Frank Glaza, 30, of Morning View, died at 12:45 p.m.Saturday at Job Rentals & Sales, Florence, of injuries suffered in an industrial accident.

He was a co-owner of Glaza Construction Co., Morning View.

Survivors include his wife, Carla R. Glaza; a son, Frank David Glaza of Morning View; and his father, Frank Glaza of Morning View.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Allison and Rose Funeral Home, Taylor Mill. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Independence Cemetery.

Arlene Harris, 79, of Hebron, died Saturday at her home. She was a homemaker. Her husband, James B. Harris, died in 1994.

Survivors include a daughter, Anna Paulette Harris of Hebron; sons, Melvin C. Harris of Hebron and Robert Lee Harris of Grahn; brothers, Marvin Dickerson of Dayton, Ohio, Haskell Dickerson of Grahn and Willis E. Dickerson of Xenia, Ohio; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Globe Funeral Home, Olive Hill. Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron, and 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Globe Funeral Home. Burial will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to American Cancer Society, 7730 U.S. 42, Suite C6, Florence 41042.

Harold L. Haubner, 56, of Falmouth, died Friday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood. He was a self-employed small-engine repairman, and a former employee of Griffin Industries, Cold Spring, and Weaver's Feed, Falmouth. He was a member of Mt. Moriah Christian Church, Pendleton County.

Survivors include sons, Roger Haubner and Harold Haubner Jr., both of Falmouth; daughters, Cherie Hampton of Crittenden, Diane Haubner and Melinda Haubner, both of Falmouth; his mother, Alberta Haubner of Falmouth; a sister, Beulah Faye Thornberry of Falmouth; and five grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Peoples Funeral Home, Falmouth. Visitation will be 4 to 8 tonight at the funeral home. Burial will be in Peach Grove Cemetery, Pendleton County.

George E. Haughaboo, 94, of Newport, died Sunday at Baptist Convalescent Center in Newport.

Carl J. Hopper, 72, of Amelia, Ohio, formerly of Glencoe, died at 1:35 a.m. Saturday at his home.

Survivors include daughters, Joyce Boggess of Fayetteville, Ohio, Deborah Hopper of Cincinnati, Pamela Van Hook and Katherine King, both of Amelia, Ohio; sons, J. C. Hopper, Charles Hopper and Richard Hopper, all of Amelia; and a sister, Bertha Fwanigan of Glencoe.

Services will be at noon Tuesday at Carlton-Lowder Funeral Home, Warsaw. Visitation will begin there at 10 a.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Glencoe Cemetery.

Earl Wafford Iles Jr., 72, of Covington, died at 7:10 p.m. Saturday at his son's home in Visalia. He was a self-employed stone mason.

Survivors include his wife, Bessie Margaret Iles of Covington; sons, George Terry Iles, Jack Iles, Richard Iles, David Iles, Tommy Iles and Billy Iles, all of Covington, Kenny Iles of Visalia, Buddy Iles and Mickey Iles, both of Newport, Lee Iles of Independence and Jessie Iles of Ryland Heights; daughters, Shirley Bradford of Independence, Mary Parks and Linda Fields, both of Covington, and Bessie Younger of Boston; sisters, Daisy Rollins of Newport, Jean Tomlin of Covington, Faye Bauer of Lincoln, Neb., and Jenny Bolton of Carrollton; 63 grandchildren, 64 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Allison and Rose Funeral Home, Taylor Mill. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell.

Betty Marksberry, 61, of Covington, died at 12:52 a.m. Sunday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood. She was a homemaker and a former member of Decoursey Baptist Church, Covington. Her husband, Gene Carl Marksberry, died in 1990.

Survivors include brothers, David Bowling of Latonia and Roy Bowling of Crescent Springs; and her fiancee, Kenneth Price of Covington.

Services will be at noon Wednesday at Swindler and Currin Funeral Home, Latonia. Visitation will be 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Richwood Cemetery.

Elsie Inez Redell, 75, of Butler, died Saturday at her home. She was a homemaker and a member of Tabernacle of God, Grants Lick. Her husband, Anton Redell, died in 1989. A son, Darrell Gene Redell, died in 1949.

Joanne Saladin, 65, of Ft. Mitchell, died at 4:15 a.m. Saturday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood. She was a retired administration specialist with Control Data Corp. in Minneapolis, and a member of Blessed Sacrament Church, Ft. Mitchell.

Survivors include sons, Michael Saladin and Stephen Saladin, both of Dayton, Ohio; a daughters, Christine E. O'Brien of Greensboro, N.C.; a sister, Martha Hovekamp of Clearwater, Fla.; and four grandchildren.

Memorial Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Memorials are suggested to charity. Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Covington, is handling arrangements.

Mayme Ann Schwartz, 86, of Taylor Mill, died at 9:15 a.m. Saturday at St. Elizabeth Hospice Unit, Covington. She was a homemaker and a member of Holy Cross Church, Latonia. Her husband, William Francis Schwartz, died in 1956.

Survivors include sons, William F. Schwartz of Taylor Mill and Joseph L. Schwartz of Latonia; sisters, Leona Beck of Southgate and Julia Smalley of Alexandria; and three grandchildren.

Mass of Christian burial will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the church. Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at Connley Bros. Funeral Home, Latonia. Burial will be in St. Patrick Cemetery, Maysville. Memorials are suggested to American Heart Association, 1885 Dixie Highway, Suite 250, Ft. Wright 41011.

Fern G. Whitt Thacker, 59, of Newport, died Thursday at St. Luke Hospital East, Ft. Thomas. She was a housekeeper with St. John Health Care Center, Covington. Her husband, Claude Thacker, died in 1983.

Survivors include daughters, Dorothy Carberry of Newport, Barb Hamlan of Dayton and Rebecca Checkley of Edwardsburg, Mich.; a son, Edward Carberry Jr. of Edwardsburg, Mich.; sisters, Gracie Blackburn of Bellevue, Leona Sanson of Mt. Sterling, Mary Walker of Monroe, Mich., and Donna Farrell of Columbus, Ohio; brothers, Raymond Damron of Foster, Earl Damron of New Stratsville, Ohio, and Robert Damron of Cedar Bluff, Va.; and nine grandchildren.

Services will be at noon Tuesday at Radel Funeral Home, Newport. Visitation will begin there at 10 a.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Southgate.

Survivors include sons, Andrew Wayman and Matthew Wayman, both of Independence; a daughter, Lisa Ann Cain of Independence; brothers, Aaron Wayman and Elbert Wayman, both of Independence; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. Visitation will be 5 to 8 tonight at the funeral home. Burial will be in Independence Cemetery.

Myrtle Wilson, 91, of Cincinnati, formerly of Latonia, died Sunday at Queen City Nursing Home in Cincinnati. She was a former sales clerk with Roman's and Kline's department stores in Cincinnati.

Survivors include a sister, Hazel Burton of Kettering, Ohio; and a brother, Robert Morris of Florence.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Stith Funeral Home, Florence. Visitation will be 5 to 8 tonight at the funeral home. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Erlanger.
