LEONARD WYATT "LYNN" PRITCHETT
BASTROP, LA - Services for Leonard Wyatt "Lynn" Pritchett, age 49, of Bastrop, LA will be 11 AM Saturday, October 28, 2000 at Cherry Ridge Baptist Church with Rev. David Martin and Rev. Tracey Ferris officiating. Burial will be in Christ Church cemetery under the direction of Goldens Funeral Home of Bastrop.
Mr. Pritchett died Thursday, October 26, 2000 at Morehouse General Hospital.
He was an employee of the International Paper Co. and was preceded in death by his wife: Josephine Pritchett.
Survivors include his parents: Cecil and Bessie Pritchett of Bastrop; two sons: Daniel Pritchett of Bastrop and Jeff Pritchett and wife Allyson of Jacksonville, NC; sister: Beverly Sistrunk and husband David of Oak Grove; brother: Michael Pritchett and wife Vicky of Bastrop; two step children: Dennis Slade of Goosecreek, SC and Pam Jurrus of West Monroe; and several step grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Lynn Eppinette, Jeff Withers, Ricky Halterman, Billy Deville, Larry Wilson and Orville Noble.
Honorary pallbearer will be David Hale.
Visitation will be Friday at Goldens Funeral Home from 9 AM until 9 PM.

MISS LULA MAE HACKWORTH
Services for Miss Lula Mae Hackworth, age 88, of Monroe will be 2 PM Friday, October 27, 2000 at Mulhearn Funeral Home Chapel, West Monroe with Rev. Lonnie Swann officiating. Burial will follow in Mulhearn Memorial Park cemetery.
Miss Hackworth died October 25, 2000 at St. Francis Medical Center.
A native of Eros she was a member of the Welcome Home Church of God.
Survivors include her four sisters: Eunice Maddux, Evelyn Orihvela, Ollie Cagle, Ruby Gallagher and several nieces and nephews.

MR. J. D. "BOOTS" BRASHER SR.
Services for Mr. J. D. "Boots" Brasher Sr., 88, of Monroe, LA will be at 1 PM, Friday, October 27, 2000 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel, Lamy Lane, Monroe with Rev. Greg Clark officiating. Interment will be in Monroe Memorial Park cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, Lamy Lane, Monroe, LA.
Mr. Brasher was born on December 4, 1911 in Union Parish, LA and died Wednesday, October 25, 2000 at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe.
Mr. Brasher retired from Louisiana Machinery in 1976 and was affiliated with the Baptist faith.
Survivors are his wife: Edna Brasher of Monroe; two sons: Jim Brasher and wife, Jerryce of West Monroe; Ronnie Brasher and wife, Madeline of Amite, LA; two sisters: Opal Silmon of Farmerville, LA; Mildred Hale of Sterlington, LA; six grandchildren; Chris, Dusty, Kevin, Bill, Epney and Ginny Brasher; four great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Chris Brasher, Dusty Brasher, Kevin Brasher, Bill Brasher, Carey Winters and Kent Brown.
Visitation will be 9 AM until service time Friday at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, Lamy Lane, Monroe.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.

TOMMIE RUTH MARRS
A Memorial Service for Tommie Ruth Marrs, 57, will be held at the Quinton T. Hardtner chapel at 11:00 a.m., Sunday, October 29, 2000 at the American Rose Center, 8877 Jefferson Paige Road, Shreveport, LA, Exit 5 at 1-20. Mrs Marrs died unexpectedly Tuesday, October 24, 2000, in Arlington, Texas.
Survivors include her husband Samuel E. Marrs of Bonita Springs, Florida, her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. And Mrs. Warren LaFrance of Baton Rouge, her daughter, Mrs. Cynthie LaFrance Graham, her grandson, Alec Edward Graham and her granddaughter, Aubrie Anna Graham, of Arlington, TX; her father, Jesse Edward Fleming of Shreveport, her sister, Linda Woods of Shreveport, her brothers and sisters-in-law Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Woods of Baton Rouge, Mr. and Mrs. John C. Woods of Shreveport, her aunt and uncle, Wilma and Jake Taylor of Elizabethtown, Tennessee. Her uncle Joe Boyd of Fort Smith, Arkansas. Several niece and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Boyd Fleming, her daughter, Dana Delyn LaFrance, and her brother, George Thomas Woods, Jr.
Tommie Ruth will be remembered as one who loved her family, friends, flowers and her art.
The family requests that memorials be made to the donor's favorite charity.

DOLLIE A. JOHNSON
START, LA-Services for Dollie A. Johnson, age 91, of Start, LA will be 10 AM Friday, April 6, 2001 at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel - Ravyille, LA with Rev. Jack Johnson and Rev. Wayne Parker officiating. Burial will be in Start cemetery under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home.
Mrs. Johnson died Wednesday, April 4, 2001. She was a member of Start Baptist Church.
Survivors include her six daughters: Addie Brown, Dollie Hestand, both of Rayville, LA, Mary McCulley of Crystal, FL, Rosie Del Rio, Sybil Miles, both of Start, LA, Velma McFarland of Marshall, TX; three sons: Jessie Johnson, Jr. of Rutledge, TN, James Robert Johnson of Start, LA and Jack Johnson of Haughton, LA; thirty-one grandchildren; forty-three great grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Keith Carter, Dale Carter, Albert Russell, Cecil Russell, Paul Pickens and Mike Barham.
Visitation will be from 10 AM until 9 PM Thursday at the funeral home.

