Gary Belsome. interment in St. Elizabeth Cemetery. Survived by a daughter, Georgiana Boudreaux Musso, New Iberia; a brother, Edwin Guillot, San Juan, Puerto Rico; two granddaughters, Anne Melancon, New Iberia, and Susan Viator, New Orleans; three grandsons, John and Stephen Musso, both of New Iberia, and Thomas Musso, Lafayette; a son-in-law, Dr. Joseph Musso, New Iberia; seven great-grandchildren; and three stepgreat-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Henry Newchurch; parents, Jean and Georgiana LeBrun Guillot; and a sister, Thelma Thibodeaux. Pallbearers will be Keith Melancon, John, Stephen and Thomas Musso, Malcolm Thibodeaux and Stafford Viator. She was an avid card player and sports fan and greatly enjoyed reading. She was a native of New Orleans and a resident of Baton Rouge. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government St., from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday. Visiting at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, 2250 Main St., from 11:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, celebrated by the Rev. Kenneth A. Smith Jr. Burial in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. She is survived by her husband, Albert Frederick Peterson Jr., Baton Rouge; three daughters, Karen Irene "Kip" Peterson and her husband, Bobby Jorgensen, Memphis, Tenn., KerryAnn Bleikamp and her husband, Kurt Bleikamp, Evergreen, Colo., and Kelleen Marie "Kelli" Seitz and her husband, Dr. Paul Seitz Jr., Houston; two sons, Albert Frederick Peterson III and his wife, Jane Dreher Peterson, and Donnelly Frederick Peterson, all of Baton Rouge; two sisters, Lorraine August, Alexandria, Va., and Ann Claire Mart, Metairie; a brother, James Francis Donnelly, New Orleans; and six grandchildren, Michael, Jonathan, Stephen and Sarah Peterson and Katie and Kyle Bleikamp. She was preceded in death by her parents, James William and Vertillian Marie Falkenstein Donnelly; and a sister, Vertillian Salgado. She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church and Catholic Daughters of the Americas and was a life member of Our Lady of the Lake Auxiliary. PRICE, CLAUDIUS L. "PETE"
A resident of Baton Rouge, he died Saturday, Nov. 25, 2000, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. He was 81 and a native of Woodville, Miss. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. Visiting at Shiloh Baptist Church, 185 Eddie Robinson Sr. Drive, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Friday. Religious services at the church at 11 a.m. Friday, conducted by the Rev. Charles T. Smith. interment in Port Hudson National Cemetery. Survived by his wife, Alta Mae H. Price; his children and their spouses, Enola and Watson Williams, Richmond and Willie Mae Price, Melvin and Rose Price, Alton and Fannie Mae Price, Joseph Price, Atlanta, Annie and Jerry Shelby, Huntsville, Ala., Claudius Jr. and Mary Price, Jennie and Bennie Perry, Harry and Linda Price, Nadine Towns, Claudia M. Sterling and Alice R. Williams; and a brother, Victor Price Sr. Preceded in death by a son, Carver A. Price; mother and father, Lauria and Joseph St. Claire Price; and two sisters, Nadine Richardson and Velma P. Coleman. Honorary pallbearers are sons and sons-in-law. A retired self-employed carpenter and a native and resident of Plaquemine, he died at 3:20 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 26, 2000, at River West Medical Center, Plaquemine. He was 91. An employee of St. James Sugar Co-op and a resident of St. James, he died at 8:45 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 30, 2000, in St. James. He was 61 and a native of Paincourtville. Visiting at St. James Catholic Church from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Friday and after 8 a.m. Saturday. Mass of Christian Burial at the church at 11 a.m. Saturday, celebrated by the Rev. Louis Oubre. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Michael Catholic Church, Convent, at 11 a.m. Saturday. Entombment in church cemetery. She was the beloved wife of the late Melvin J. Roussel; and mother and mother-in-law of Diane and Edmond Kinler Jr., Gaskin "Jimmy" and Elaine Roussel, Wayne and Sylvia Roussel and a late infant daughter. She was the daughter of the late Gaskin and Eleanor St. Cyr St. Pierre; sister of the late Henry J. Vicknair Jr.; grandmother of Donna, Bryan, Graig, Troy, Sheri, Dru and Shaun; and great-grandmother of six.

Willie Winfield, Charlie Winfield and Freddie Winfield; two great-aunts, Rose Douglas and Leona Smith; 28 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she died Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2000, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. She was 81, a resident of Baton Rouge and a native of Denham Springs. She was a member of Parkview Baptist Church for 55 years and a member of the Lydia Sunday school class.
