TONER, PATRICIA A. -- Patricia Ann (Allen) Toner, 63, died Wednesday morning, Sept. 6, 2006 at her home following a lengthy illness. She was the wife of Joseph Toner, with whom she shared 45 years of marriage.
Born in Lynn on May 5, 1943, she was the daughter of the late George and Marion (Britton) Aleen. She was raised and educated in Lynn and was a graduate of Lynn English High School, Class of 1960. She also attended the former Chandler School for Women. She was a resident of Danvers for thirty years and had resided in Peabody for the last three years.
Mrs. Toner was employed as a floral designer for many years with the former Hi-Da-Way Plant Branch in Salem. She was a longtime member and former officer of the Danvers Garden Club.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sons: Joseph Toner and his wife Terri of Florence, Matthew Toner and his wife Leslie of Danvers, and Andrew Toner of Boston; a granddaughter: Eleanor Toner of Danvers; a brother and sister-in-law, George and Laurene Allen of Lynnfield, and many nieces and nephews.
Her Funeral Service will be held Saturday at 9:30AM at C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers Square. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours are Friday from 4-8PM at the funeral home. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Patricias name may be made to the Gynecologic Oncology Research Center Fund, Mass. General Hospital, 100 Blossom St., Boston, MA 02114.

KINCAID, ROBERT V. -- Robert V. Kincaid, 62, died Sunday morning, September 3, 2006, at Salem Hospital. He was the loving husband of Joanne (Paulsen) Kincaid.
Born in Flint, MI on July 23, 1944, he was the son of Vivian (Douglas) Kincaid and the late Victor Kincaid. He was raised and educated in Michigan and was a graduate of Beecher High School, Class of 1962. He went on to study at Michigan State University, and then served in the U.S. Army for 6 years. He had lived in Swampscott for the last five years and had been a resident of Danvers for many years.
Mr. Kincaid was a retired computer programmer. He was a member of the National Republican Party and a member of the Rock Church in Salem. Bob loved spending time at church, enjoyed fishing, and loved the beauty of the world.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by three children: Robert Kincaid Jr. of Swampscott, Aaron Kincaid of Danvers, and Shawn Corrigan and her husband Crias of Essex, two brothers: Mark and Rex Kincaid, both of Michigan, and three grandchildren: Hope Kincaid, Jackson Warnock-Kincaid, and Anna Warnock.
His Funeral Service will be held Friday at 11AM at C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers Square. Burial will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited. A Visitation will precede the service from 10-10:45 at the funeral home.

INNIS, DONALD F. III -- Donald F. Innis, III, 47, died Saturday evening, September 2, 2006 after being stricken at his home.
Born in Danvers on Dec. 2, 1958, he was the son of Virginia (Wendell) Innis and the late Donald F. Innis, Jr. He was raised and educated in Danvers and was a graduate of Danvers High School, Class of 1977. He was a lifelong Danvers resident.
Donnie worked as a general contractor and heavy equipment operator along side his father at Donald F. Innis, Inc. He was a loving and dedicated father to his children and was a wonderful caretaker of his two dogs, Rocky and Frosty.
In addition to his mother, he leaves two children: Donald F. Innis, IV and Caitlin E. Innis, both of Florida; a sister, Cheryl A. Innis of Connecticut; and many dear friends.
A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday at 11AM in Wadsworth Cemetery, Summer St., Danvers. Relatives and friends are invited. There are no visiting hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Donnies name to the MSPCA, 350 South Huntington Ave., Boston, MA 02130 or the charity of your choice.

ROWELL, JAMES M. -- James M. Rowell, 46, died Saturday, September 2, 2006 at a local nursing facility following a lengthy illness.
Born in Danvers on Sept. 30, 1959, he was the son of the late John and Alice (Harrison) Rowell. He was raised and educated in Danvers and was a lifelong resident of the North Shore.
Mr. Rowell was employed as a roofer and painter in the area for many years, and had served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
His family would like to thank all those who helped James during his illness, in particular Twin Oaks Nursing Home and the Strongest Links.
He is survived by five brothers: John Rowell of Peabody, William Rowell and his wife Marty of Ohio, David Rowell and his wife Jan of New York, Richard Rowell and his wife Robin of Danvers, and Stephen Rowell of Brocton, and many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Paul Rowell.
His Funeral Service will be held Wednesday at 6PM at C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers Square. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours will precede the service from 3-6PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to the Haven from Hunger, 71 Wallis ST., Peabody, MA 01970 or the Crombie St. Shelter, PO Box 810, Salem, MA 01960.

