AMITE -- Diane Elizabeth Rainey, 45, a housewife, died Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2004, at Lallie Kemp Hospital, Independence.
A Tangipahoa Parish native, she is survived by her husband, William Dallas Rainey of Amite; one daughter, Rosemary Rainey of Amite; and one sister, Patricia Darlene Hayden of Roseland.
Visitation will be today at Angelic Funeral Home, Roseland, until 9 p.m., and Friday from 10 a.m. until the funeral at 2 p.m. The Rev. Theodore LaBorde will officiate.
Burial will be at Natalbany Cemetery.

AMITE -- David W. Cox Sr., 45, a native of Kentwood, died Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2004, in Kentwood.
Survivors include his wife, Karen Cox of Amite; two sons, Dustin Joseph Cox and David Wilton Cox Jr., both of Amite; one grandchild; his mother, Jean R. Cox of Amite; two brothers, Jerry Lynn and George Anthony Cox, both of Baptist; and his grandparents, Willie Morgan Jr. and Theresa Morgan, both of Independence.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wilton Joseph Cox Sr.; and a brother, Steve Joseph Cox.

ROSE LEE DAVIS
Visitation will be tonight at Richardson Funeral Home, Hammond, from 6 to 9 for Independence native and food service worker Rose Lee Davis, 53, who died Monday, Sept. 13, 2004.
Survivors include one son, Eugene Davis of Hammond; five sisters, Mary Gray of Ponchatoula, Bernice Martin, Betty Lou Parker, Joyce Marie Davis and Laura Ann Jackson , all of Hammond; and one brother, Edward Davis Jr. of Hammond.
Her parents preceded her in death.
The Rev. Leon Maryland will conduct the funeral Saturday at Lincoln Park Baptist Church, Hammond, at 1 p.m., and burial will be at Holly Gardens Cemetery, Hammond.
BETTY LOUISE FLETCHER JONES GEOGHEGAN
SPRINGFIELD -- Betty Louise Fletcher Jones Geoghegan, 63, died Sept. 15, 2004, at Baton Rouge General Hospital.
She is survived by her husband, Earl Geoghegan Jr. of Springfield; three daughters, Betty Covington and Nancy Anderson, both of Springfield, and Karen Schexnayder of Brusly; two sons, Lee Jones of Holden and Michael Jones of Springfield; two stepsons, Earl III and Eric Geoghegan, both of Baton Rouge; 10 grandchildren; three brothers, Jimmy Fletcher of Springfield, Billy Fletcher of Ponchatoula and Richard Fletcher of Natalbany; and four sisters, Pat Fletcher of Springfield, Sharon Perrin of Saluda, N.C., Kathleen Vittorio of Independence and Mary Adams of Denham Springs.
Her mother, Earle Rose Vicknair Fletcher; her father, A.H. Fletcher; and one brother, Frederick Fletcher, preceded her in death.
Visitation will be Saturday at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Ponchatoula, from 6 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. until the funeral at 1:30 p.m.
Burial will be at Killian First Baptist Church, Cemetery.
WILLIE HUFF
Willie Huff, 51, died Monday, Sept. 13, at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital, Baton Rouge.
A medical laboratory assistant, he was a member of Redemption Christian Center.
He is survived by his wife, Jaqueline Huff; two daughters, Lisa Willis and Tami Willis; one son, Be Jay Chambers; three sisters, Lucy Russell, Rita Glasper and Lois Warren; two brothers, Alja Lane and Michael Cheeks; 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
His parents, Edward Huff and Mary Ann Warren; and one sister, preceded him in death.
Visitation will be today at Redemption Christian Center, Hammond, from 3 to 9 p.m. The Rev. Curtis Bellazar will conduct the funeral Saturday at 11 a.m.
Another service will be at Bible Enrichment Fellowship in Inglewood, Calif., and burial will be Inglewood Park Cemetery, Inglewood, Calif.

