Clark; father of Rasheda, Robert, Andrea and Olajuwon; grandfather of Khiry, Jailen, Alexandra, Adrianna and Alleah; brother of Judy and Jeffrey Clark. Also survived by a host of relatives and friends. He was a faithful member of 22 years and a Deacon at Georgia Avenue Baptist Church. (Eileen) Ryan; loving grandmother of 22 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; loving sister of Frank E. CAROLYN CASEY McCARTY (Age 83)

Beloved wife for 61 years of John E. “Jack” McCarty; devoted mother of Colleen, John (Anna), Maureen, Kathleen, Brian (Peggy) and Tim (Paula) McCarty; loving grandmother of Adrianne, John, Tom, Justin, Lauren, Mary Caroline, Danny, Patrick, Mary Margaret and John; great-grandmother of Noah; cherished sister and best friend Claire Kirchner (Jim); also survived by two brothers, Paul and Robert Casey; many nieces and nephews. Carolyn was one of the founding members of Holy Cross Church, Garrett Park, MD; a member and officer of the Sodality Women’s Club and member of AOH. Her true passion was the family vacation at Moody Beach, Maine. (Robert) Walter and Charles E. (Carly) Ganley, Jr.; brother of Robert Ganley, Sr. and Sr. Estellyn Ganley, C.S.J.; grandfather of Kelley, Patrick, Kevin, Tracie, Amy, Andrew and Stephen. Also survived by ten great-grandchildren. DOROTHY ANN COBB
On Friday, December 11, 2009, in Lakeland, FL, formerly of Silver Spring, MD. Dorothy (nee Goodman) Cobb began her professional career as a dancer, to include performing with the USO. She later retired from the IRS as an Executive Associate. She and her husband of 62 years, Dick Cobb, were avid travelers and Life Master Tournament bridge players. Dorothy took up karate at age 45 becoming a 1st grade Brown Belt at 50. Her husband, Richard E. “Dick” Cobb died this past August. She is the beloved mother of Richard E. Cobb, Jr.; cherished grandmother of Jake L. Cobb, Lucas R. Cobb, Megan S. Rienzo and Morghan M. Cobb; loving great-grandmother of Samantha Rienzo, Kendra Rienzo, James Lee Cobb, Patricia Evelyn Cobb and Lucas R. Cobb, II. Dorothy is also survived by her sister, Elaine Lankford.
