CROWLEY ––Joint funeral services were held at 2 p.m.Monday, Dec. 1, 2003, in St. Leo IV Catholic Church in Roberts Cove, with Father Francis Bourgeois officiating, for Randall Credeur and Mechelle Credeur, both 43, who died at 2 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 29, 2003, at their residence in Crowley.
Burial was in St. Leo Cemetery in Roberts Cove.
Mr. and Mrs. Credeur are survived by their three daughters, Paige Credeur, Lafayette, Brandi Credeur, Rayne, and J’ai Credeur, Crowley; Mr, Credeur’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mayo Credeur, Rayne; one brother and spouse, Gerald and Rose Mary Credeur, Rayne; one niece, Bailey Dipie Credeur Istre, Iota; and a host of uncles, aunts and a step-niece.
Mrs. Credeur is also survived by her mother, Judy Breaux, Crowley; two brothers, Steve Young, Dallas, Texas , and Ricky Breaux, Crowley; three sisters, Linda Young, Shreveport, Bonnie Breaux, Crowley, and Connie Young, Baton Rouge; a great-aunt, Rena Wilkerson, Crowley; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Credeur was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, P.J. and Fayne Winfrey.
Duhon Funeral Home of Crowley was in charge of funeral arrangements.

Paul Levi Williams, Jr.
CROWLEY ––Funeral services were heldat 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 28, 2003, in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel for Paul Levi Williams, Jr., 24, of Crowley, who died at his home Tuesday, Nov. 24. 2003.
Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery, Crowley.
He is survived by one daughter, Alexis Williams, Crowley; one son, Jace Williams, Crowley; his mother, Sherry Williams, Crowley; his father, Paul Williams, Sr., Tallapoosa, Ga.; two brothers, Eric Williams and Josh Williams, both of Crowley; one sister, Jaime Williams, Crowley; maternal grandmother, Lucille Desselle, Crowley; and paternal grandmother, Audrey Frost, Tallapoosa, Ga.
Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Berkley Desselle, and his paternal grandfather, Hoyt Williams.
Duhon Funeral Home of Crowley was in charge of funeral arrangements.

Ethel Latiolais
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 1, 2003, in Assumption Catholic Church in Mire, with Father Marty Leonard officiating, for Ethel Latiolais, 96, of Rayne, who died at 1:15 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 29, 2003, in Crowley’s AmericanLegion Hospital.
A rosary was recited at 7 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home chapel.
Burial was in the Assumption Church Cemetery in Mire.
She is survived by one son, Chester Latiolais, Duson; one stepdaughter, Thelma LeBlanc , Duson; one sister, Boo Hanks, Crowley; nine grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Latiolais; one son, Wilbert Latiolais; one grandson, Gilbert Latiolais; one granddaughter, Anna Marie Latiolais; one great-granddaughter, Myra Sue Broussard; her parents, Esther and Edmond Murphy; three brothers, Eddie, Freddie and Edward Murphy; and two sisters, Edith Murphy and Mico Murphy.
Duhon Funeral Home of Crowley was in charge of funeral arrangements.

Louise M. Comeaux
LAKE CHARLES ––Mrs. Louise Marie Comeaux, 79, of Lake Charles died at 1:55 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 29, 2003, in a care facility there.
She was a native of Rayne and lived in Lake Charles for the past 50 years. She was a member of Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, Eldredge “Bill”Comeaux, Sr., of Lake Charles; three sons, Elredge Comeaux, Jr., of Lake Charles, Gregory Comeaux, of League City, Texas , and Clyde Comeaux of Lake Charles; one brother, J.V. LeBlanc , of Judice; one sister, Verda Lee Lavergne, of New Iberia; eight grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; seven great-grandchildrne; and two step-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 1, 2003, from Our Lady of Heaven Catholic Church. The Rev. John Giles officiated.
A scripture service was held at 7 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.
Burial was in Prien Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home of Lake Charles.

Arecia P. Leblanc
CROWLEY ––Funeral services were held on Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2003, at 2 p.m. in Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, with Father Rusti Richard officiating, for Arecia P. Leblanc, 86, of Crowley, who died at 12:20 a.m.Tueseday, Nov. 25, 2003, in the Southwide Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Crowley.
A rosary was arecited at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home chapel.
Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery in Crowley.
She is survived by three daughters of sons-in-law, Mary and Roland Leleux and Shirley and Larry Sarver, all of Crowley, and Kathy and Glenn Leleux, Lafayette; four sons and daughters-in-law, Raymond and Pat Leblanc, Fort Worth, Texas , Joey Leblanc, Lafayette, Robert and Tina Leblanc, Crowley, and Darrell and Jackie Leblanc, Sulphur; 32 grandchildren; and 41 great-grandchildren.
Mrs.Leblanc was preceded in death by her husband, Louis J. Leblanc; her parents, Aurlein and Emma Primeaux; two sisters, Irene Guidry and Mabel ruth Mayer; one grandson, Matthew Leblanc; and one son-in-law, Roger Bertrand, Sr.
She was a devoted mother and grandmother.
She was a member of the Sacre’ Coeur Kaycee of La. Auxiliary in the Crowley area.
Duhon Funeral Home of Crowley was in charge of funeral arrangements.

