Reginald “Reggie” Robicheaux, 39, a native of Franklin and a resident of Patterson, died Sunday at 7:50 a.m. at Chabert Medical Center in Houma.
Graveside funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Franklin Cemetery.
Robicheaux is survived by three brothers, Marshall Robicheaux Jr. of Franklin, Bradley Robicheaux of New Iberia and Neal Robicheaux of Ball; his long-time companion, Polly Aucoin of Berwick; and a stepdaughter, Nicole Aucoin of Berwick; six nieces and two nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert’s Mortuary in Franklin.

William Paul Gregore, 61, a native of Morgan City, a resident of Saucier, Miss., and a former resident of Gretna for 30 years, died Sunday in Gulfport.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Sharon Gautier Gregore; two sons, Brion Gregore and Eric Gregore; one sister, Hazel Roy; and nine grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and six brothers.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home in Gulfport. Visitation will precede the funeral at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Attn: Memorial Honor Program FH, One St. Jude Place Building, Memphis, Tenn. 38148-0552.
Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home in Gulfport, Miss., is in charge of arrangements.

Greta Ussery, 102, born to the late Jasper and Mary Carter, Aug. 16, 1902, in Wetumka, Okla., Passed away Sept. 7, 2004, at the Patterson Health Care Center. She was a resident of Berwick.
Visitation will be observed Thursday, Sept. 9, 2004 from 9 a.m. to noon at Hargrave Funeral Home in Morgan City.
Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at noon Thursday with interment to follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery in New Iberia.
She is survived by her daughter, Louise Lawton and her husband, Richard Lawton, of Berwick; her grandsons, William H. Lawton and Richard M. Lawton. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Luke Lawton, Lauren Lawton, Matthew Lawton, Andrew Lawton and Savannah Lawton.
She is preceded in death by one sister and six brothers.
Hargrave Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Darrell Kimball, 47, born April 13, 1957, in Pineville Passed away surrounded by his loving family and friends Sept. 6, 2004, at Teche Regional Medical Center in Morgan City.
Visitation will be held today at Hargrave Funeral Home in Morgan City from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. with a rosary recited at 7 p.m. Visitation will resume Thursday, Sept. 9, 2004, at the funeral home from 8 a.m. until dismissal time at 10:30 a.m.
Funeral services are set for 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Andrew Catholic Church in Amelia. Darrell will be laid to rest by his stepfather, John Kyle, in the St. Andrew Cemetery in Amelia.
He is survived by his loving mother, Bernadine Kyle of Amelia; his sister, Julie Kimball of Patterson; his stepsister, Kathy Wiggins and her husband, Ashley, of Amelia; three stepbrothers, Larry Kyle and his wife, Paula, and Gary Kyle, both of Morgan City, and Johnny and Barbara Kyle of Houma.
He was preceded in death by his stepfather, John Kyle; his grandparents, Shelby and Caville Kimball; his aunts, Bernice Kimball and Marlene Kimball Crouse; and his cousin, Jamie Crouse.
Darrell worked for J. Ray McDermott as a warehouseman and a security guard. He was a faithful parishioner of St. Andrew Catholic Church. Darrell was a true sports fan. He enjoyed any and all sports, especially LSU, PURPLE and GOLD.
Hargrave Funeral Home in Morgan City has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Rose Marie Thompson Hogan Passed away Sept. 3, 2004, at the age of 76. She was a resident of Albuquerque, N.M., for the past two years.
She was born in Marshall, Texas , May 8, 1923, the daughter of Harry Irvin Thompson Sr. and Jamie Butler Thompson. She attended public schools in Marshall and graduated from Marshall High School in 1946. She attended Texas State College for Women in Denton, Texas , and received a B.A. degree in August 1949.
Rose married Roy Edward Hogan Sr. on June 7, 1952, in the First Presbyterian Church of Marshall, Texas .
She taught elementary school in the Port Arthur, Texas , School System from 1952 to 1955, and was a regular substitute teacher in the primary and secondary schools of Berwick, during her time of residence from 1957 to 1973.
She was a faithful wife, mother, and homemaker with a special gift for hospitality. She resided in Lafayette, from 1973 to 1978, and in Friendswood, Texas , from 1978 to 2002. Rose was a longtime member of the United Methodist Church of Friendswood.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Roy; her brother, E.W. Thompson of Marshall, Texas ; her sister, Linda Thompson Williams of Marshall, Texas ; and her brother Harry I. Thompson of Marshall, Texas .
She is survived by her sons, Roy E. Hogan Jr. and wife, Linda, of Albuquerque, N.M., and Harry A. Hogan and wife, Georgia, of College Station, Texas ; five grandchildren, Brian, Justin and David of Albuquerque, N.M., and Aaron and Carol of College Station, Texas ; and a sister, Doris Thompson Pegues, of Kilgore, Texas .
Arrangements are directed by Sullivan Funeral Home (903) 938-7777, 100 East Travis Street, Marshall, TX 75670.
Visitation will be from noon until 1:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 11, 2004, followed by a memorial service at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Earl Cantrelle officiating. interment will follow at New Grover Cemetery in Marshall.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Brian, Justin, David and Aaron Hogan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the American Lung Association (www.lungusa.org, 61 Broadway, New York, NY 10006).

