughter, Brenda F. Brown of Cynthiana; a brother, Paul T. Fields of Louisville; 14 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Peoples Funeral Home, Falmouth. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 tonight at the funeral home. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Falmouth. Donnie Wilson Gulley, 54, of Germantown, died Saturday at his home. He was a farmer.

Survivors include his father, Clayborne Wilson Gulley of Lexington; brothers, Gary Wayne Gulley of Georgia and Larry Gulley of Germantown.

Steven T. Huff, 44, of Independence, died of gunshot wounds at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the LaQuinta Inn hotel in McAllen, Texas . He was a manager with the Toys-R-Us store in Springdale, Ohio, and a former assistant manager with Consolidated Store's Big Lots store in Latonia. He was a member of St. Benedict Church, Covington.

Mr. Huff coached Little League baseball and tee ball with the Bellevue Vets, and coached fifth- and sixth-grade girls basketball teams with Lincoln Elementary School, Dayton. He was an Air Force veteran. A daughter, Brandy L. Huff, died in 1975.

Survivors include his wife, Leslie Jeanette Huff; a son, Brandon L. Huff of Independence; daughters, Stacie J. Huff and Chandra M. Huff, both of Covington, and Michaela M. Huff and Ashlee E. Huff, both of Independence; his mother, Ruth Middendorf Huff of Covington; and sisters, Judy Dornbusch of Taylor Mill and Barbara Clark of Alexandria.

Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Benedict Church, Covington. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Allison and Rose Funeral Home, Taylor Mill. Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery, Fort Thomas.

Shirley Barbian McCarthy, 49, of Florence, died Thursday at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati. She was an operations manager for Procter & Gamble, Cincinnati.

Survivors include her parents, Victory and Edna Barbian of Cold Spring; a brother, Stephen Barbian of Alexandria; a sister, Judy Darnell of Erlanger; and her fiancee, Gary Mitchell of Florence.

Joseph A. Orzali, 72, of Fort Wright, died Saturday at his home. He was a retired salesman with Paramount Liquor and McKessan Import companies, and was a member of St. Agnes Church, Fort Wright. He was a member of the Standard and the Cursillo clubs, and a former member of the U.S. Marine Corps League. He was a Marine Corps veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Schlitt Orzali; daughters, Joy Garrigues of Union and Joan Bovard of Villa Hills; sons, Gary Orzali of Taylor Mill and James Orzali of Cincinnati; eight grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.

Edward E. 'Gene' Palmer, 70, of Morning View, died Friday at his home. He was a self-employed truck driver and a member of Wilmington Baptist Church, Kenton County.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Martin Palmer; sons, Gary E. Palmer of Florence, James L. Palmer, Gerald W. Palmer and Steve L. Palmer, all of Morning View; his mother, Doshia Palmer of Morning View; and eight grandchildren.

William A. Schild, 71, of Lakeside Park, died Saturday at St. Elizabeth Hospice Unit, Covington. He was a retired pharmaceutical salesman with Smith Kline Beecham Co. and a youth basketball coach at Blessed Sacrament School, Fort Mitchell.

Survivors include his wife, Marilyn Linnemann Schild; sons, Bill J. Schild of Ludlow, Jeff Schild of Florence, Dan Schild of Charlotte, N.C., Andy Schild of Erlanger and Steve Schild of Covington; daughters, Lynda Bramlage and Laura Schild, both of Lakeside Park; a brother, Dick Schild of Lake Placid, Fla.; and 17 grandchildren.

Memorial Mass of Christian burial will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Blessed Sacrament Church, Fort Mitchell. Mr. Schild donated his body to the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.