EVA DAVIS ANDERSON
Graveside services for Eva Davis Anderson, age 89, of West Monroe will be 1 PM Thursday, April 5, 2001 in Oak Grove cemetery, south of Simsboro with Rev. Herb Simms officiating under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
Mrs. Anderson died April 3, 2001 in the West Monroe Guest House. She was preceded in death by her children, Mary Ann, Jimmy and Roy Dennis.
Survivors include her daughter: Doris Doolittle of West Monroe; five generations of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 9 AM until 11:30 AM Thursday at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.

GLYN FELIX JONES SSG.
KILLEEN, TX - Graveside services for Glyn Felix Jones SSG, age 62, of Killeen, TX were held at 2 PM Tuesday, April 3, 2001, at Killeen Memorial Park with full military honors. Officiating was U. S. Army Chaplain CPT. Frazier Coleman.
Mr. Jones was born August 17, 1938 in Dubach, LA and died March 31, 2001 in Killeen, TX.
Mr. Jones was employed with Civil Service at West Fort Hood at the time of his death.
He retired from the U. S. Army with 21 years service. He retired in 1978.
He received a Good Conduct Medal 1st and 2nd Award, National Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal 3rd Award, Vietnam Service Medal w/1 Silver Star and 1 Bronze Star, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Good Conduct Medal w/Clasp; Marksman (Rifle), Expert Badge (Rifle) M-14, Expert Badge (Rifle) Carbine.
He married Elisabeth "Lis" Flores on December 11, 1975.
Mr. Jones was a lifetime member of VFW Post 9192 in Killeen, a lifetime member of the Military Order of the Cooties Pup Tent 13 in Cooperas Cove, lifetime member of the Horny Toads, an affiliate of the Cooties that performs volunteer work at the Veteran's Hospitals, and a member of American Legion Post 573 in Harker Heights, TX. Mr. Jones was a member of Hico Baptist Church in Hico, LA.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Lewis Jones.
Survivors are his spouse: Elisabeth Jones of Killeen, TX; daughters: Pamela Rudecker of Livingston, LA; Sherry Patterson of Little Rock, AR; Kimberly Meade of Fairbanks, Alaska, Hannelore Owens of Killeen, TX; and Tiffany Kimball of Metairie, LA; mother: Bonnie Young Jones of Bernice, LA; brothers: Fred Jones of Farmerville, LA; Odis Jones of Chittenango, NY; Billy Jones of Haughton, LA; and Milton Jones of Bernice, LA; sisters: Kathryn Martin of Homer, LA; and Linda Sue Brown of Bernice, LA; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

HANNAH ELISE HARRIS
Services for Hannah Elise Harris, 6 weeks, of West Monroe, will be at 10 AM Friday, April 6, 2001 at Cedar Crest Baptist Church, West Monroe with Rev. Greg Clark officiating. Burial will be in Hasley cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
Hannah died April 3, 2001 at Children's Hospital, New Orleans, LA.
God sent one of his angels to be with us six precious weeks to show us his perfect love.
Survivors are parents: Jeff and Susan Harris; sister: Michaela Harris; grandparents: Charles and Monty Harris; and Mary Ann Parker; great grandmother; Ruby Chamberlain; numerous aunts and uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be from 5 PM until 8 PM Thursday at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
Memorials may be made to the March of Dimes or the American Heart Association.

MRS. OMEGA "MICKEY" SUTTON
Services for Mrs. Omega "Mickey" Sutton, 78, of Monroe, LA will be held at 2 PM Thursday at Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel, Lamy Lane, Monroe with Pastor Mike McLaurin officiating. Interment will be in Monroe Memorial Park cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, Lamy Lane, Monroe, LA.
Mrs. Sutton was born September 2, 1922 in Springhill, LA and passed away Tuesday April 3, 2001 at North Monroe Hospital, Monroe, LA.
Mrs. Sutton was a graduate of Northwestern State University at Natchitoches, LA. She taught elementary school for several years before marrying Ted Sutton and moving to Monroe. She became a salesperson for the next 40 years in Monroe before retiring in 1995. Mickey was a devoted Christian woman with deep religious ties to Highland Park Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Ted Sutton.
Survivors are her son: Teddy Joe Sutton and wife Debbie of Monroe, LA; stepson: Howard Sutton and wife Ruth of Portersville, CA; two stepdaughters: Geraldine Hill and husband Henry; and Faylain Deloach and husband James all of Calhoun, LA; six grandchildren: Carter J. Sutton, Austin, TX; Cheryl Ann Hill Ostteen, Calhoun, LA, Clay Hill, Calhoun, LA, Amie Smith, Monroe, LA, Sarah Goubert, Monroe, LA, and Barbara Woodside, Portersville, CA; three great grandchildren: Casey Hodge, Calhoun, LA, Mark Ostteen, Calhoun, LA, and Randy Woodside, Portersville, CA.
Pallbearers are deacons of Highland Park Baptist Church, 2507 Oliver Road, Monroe, LA.
Memorials may be made to the Highland Park Baptist Church, Monroe, LA.
Visitation will be from 9 AM until service time.
