NORCO - Arless Lee "Junior" Webb, 30, a native of New Orleans and resident of LaPlace, died Jan. 22, 2003. He was the son of Phyllis Stanley, stepson of David Stanley and brother of William Webb, Sean Stanley and Timothy Stinson Sr.

He was the companion of Nicole Goodwin.

Services were Jan. 27 at Alexander Funeral Home, Norco, with interment at St. Joseph Cemetery.

ZIMMERMAN
METAIRIE - Inez Brady Zimmerman, 81, a native of Hahnville and resident of New Orleans, died Jan. 25, 2003. She was the wife of the late Auguste Zimmerman Sr. and mother of Alyson DeFisher, A.B. Jr. and Dean Zimmerman Sr.

She was the daughter of the late Ernest Sr. and Irene Baudouin Brady and sister of Fredonia Cless, Annabelle Knoblauch, Mary Zeller, Zola Duff and Albert, Urban, Henry and the late Warren and Ernest Brady Jr.

She is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Services were Jan. 28 in the chapel of Lamana-Panno-Fallo Funeral Home, Metairie, with interment at Restlawn Cemetery, Avondale.

BOURGEOIS
NORCO - Percy Joseph Bourgeois Sr., 91, a native of Lutcher and resident of Norco, died May 18, 2002. He was the husband of the late Inez Haydel Bourgeois and father of Patricia Poche and Percy Jr. and Guy Bourgeois.

He was the son of the late Anicet and Yolande Tyler Bourgeois and brother of Marian Landry, Roy Bourgeois Jr. and the late Arthemise and Ruth Bleakly, Elaine Foret and Harold Bourgeois.

He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Services were May 21 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Norco, with interment at St. Joseph Cemetery, Paulina.

BRAUD
NEW ORLEANS - Etta Braud, 85, a native of Convent and resident of New Orleans for 75 years, died May 19, 2002. She was the sister of Hilda Pedesclaux.

She was employed at Corpus Christi and St. Peter Claver schools as a teacher's aide and was formerly employed by Bunk's Clothing Factory and Xavier University's campus post office.

Services are today at noon at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, New Orleans, with interment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation starts at 11 a.m.

BRAUD
LAPLACE - Paul "Junior" Braud, 75, a native of Gonzales, former resident of LaPlace and resident of Franklinton, died May 17, 2002. He was the son of the late Sidney and Eline Braud and brother of Julia Rezach, Doris Becnel, Ruth Braud and James and the late Kermit Breaux.

Services were May 18 in the chapel of Millet-Guidry Funeral Home, LaPlace, with interment at St. John Memorial Gardens, LaPlace.

NEVERS
LAPLACE - Ricky Nevers Sr., 37, a native of Garyville and resident of LaPlace, died May 15, 2002. He was the husband of Belinda Borne Nevers, father of Kristy, Ricky Jr. and Rickitta Nevers and guardian of Edwin Jr. and Emohni Florent.

He was the son of Robert and Janice Nevers Eubanks and brother of Shawanda Bryant and Robb and Teta Nevers.

Services were May 20 at Milesville Memorial Church of God in Christ, LaPlace, with interment at Zion Travelers Cemetery, Lions.

WELLS
WESTWEGO - Retha Jacobs Wells, 87, a native of Vacherie and resident of Marrero, died May 16, 2002. She was the wife of the late Edmond Wells Sr. and mother of Ernest and Edmond Wells Jr.

She was the sister of Guscille Weber and the late Augustine Ellis, Alberta Meredith and Johnny Jacobs.

She is also survived by one grandchild.

Services were May 21 at True Vine Baptist Church, Westwego, with interment at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Cemetery, Westwego.

COLEMAN
RESERVE - Dorothy Coleman, 58, a native and resident of Lions, died Sept. 16, 2002. She was the mother of Tammy Washington .

She was the daughter of Willie Coleman and the late Beatrice Coleman and sister of Beatrice Brackens, Ella Mae Jones and Gussie, Debra, Linda, Mary, Martha, Michael and James Coleman.

She is also survived by three grandchildren.

Services were Sept. 20 at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church, Reserve, with interment at the church cemetery.

GRAY
KENNER - Lugine Gray Sr., 66, a native of Convent and resident of Metairie, died Sept. 17, 2002. He was the husband of Dorothy Shelvin Gray and father of Cheryl LeSene, Gwendolyn Carey and Stassa, Kevin, Lugine, Jonathan and Mary Gray.

He was the son of the late Robert and Odeal Gray and brother of Mary Thomas, Odeal Patterson and Joe and Lee Royal Gray.

He is also survived by 23 grandchildren.

Services are today at 10 a.m. at Sweet Home Christian Center, Metairie, with interment at St. Michael Cemetery, Convent. Visitation starts at 8 a.m.

ISOM
GARYVILLE - Ethel Carter Isom, 86, a native of Vacherie and resident of Garyville, died Sept. 17, 2002. She was the wife of the late Murphy Isom Sr. and mother of Lillie Hollins, Theresa Devare, Irma Melanion, Ethel Mae Champagne, Juanita Lee, Elaine Sterling, Mary, Eva, Murphy Jr., Harold, Herman, Wallace and Alex Isom and the late Vernita Anderson and Edison and Willie Isom.

She was the daughter of the late Willie and Lillie Carter.

She is also survived by 49 grandchildren, 78 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two great-grandchildren.

Services are today at 11 a.m. at St. Hubert Catholic Church, Garyville, with interment at Our Lady of Peace Cemetry, South Vacherie. Visitation starts at 8:30 a.m.

JOHNSON
PAULINA - Kathleen Williams Johnson , 53, a native of Gramercy and resident of Lutcher, died Sept. 13, 2002. She was the wife of Edward Johnson and mother of DeAnn and Edward Johnson .

She was the daughter of the late Abraham Sr. and Vivian Jackson Williams and sister of Carolyn Gaines, Linda Bailey and Percy, Clarence and the late Abram and Abraham Williams Jr.

Services are today at noon at First Community Antioch Baptist Church, Lutcher, with interment at St. Joseph Cemetery, Paulina. Visitation starts at 9 a.m.

KIRKLIN
PAULINA - Mildred Albert Kirklin, 76, a native and resident of Paulina, died Sept. 15, 2002. She was the wife of the late Joseph Kirklin and mother of Nelson Kirklin and the late Leroy and Philip Kirklin.

She was the daughter of the late Eugene and Victoria Russell Albert; stepdaughter of Mary Albert; and sister of Roosevelt Albert and the late James and George Kirklin.

She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

Services are today at 11 a.m. at Evergreen Baptist Church, Paulina, with interment at Antioch Cemetery, Paulina. Visitation starts at 8 a.m.