CHASE, BARBARA J. -- Barbara J. (Durgin) Chase, 78, died Friday evening, September 1, 2006 following a lengthy illness. She was the wife of the late Charles R. Chase, with whom she shared 59 years of marriage until his death in May.
Born in Peabody on August 8, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Elizabeth (Hartman) Durgin. She was raised and educated in Peabody and graduated from St. Johns School in 1946. She had been a Danvers resident for more than 60 years.
Barbara was employed in the dietary department of the former Hunt Hospital for several years and had also been employed as a packer at the former Sylvania plant on Sylvan Street.
She enjoyed Bingo, visits to Foxwoods and Las Vegas, and loved to travel.
She leaves two children: Richard T. Chase and his wife Charlene of Danvers and Kathryn Lee and her husband Michael of Raymond, NH; three grandchildren: Daniel Dropski, Lisa Cocorochio, and Heather Bibeault; a great-grandchild: Jared Hagerty; a brother, John Durgin; and a sister, Mary Learned. She was the sister of the late Patricia McNulty.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 10AM in St. Richard Church, 90 Forest St., Danvers. Burial will follow in Annunciation Cemetery, Danvers. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours are Tuesday from 4-8PM at C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers Square. Donations in Barbaras memory may be made to Hospice of the North Shore, 10 Elm St., Danvers, MA 01923.

TAYLOR, LEROY M. -- Leroy M. Taylor, 66, died Monday, August 28, 2006 following a lengthy illness. He was the husband of Sally A. (Purdy) Taylor, with whom he shared 46 years of marriage.
Born in Castine, Maine on Sept. 3, 1939, he was the son of the late Maurice and Lillian (Grindle) Taylor. He was raised and educated in Bucksport, Maine and was a graduate of Bucksport High School.
Leroy was a twenty year veteran of the U.S. Navy. For 13 months, he served in Vietnam attached to the Marine Corps. Serving on several trips, he did a round the world tour on the USS Biddle. While on the USS Basiline, the engine blew and killed several of his crewmen, he received a commendation for saving several of his shipmates. He retired as a Chief Petty Officer.
Following his retirement, he worked on a local estate for seventeen years and was the maintenance man at the Wenham Tea House for several years until his illness forced him to retire.
In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by his son, Bruce, a retired Navy Senior Chief, and his wife Sandra of Florida; a daughter, Julie Perkins and her husband Charles of Wenham; five grandchildren: Trisha Morris, Jennifer Ross, Kristen Taylor, all of Florida and Ashley and Courtney Perkins of Wenham; and two great-grandchildren: Christopher and Memrie Ross of Florida; a sister and brother-in-law, Maxine and George Dyer of Texas; and a brother and sister-in-law, Merrill and Roberta Taylor of New Hampshire. He is also survived by his wifes family, with whom he was very closemany in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
His Funeral Service will be Saturday at 10AM at C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers Square. Burial will follow in Hamilton Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours are Friday evening from 4-8PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations in Leroys memory may be made to the Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, 2222 Welborn St., Dallas, TX 75219 or the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.