WARREN CULLIE JORDAN
KENTWOOD -- The Rev. Don Tate conducted a memorial service Tuesday at Bible Baptist Church, Hammond, for Warren Cullie "Tommy" Jordan, 52, who died Saturday, Sept. 11, 2004, at his home.
A native of Washington Parish, he is survived by his wife, Sonya Phillips Jordan of Kentwood; one daughter, Jenna Jordan of Bogalusa; two stepdaughters, Brittany and Jena Miller, both of Kentwood; his father and stepmother, Cullie and Maxine Jordan of Bogalusa; and one sister, Pam Jordan of Florida.
His mother, Marie Stafford Jordan, preceded him in death.

AGNES GUILLORY MILLET
Port Barre native Agnes Guillory Millet, 95, died Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2004, at her home.
She is survived by six daughters, Beverly Stiglets of Robert, Winnie Bonvillain of Gretna, Jean Plamann of Pumpkin Center, Jessie Mills of Mahned, Miss., Faye Kendrick of Poplarville, Miss., and Sue Roby of Hammond; 22 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Guillory and Marie LeBlanc Guillory; her husband, Leo Millet; two sons, Buddy Benoit and Frankie Misenhelter; one sister, Anna Clift; and three brothers, Paul, Morris and Allen Guillory.
Visitation will be Saturday at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, from 9 a.m. until the funeral at noon.
Burial will be at Rose Memorial Cemetery.
KENNETH W. MORRIS JR.
AMITE -- Kenneth W. Morris Jr., 31, died Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2004, near Amite.
He was a native of Hammond, a pipefitter and a member of Kedron Baptist church.
Survivors include four children, Austin Morris of Denham Springs and Kenneth Wayne Morris III, Kaitlin Morris and Nicole Morris, all of Sulphur; his parents, Wayne and Cora Morris of Amite; three sisters, Debra Piazza of Hammond, Donna "Darbie" Morris of Gonzales and Kim Sims of Jackson , Miss.; and his grandmother, Mary Strahan of Lumberton, Miss.
His grandparents, Alma Lee and Alton Morris, and his grandfather, Marvin Strahan, preceded him in death.
Visitation will be tonight at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, from 6 to 9 and Saturday at Kedron Baptist Church from 8 a.m. until the Rev. Steve Whatley and the Rev. Joe Baugh conduct the funeral at 11.
Burial will be in Kedron Cemetery, Amite.
LESTER LEE SKAGGS
Lester Lee Skaggs, a 87, died Thursday, Sept. 16, 2004, at North Oaks Medical Center, Hammond.
He was a native of Mt. Carmel, Ill.
Survivors include one son, Norman W. Skaggs of Matoon, Ill.; two daughters, Patricia S. Stricklin and Terry S. Deokaran, both of Hammond; four grandchildren and and two great-grandchildren.
His wife, Virginia Lemke Skaggs; and his parents, Amos and Nora Seaton Skaggs, preceded her in death.
Visitation will be Sunday at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, from 11 a.m. until the Rev. Robert Mader conducts the funeral at 2. Visitation will also be Sept. 25 at Short Cunningham Funeral Home, Mt. Carmel, Ill., from 9 a.m. until the funeral at 11.
Burial will be at Highland Memorial, Mt. Carmel, Ill.

Arrangements are incomplete for Louise Valenti, 81, who died Thursday, Sept. 16, 2004, at Landmark Nursing Home, Hammond.

MARY SMITH MCAFEE
NEW ORLEANS -- Mary Smith McAfee, 80, a native of Atlanta, Ga., died Saturday, Nov. 6, 2004.
She was ruling elder at Woodland Presbyterian Church, a member of New Orleans Track Club, a longtime member of the American Medical Record Association, former assistant chief, medical administration services at the Veterans Administration Medical Center, alumnus of Wesleyan College, charger member of Greater New Orleans Medical Record Association and a charter member of Louisiana Medical Record Association.
She is survived by her children, Cary H. McAfee of Monterey, Tenn., Dr. Robert T. McAfee of Hammond and Bonnie J. McAfee of Metairie; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard C. McAfee; and parents, the Rev. Harold C. Smith and Kathryn J. Smith.
Visitation will be Wednesday at Woodland Presbyterian Church, Algiers, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. with religious services to follow.
Burial will be at Westlawn Memorial Park.
Donations in her memory may be made to First Presbyterian Church, Ponchatoula, or the Richard Murphy Hospice Foundation, Hammond.
