Funeral services will be held at noon Wednesday, August 1, at the East 80 Holiness Church, with burial following in the East 80 Holiness Cemetery under the direction of the London Funeral Home.

Walter Leroy Baker

Walter Leroy Baker, 71, of Carrollton, Kentucky, died Saturday, July 28, 2001. He was the husband of Dorothy (Schell) Baker of Carrollton.
Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Wednesday, August 1, at the House-Rawlings Funeral Home Chapel, with burial following in the Schell Cemetery. Visitation is from 1 p.m. until the funeral hour Wednesday.

Pearlie Mae Tucker

Pearlie Mae Tucker, 58, of Taylor Subdivision, London, Kentucky, died Sunday, July 29, 2001, at the Baptist Regional Medical Center in Corbin. She was the son of the late Icie Day and Bige Asher.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 31, at the Bowling Funeral Home Chapel, with burial following in the Simpson Cemetery at East Bernstadt.

Adna Lewis Combs

Adna Lewis Combs, 78, of Pawnee Trace, London, Kentucky, died Monday, July 30, 2001, at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Margaret and James Sizemore, and is survived by her husband, Leslie Combs of London, Ky.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 1, at the Bowling Funeral Home Chapel, with burial following in the Manchester Memorial Cemetery at Manchester, Kentucky.

Chris Scott Neeley

Chris “Lil Luke” Scott Neeley, 28, of Curry Road, London, Kentucky, died Wednesday, July 25, 2001, in Perry County, Kentucky, as the result of a truck accident.
Born November 10, 1972, in Laurel County, Kentucky, he was a truck driver for Kyle Blanton Trucking Company and a member of the Freedom United Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his papa, Luther Curry.
Survivors include his parents, Joann (Curry) Neeley of London, Ky., and Bobby Neeley of Lansing, Mich.; his fiancee, Ramana Bowling, and her daughter, “Sissy” Cierra Bowling, both of London, Ky.; a sister, Renee Neeley of London, Ky.; a nephew, Christopher Paul Neeley of London, Ky.; his grandparents, Claudia A. Curry, Mary Edna Scott and James Scott, all of London, Ky.; four uncles, Wayne Curry, Billy Curry, Darrell Curry and Doug Curry, all of London, Ky.; and four aunts, Wilma Gregory, Sue Hayre and Jeannie Curry, all of London, Ky., and Rhonda Allen of Crestwood, Ky.
Funeral services were held Sunday, July 29, at the House-Rawlings Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tim Philpot and the Rev. Ernest Sibert officiating. Burial followed in the Chadwell Cemetery at Manchester, Ky.
Pallbearers were Brian Davidson, Tommy Robinson, David Stewart, Willie Cornelius, Eric Sizemore, Larry Hayre, George Philpot and Brent Curry.

Marvin Morris Baker

Marvin Morris Baker, 79, of Barbourville Road, London, Kentucky, died Saturday, July 28, 2001, at the Laurel Heights Nursing Home.
Born Tuesday, December 6, 1921, in Knox County, Kentucky, he was a farmer, veteran of the U.S. Army serving during World War II in the China-Burma-India Theater where he received four Bronze Stars, and was a member of the Robinson Creek Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Betty (Jones) Baker and Green W. Baker Jr.; and his wife, Thelma (Price) Baker.
Survivors include four sisters, Vada Gibson of Palm Harbor, Fla., Burnetta Bartha of St. Petersburg, Fla., Lesa Buckley of Fairfield, Ohio, and Jennie Asher of Harlan, Ky.; and a brother, Martin Baker of Fairfield, Ohio.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 31, at the Robinson Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Denvis Rush, the Rev. Gerald Wells, and the Rev. John Bartha officiating. Burial followed in the Merrimac Cemetery under the direction of the House-Rawlings Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were Doug Baker, Keith Baker, Jim Carruba, Ken Carruba, Charles Baker, Roy Baker and Claude Baker.

Belo Reynolds Floyd

Belo Reynolds Floyd, 79, of West 6th Street, London, Kentucky, died Thursday, July 26, at the St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky.
Born November 3, 1921, in Laurel County, Kentucky, she was a housewife and member of the White Oak Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charity (Hawk) and Finley Reynolds; and husband, Jarvie Floyd.
Survivors include a daughter, Darlene Maggard of London, Ky.; two sons, Winford Floyd and Lowell Floyd, both of London, Ky.; a brother, Allen Reynolds of London, Ky.; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Sunday, July 29, at the London Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Kenneth Wilhoit and the Rev. Marlow Jones officiating. Burial followed in the Nix Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Raymond Floyd, David Floyd, Scott Floyd, Dustin Floyd, Kenton Reynolds and Paul Floyd.

Lisa Ann Marcum

Lisa Ann Marcum, 35, of Robin Road, Corbin, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, July 28, 2001, at her home.
She was born March 24, 1966, at Fort Knox, Kentucky, the daughter of Phillip and Linda (Wallace) Feltz. Lisa had worked in the nursing profession, and since moving to Corbin, had belonged to First Christian Church.
Survivors include her husband, David Marcum of Corbin, Ky.; three children, Jennifer Marcum, D.J. Marcum Jr., and Timothy E. Marcum, all of Corbin, Ky.; her parents, Phillip and Linda Feltz of Columbus, Ind.; and two brothers, William Feltz and James Feltz, both of Columbus, Ind.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 31, at the First Christian Church in Corbin, with the Rev. Cameron Pennybacker and Father Dominique Duggins officiating. Visitation was held at the O’Neil Funeral Home in Corbin.
Memorial contributions may be given to First Christian Church.

Mary Ann Jones Lee Couch, 24, of Level Green Road, Corbin, Kentucky, died Thursday, July 26, 2001, at Baptist Regional Medical Center in Corbin, Kentucky. She is survived by her parents, Freddie Jones of Corbin, Ky., and Teresa Miracle of Keavy, Ky., and her husband, Terry Couch.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, July 28, at the Locust Grove Christian Church, with burial in the Jones Family Cemetery at Keavy, Kentucky.