MARQUIS, VERONICA -- Veronica H. (Halupowski) Marquis, 97, died Oct. 11, 2006, following a lengthy illness. She was the wife of the late Raymond J. Marquis.
Born in Salem, MA on Sept. 21, 1909, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Cjchik) Halupowski. She was raised and educated in Salem. As a homemaker she and her family resided in Danvers, where she was a communicant of St. Mary of the Annunciation Church. In her later years she also spent time in Florida and Maine.
Mrs. Marquis had many interests, including bridge; she was an excellent bridge player. She was a flower gardener and also enjoyed square dancing.
She is survived a son and daughter-in-law, Raymond and Annette Marquis of Raynham, two daughters and a son-in-law, June and Larry Benoit of Peabody and Sybil Riemensnider of S. Portland, Four brothers, Victor, Anthony, Carl and Joseph, six grandchildren, Michele, Larry, Lisa, Chris, Jeff and Peter and eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by siblings, Stanley, John, Leonard, Bill, Mary, Catherine and Sophie.
Mrs. Marquiss family would like extend their appreciation and thank the Bayview wing of the S. Portland Nursing Home for their love and care of Vicki.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Mon. at 9:00AM in St. Mary of the Annunciation Church, Conant St., Danvers. Burial will follow in St. Marys Cemetery, Salem. Vst. Hrs are Sun. 4:00PM-7:00PM at C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers. Relatives and friends are invited. Memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Marquiss name to the S. BOUCHARD, RONALD E. -- OF Danvers, Ronald E. Rusty Bouchard, 60, died Friday, Aug. 17, 2006 at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital. He was the husband of Linda (Peterson) Bouchard, with whom he shared 22 years of marriage.
Born in Salem on July 1, 1946 the son of the late Joseph A. and Marguerite (April) Bouchard. He was raised and educated in Salem and was a graduate of Salem High School, Class of 1964. Ron loved football and played while attending Salem High and Parsons College in Iowa. He was a member of the United States Marine Corp Reserves during the Vietnam War. He also attended North Eastern University. Ron had worked in construction all his life. He was employed as the Director of Buildings and Grounds for the Beverly School Department, and most recently for the Gloucester School Department. He enjoyed golf, fishing and sports.
Besides his wife Linda, he is survived by a brother Sonny Bouchard of New Hampshire and a sister Gloria Davis of Vermont.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Wed. Aug. 23, 2006 at 11:00AM in St. Mary of the Annunciation Church, 24 Conant St., Danvers. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. There are no visiting hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Ron Bouchard Football Scholarship Fund c/o Cape Ann Savings Bank, 109 Main St., Gloucester, MA 01930.

VARMA, NARESH CHUCK -- Naresh Kumar Chuck Varma, 54, died peacefully on Friday, August 18, 2006 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House following a courageous battle with ALS. He was the huband of Jean E. (Woo) Varma, with whom he shared 25 years of marriage.
Born in Phillaur, India on September 23, 1951, he was raised and educated in India and immigrated to the United States in 1979.
For the last eight years, Chuck owned and operated Highland Variety in Danvers. Previously, he was employed as a machine operator.
In addition to his wife, he is surived by two children: Paul and Vicki Varma, to whom he was deeply devoted; as well as two sisters and three brothers in India.
Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours on Sunday from 6-8PM at C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers Square. Funeral and cremation services will be held privately. Donations in Chucks name may be made to the ALS Association, 75 McNeil Way, Suite 310, Dedham, MA 02026 or Hospice of the North Shore, 10 Elm St., Danvers, MA 01923.

SEABROOK, DE LACY H. -- of Chatham, NJ and Stuart, FL, formerly of Short Hills, NJ, died on August 11, 2006, age 81.
Beloved husband of the late Joan S. Seabrook.
Father of Susannah S. Monahon and her husband P. Chris Monahon of Newton, MA, J. Connor Seabrook and his wife Martha of Atlanta, GA, Randall de Lacy Seabrook and his wife Susan of Newburyport, MA.
He is also survived by six grandchildren, a niece and brother-in-law, Dr. John Schullinger and his wife Nancy of Woodstock, VT. Lacy graduated from The Gunnery in Washington, CT. He was a proud member of the Yale class of 45W and a lifetime supporter of Yale athletics. He served honorably in the Marines during WWII. He was an avid tennis player and an active member of the Short Hills Club and the Indian River Plantation Tennis Club. A Memorial Service will be held Friday at 3:00PM on September 22, 2006 in Christ Church, Short Hills, NJ. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Lacys name to American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701 or Hospice of the North Shore, 10 Elm St., Danvers, MA 01923.

BILLINGS, LAURA ANN of Danvers, Laura Ann Billings, 72, died Saturday, Aug. 12, 2006 at a local nursing facility following a lengthy illness.
Born in Danvers on July 24, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Jesse and Evelyn (Wentworth) Billings. She was a life long resident of Danvers and a graduate from Holten High School. Ms. Billings had been employed at the Peabody Institute Library in Danvers prior to retiring.
She is survived by her sister Gertrude Licciardello of Trumbull Connecticut. She was predeceased by an uncle, Newton Wentworth with whom she lived with for many years.
Funeral services are private at the request of the family. Arrangements are made by C.R. Lyons & Sons Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St. Danvers.