Racie Darce
DEER PARK, TEXAS ––Mrs. Racie Darce, 96, of Deer Park, Texas , died Friday, Nov. 28, 2003, at San Jacinto Manor in Deer Park.
She was a native of Rayne and had lived in Port Arthur since 1933 before moving to Deer Park five years ago. She was a homemaker, member of St. Catherine’s Catholic Church, and a member of the Altar Society at St. Catherine’s Catholic Church.
A rosary was recited at 6 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 30, 2003, at Levingston Funeral Home in groves, Texas .
Burial followed in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Mrs. Darce is survived by her two daughters, Jenne Burt of Rayburn Lake, Texas , and Theresa Johnson of Deer Park, Texas ; one sister, Gert Heinen of Rayne; two brothers, Avery Leger and Merton Leger, both of Rayne; six grandchildren, Vanessa Spurlock, Kevin gradley Burt, Sr., Philip Johnson , Monica Lewis, Eric Johnson , and Michael Johnson , and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by six brothers, Dudley, Robert (Bobby Gene), Elie, Oris, Clifton, and Harry Leger, and two sisters, Amy Braquet and Iris Tompkins.

Gracie J. Mouton
Gracie J. Mouton, was born on April 8, 1924, in Rayne, to the late Marcel Jolivette and Hyacinthe LeBlanc . She served faithfully at Our Mother of Mercy Shrine Church.
She died at 10:02 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 27, 2003, at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Lafayette.
Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2003, in Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church, with Father Robert Zawacki S.S.J. officiating.
Burial was in Our Mother of Mercy Cemetery.
She leave to cherish her memory two sons, ClintonJ. Mouton of Laguna Hills, Calif., and Bradford Harmon of Rayne; four daughters, Elizabeth and Brenda Jolivette, Maureen (Eric) Roberts and Elaine Carter, all of Rayne; and three sisters, Theresa Landry of Kansas City, Mo., Annie Jones and Cecile Johnson , both of Rayne. She also leaves in God’s abiding grace a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, loving family and friends.
Gracie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son, two daughters, three brothers, one sister, and a son-in-law.
Frank Brothers Funeral Home of Eunice was in charge of funeral arrangements.

Harry Washington
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, 2003, at St. Bendict the Moor Catholic Church in Duson for Harry Washington , 75, who died Saturday, Nov. 15, 2003, at his residence in Rayne.
interment was in St. Benedict the Moor Catholic Church Cemetery.
The Rev. Monsignor Ronald Broussard conducted the services.
Mr. Washington , a native of Duson, had been a resident of Rayne since his untimely illness.
Survivors include his brother, Grandville Washington of Duson; one sister, Rita Washington of Duson; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Georgiana Washington , and one brother, Roseville Washington .
Arrangements were entrusted to Kinchen Funeral Home of Lafayette.

Robert Lee Dogay
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 24, 2003, in the funeral home chapel, with Father Richard Wagner, S.S.J., officiating, for Robert Lee Dogay, 63, of Rayne, who died Friday, Nov. 21, 2003, at 11:43 a.m. in University Medical Center in Lafayette.
A rosary was recited Sunday at 7 p.m.
Burial was in St. Joseph Cemetery No. 2 in Rayne.
He is survived by his wife, Ethel Dogay, Rayne; five sons, David Dogay, Youngsville, Albert Dogay, Carencro, Henry Dogay, New Iberia, Martin Dogay, Henderson, Texas , and Shane Dogay, Rayne; two daughters, Virginia Dogay, Desormones, and Tammy Dore, Rayne; his father, Fedney Dogay, Rayne; one brother, Harry Dogay, Duson; one stepbrother, Kenneth Abshire, Rayne; three half brothers, Johnny Dogay and Sidney Dogay, both of Rayne, and Michael Dogay, Crowley; one half sister, Janet Bertrand, Rayne; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Matilde Meet Dogay.
Pallbearers were David Dogay, Shane Dogay, Harry Dogay, Tomre Dore, Albert Dogay, Nick Dogay, Johnny Dogay, Henry Dogay, Drew Dogay, and Toby Dogay.
Duhon Funeral Home of Rayne was in charge of funeral arrangements.