William D. White , 53, formerly of Patterson, died suddenly on Aug. 31 in a retirement home in Tylertown, Miss.
Mr. White lived most of his adult life in this area, served in the National Guard, and was employed in the oil field. He survived an oil field accident, which left him dependent on others for his care. Billy had a great sense of humor and loved life. He will be missed by his family.
Services were conducted at Capps’ Funeral Home in Tylertown with a Mass on Friday, Sept. 3, at St. Paul’s Catholic Church.
Billy is survived by his father, Jacob “Buddy” White of Patterson; two brothers, Eugene O. White and his wife, Sylvia, of Las Vegas, and Gary J. White of Bayou Vista; and one sister, Annette W. Ford and her husband, Richard, of Houston.
Mr. White and his first wife, Pam Boudreaux of Franklin, who was killed in an accident, have two children, Erica White Meyer of Butler, Mo., and Jacob White of Baton Rouge.
Billy has three grandchildren by Erica. Mr. White has several aunts, uncles and cousins in the area. Billy’s mother was the late Joy Rentrop White Comeaux.
Mr. White ’s widow, Brenda, and two sons, Daniel and Christopher, reside in Tylertown, Miss.

William “Scottie” A. Scott Sr., 83, a native of Patterson and resident of Morgan City, died Monday at 10:11 p.m. at Terrebonne General Medical Center in Houma.
Visitation will be Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Ephesian Baptist Church in Morgan City.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at the church, with burial in the Home Industrial Cemetery of Patterson.
He is survived by eight sons, William A. Scott Jr. of Inglewood, Calif., Charles Scott and Leonard Scott, both of New Orleans, Calvin Scott of San Jose, Calif., Randolph Scott of Sacramento, Calif., Ronald Scott and Joseph Scott, both of Dallas, and Jonathan Scott of Patterson; six daughters, Catherine Scott of Inglewood, Calif., Bernadette Scott Johnson and Rosetta M. Scott of Morgan City, Esprindle Scott Thomas of Compton, Calif., and Ellen Scott Smith and Victoria Scott Tarleton, both of Clarksville, Tenn.; 45 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one sister.
Otis Mortuary in Franklin is in charge of arrangements.

Douglas Lee Renfroe Jr., 25, a native of Morgan City and resident of Killeen, Texas , died Monday, Sept. 6, 2004, in Killeen.
He made his home in Killeen for the past three years and was recently discharged from the U.S. Army 3rd Signal and entered Texas Central College. He was a member of the Baptist faith.
Renfroe is survived by his wife, Sgt. Michelle Renfroe of Killeen; a daughter, Kaitlyn Renfroe of Killeen; two sons, Austin Chapman of Ville Platte and Christian Renfroe of Killeen; his parents, Douglas L. Renfroe Sr. of Raymond, Miss., and Deborah Askegren of Boulder, Colo.; stepfather, Craig Askegren of Boulder and stepmother, Sheryl Renfroe of Raymond; a brother, Luke Thomas Renfroe of Raymond, Miss.; and two sisters, Mary R. Matthews of Boulder and Martha R. Oliva of Erath.
Visitation is today from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Frank Fisher Funeral Home in Vicksburg, Miss.
Funeral services will be Saturday, Sept. 11, 2004, at 2 p.m. at the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Terry White officiating.
Burial will follow in the Green Acres Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Bates, Eddie Byrd, Jim Bertelman, Shawn Tinsley, Johnny George and Dean Trawick. Honorary pallbearers will be Don Moody and Arthur Kyles.
Frank J. Fisher Funeral Home in Vicksburg is in charge of arrangements.

Eugene Cox Jr., a New Orleans resident, was born Aug. 20, 1929, in Morgan City to the marriage of the late Eugene Cox Sr. and the late Hallie Mae Irving.
Eugene departed this life Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2004, in New Orleans after a lengthy illness.
Visitation will be held Saturday, Sept. 11, 2004, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Hargrave Funeral Home in Morgan City.
Religious services will be conducted Saturday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Cox will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery.
Eugene had one great passion in life — golf. He worked at the Metairie Country Club where he was able to enjoy his passion. He also worked at the shrimp docks in Patterson and at the Coca-Cola Company.
Eugene leaves to mourn his passing one son, Eugene Cox III of New Orleans; one daughter, Regina Gray of Patterson; three grandchildren, Cherelle Gray, Ieshia Gray and Michael Gray Jr.; one daughter-in-law, Marsha Cox; and one son-in-law, Michael Gray. He also leaves three sisters, Daisy Jones of Houston and Dolores Turner and Gloria Mae Brown, both of New Orleans; and a host of other relatives and friends.
He will be sadly missed by all.

Agatha Accardo, 84, a native and lifelong resident of Patterson, died Thursday, Sept. 9, 2004, at 9:20 p.m. at Teche Regional Medical Center in Morgan City.
The family requests that visitations be observed Saturday, Sept. 11, from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Patterson.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Father Joshua Rodrigue of Holy Cross will officiate the Mass. interment will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery.
Miss Accardo is survived by three brothers, Joseph Accardo of Youngsville, Jack Accardo of Bayou Vista and Francis “Pat” Accardo of Franklin; two sisters, Leona Accardo and Lena A. Hamilton, both of Morgan City; and by 10 nephews and two nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Angelo and Mary DePrima Accardo; and by two brothers, Nick I. Accardo and Angelo R. Accardo.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert’s Mortuary Inc. of Patterson.
